Villa Liberty Il Lauro Bed and Breakfast is located inside a liberty villa with equipped garden and internal parking consisting of: two double bedrooms: Camera delle Peonie and Camera del Glicine each of which can accommodate 2 people; a "Suite" room: Camera degli Sposi which can accommodate up to 4 people; two triple rooms: Camera delle Rose and Camera dell'Olivo (reserved for the handicapped) each of which can accommodate up to 3 people; common to all guests is the breakfast room inside the villa and a reading area, a kitchen with barbecue detached from the main building that can be used by guests with tables available next to the equipped garden, a play area for adults or children. Villa Liberty Il Lauro Bed And Breakfast is a hospitable and comfortable structure and is also prepared to accommodate disabled guests by giving hospitality in the Camera degli Olivi structured to welcome them without any difficulty. a place full of monuments to visit, first of all the Piazza dei Miracoli with the famous Leaning Tower but also of sea and water: bathing establishments (Marina di Pisa and Tirrenia) and spas (Bagni di San Giuliano - Le Terme). Our rooms are all decorated keeping the love of flowers and plants of the previous owner director of the famous Botanical Garden of Pisa, and one in particular is entirely frescoed with the symbols of the Spouses; all equipped with Wi-Fi, latest generation flat screen Smart TV, air conditioning and heating, private bathroom inside your room and mini bar. Our structure is happy to welcome your four-legged friends. Last but not least, we underline that the strategic position of our structure makes it perfect for functional stops at the departure from the nearby airport (Pisa Airport - Galileo Galilei...) And the Central Railway Station and the Hospital of Pisa where we put. on request, a shuttle is available for your travels. Bikes and scooters are available for rent to easily reach the city center, or by using the city bus which has its stop in front of the hotel. Our breakfast is the classic Italian prepared express in the morning. No do it yourself. No wrapped foods. We serve breakfast at the table in the breakfast room and or outside in the garden when the weather permits or on request we serve it in your room with a supplement. You can taste various types of tea, cappuccino, espresso, American, barley, pineapple juice, orange.... . together with our freshly baked croissants with various flavors of jam, chocolate or empty, cereals available as rusks to garnish with butter and jams. Special requests must be booked the day before and or during the booking phase eg. gluten-free breakfast, international breakfast, etc. . and such requests may have a supplementary cost.

We had a really nice stay at Villa Liberty Il Lauro B&B in Pisa. The property is a bit far from the main tourist attractions (40 minutes walk), but it is perfect and very nice. Our room had direct access from the back garden, which offers really nice outdoor seating areas. The room was also very tidy and comfortable, with a full bathroom and a mini fridge which was a necessity in the hot weather!

An absolute disgrace! We arrived at the property after the check in time. We weren't greeted at all. The host finally answered the door and his first words were " your room is not ready". This was only the start of it all. The electric gates wouldn't open, which meant we were blocking off the road. We had to drive off to let traffic go past and come back as our room wasn't ready and the gates wouldn't open. When we finally got in, we weren't greeted. The room was freezing cold, with no heating on. It wouldn't turn on. There was only a thin sheet and a thin blanket on the bed. The room and bathroom were very basic although decorated nicely. Breakfast was supposed to have been provided. We received NO breakfast. There was an adjoining dining area which had a table made up for breakfast, but there was no food, no milk, no coffee... nothing. The kitchen area was full of dirty pots and it absolutely stank. There was filth everywhere. We left after our non breakfast and were not met by the host. We wouldn't ever stay there again. Avoid like the plague. The pictures really are deceiving. When you've travelled a long way in bad weather, the last thing you want to be told by your "host" who appears with scruffy jogpants that hang round his knees, after the check in time I repeat, is that your room is not ready.

Ripondo alla tua indicazione, dicendoti che la camera che vi abbiamo consegnato e' dotata di impianto di riscaldamento autonomo, tutte le camere hanno le elettrovalvole e come ti hanno riferito basta aprirle e metterle su 1, 2, 3, 4 o 5 non credo sia difficile. Inoltre se non bastasse, richiedevi a supplemento l'aria climatizzata che e' in dotazione in tutte le camere. Altra problema e' l'auto. Hai scritto che arrivavi con auto e due cani, ma non hai scritto che volevi un parcheggio riservato interno che e' chiaramente a supplemento, per cui la tua auto la dovevi parcheggiare all'esterno della struttura. Altro problema la colazione, hai pagato una tariffa senza la colazione, per cui non vedo dov'e' il problema in quanto nessuno ti aspettava per fornirti la colazione, non l'avevi pagata e ne prenotata, mica siamo veggenti, perche' mettere 1 alla colazione se non l'hai nenache consumata ne pagata? Per il chech-in sei arrivato senza aver avvisato che ritardavi rispetto all'orario indicato e volevi che ti si aspettasse sino all'ora che sei arrivato?? Gia' tanto che sei entrato! Gli orari tardivi si concordano non esiste una receptios 24 ore su 24 nemmeno negli hotel 5 stelle, figurati in un b/b. Per non parlare di come hai lasciato la camera senza aver pagato i supplementi previsti per i due tuoi cani, per le tasse di soggiorno...per la auto. Credo sia opportuno che se sei abituato ad avere qualcuno che ti assista personalemente durante i tuoi spostamenti dovresti assicurarti e leggere bene le condizioni e le regole di ogni struttura dove alloggi. Per il voto me ne faro' una ragione, ma ho tante altre persone che alloggiano in struttura sia prima che dopo di te che hanno avuto un'esperienza piu' che positiva. Per cui fatti una domanda tu, forse hai dei seri problemi da sistemarti e non sfogarti dei tuoi problemi con le altre persone, leggendo prima di prenotare e pure dopo aver prenotato delle regole dell' alloggio. Infine ti auguro che la peste ti venga a casa tua e che da questa struttura tu stia lontano... . il mondo e' bello perche' e' vario, ma tu questo mondo e' bene che non lo frequenti.

In questo periodo i riscaldamenti sono spebti per normativa comunale. Come indicato sul sito e' presente a supplemento il sistema di climatizzazione Basta richiederlo e non lamentarsi successivamente.

A pleasant stay in this establishment 15 minutes walk from the airport. You can enjoy a homemade cappuccino for breakfast. Very good service for the price. PS: The local pizzeria is really good.

Located near the airport and train station (about 15 minutes on foot). Perfect if in addition to Pisa you plan an excursion to Florence (1 hour by train). Room for 3 people very spacious, clean and comfortable with access to the garden/patio with tables and chairs. Fabio very attentive, kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

Very clean, great location and plenty of comfort in the room, unfortunately they charge for the air conditioning as a separate service, something that has never happened to us in any of the hotels we have been to.

I stayed one night due to the proximity to the airport. The room was very warm and the air conditioning was available for a fee. The garden is nice. Cleanliness was average and the beds were comfortable. The bus stop for the city center is right in front of the villa.

As soon as we entered, the manager was very kind in writing to me on WhatsApp all the various codes and instructions necessary to access the property. The check-in process was very simple. Another point in favor of the manager was that he changed my date after a booking error. Unfortunately, we noticed a rather unpleasant fact. After opening the gate, we entered the wrong room and unfortunately the keys provided allowed us to open another room as well. We entered a room of another person because the keys are all the same. This situation is not acceptable. It is worrying to find out that the key to my room can open other doors and vice versa. Fortunately, in the room we mistakenly opened, there was no one. Furthermore, while looking for our room, we opened a door and found an entrance with stairs, loud music, and beds in the middle of the stairs (probably a part of the B&B under renovation). It was unpleasant to discover this situation. After finding our room, we can say that it was quite acceptable structurally. The bathroom was fairly clean, but the lack of a bidet could be an issue for longer stays. The room had stains on the curtains, dust on the outlets and switches, and other negligible details. The main issue was the persistent smell of dust or closed space mixed with air freshener, which negatively affected our stay. The owner charges 10€ for final cleaning. This smell was particularly serious for me as I am allergic. The property has a fairly pleasant outdoor area, but we did not have time to test it. The entrance area is a bit heavy, I would recommend removing unnecessary furnishings except brochures or useful materials for guests. The location is good, close to the airport, ideal for short stays. The quality/price ratio seems acceptable, but the overall experience and service quality influence the judgment. From a numerical standpoint, I believe the property should better leverage its potential for the benefit of guests. I hope this review can be an incentive for future improvement. Only in this case, a detailed review like this makes sense.

Non e' necessario risponderle personalmente alla suo poema, io faccio rispondere la nostra clientela: Recensione di Fanny Ha soggiornato nella tua struttura nel periodo 15 giu 2024 / 16 giu 2024 Struttura: 10 / Pulizia: 10 / Posizione: 10 / Gestore: 10 / Rapporto qualità-prezzo: 10 16 giu 2024 ore 10: 49 La camera e il bagno sono spaziosi e puliti. È facile da raggiungere e si trova in un posto comodo (vicino a tutto). Consiglio totalmente Villa Liberty Il Lauro B&B. Mi scusi ma credo non sia per niente costruttiva la sua recensione, anzi la trovo fastidiosa, come se volesse insegnare qualcosa a chi giornalmente riceve tantissimi ospiti. Credo abbia bisogno di viaggiare di piu' cosi potra' apprezzare le nostre qualita' e i nostri servizi. Inoltre la invito a saper leggere meglio sia cosa acquista sui portali di prenotazione ma soprattutto capire la messaggistica inviata, senza dover sbagliare come ha fatto lei a prendere chiavi di altri ospiti. Ogni stanza ha il suo nome non e' difficile, lo trovate scritto sia sulle chiavi che sulla porta. Inoltre le consiglio di segnalare la prossima volta alla struttura i suoi problemi di salute cosi' da evitare profumazioni che molti clienti apprezzano ma probabilmente chi ha problemi come lei danno fastidio. Le racconto anche questo che i suppellettili che lei non vorrebbe trovare sono simbolo di questa casa e chi viene come ospite capisce cosa significano. Le consiglio una catena alberghiera la prossima volta dove tutti siete dei numeri e non delle persone. Ricordando che il mondo e' bello perche' e' vario...buona giornata. Villa Liberty Il Lauro anno di costruzione '1890 e i suppellettili hanno un significato!

We booked at this Bed and Breakfast because it's close to the airport since our flight was arriving around 23:30. The room is nice but has a musty smell, the shower cleanliness needs to be reviewed, even though they charge an additional 10€ for cleaning. The breakfast with all Eurospin products including the baguette. For one night near the airport, it's fine. Possibility of parking inside the courtyard where you can park only one car for a fee of 5€. The owner is available for late check-in.

The structure is beautiful, close to the train station and also to the airport. The manager is kind, we arrived in the morning and he kindly offered us coffee. However, it lacks a lot in communication and clarity on additional costs. Nowhere, on this site or elsewhere, is it stated that the use of the air conditioner is subject to a fee. We paid 10 euros from 9 pm to 5 am (that day it was almost 40 degrees). Furthermore, having to be at the airport by 6:30 in the morning, we paid double the expected fee for the shuttle, 20 euros instead of 10, for a mere 5 minutes by car. This had already been told to us following our request; we accepted it to avoid risks, but frankly it is too much.
