Breakfast is served during the summer under a pleasant gazebo and is strictly prepared by Pippo with careful care of the choice of organic produce in the area. Oca Giuliva is a very nice B&B with a beautiful property, swimming pool and nice clean rooms. The host 'Pipo' and his lovely wife Sabrina are very hospitable. Pipo takes care of all his guests and takes alle the time to give them a good time. We had a wonderful time at the Oca Giuliva. The cooking with other Italian guest, the delicious meal that Sabrina made made us feel at home. Pipo, Sabrina, the other guests (Barbara & Paolo, Orazio & Isabella) made our stay unforgettable! Adoro, Hans & Marion.

Oca Giuliva is a quiet place, in the green, it's a pity not to come here in the summer, because they also have a beautiful pool, the room is clean and very welcoming, the managers Pippo and Francesca are kind and loving people, they came to welcome us at the car, they accompanied us to the room and we chatted for a while, indicating places to eat and visit. Breakfast is lovingly prepared by Francesca every day, sweet and savory of all kinds, plentiful and genuine with local products. We will definitely come back.

We stayed at this beautiful property from January 12th to 14th, we had a great time, the very friendly managers welcomed us like friends, so much so that even the 11-year-old girl was impressed by so much availability and affection, always smiling and available for any advice and information. Both us and our dogs will definitely return.

Pippo, the owner, is a very helpful, friendly, and kind person, he does his job with love and meticulousness. The only lack, for those who want to spend hours in the pool and relax, eventually is the absence of umbrellas where they can shelter in the hottest hours lying on the sunbed. Beautiful structure, well-kept and very clean, with a saltwater pool on the terrace. Convenient location for visiting various cities and only 10 minutes by car from the sea. We were pampered for the short time of our 2-night stay, but it felt like a week-long vacation. Both hosts were very kind, hospitable, and professional. Excellent property in a strategic location to visit some of the most beautiful villages in the area such as San Gimignano, Bolgheri, and Volterra, as well as Livorno and Pisa. However, the real strength lies in the two "characters" who manage the property, Pippo and Francesca. They are a close-knit couple who try to meet all requests and provide answers to the many questions we asked, exceeding the expectations of a tour guide. With them, you feel like part of the family thanks to their constant kindness and courtesy. In a few days, they won over the whole family, and in return, we showed them what a true aperitivo in Milan means. Great!

We had a great time. The room and common areas are very clean. The bathroom is comfortable and with a spacious shower. The place is well-kept and delightful, you are welcomed by the scent of jasmine that can be found in several parts of the garden. The managers are friendly and sociable, and thanks to their advice we ate very well and saw wonderful places that we would have missed. I recommend it.

The couple of managers are very helpful and friendly, they immediately put you at ease and it feels like being in a family's house where everyone tells you where they come from, what they do in life, what experiences they have had, episodes that are joked about etc. etc: truly a nice and genuine atmosphere. I recommend it to those who want to "unplug" from work and everything else for a few days, whether it's a weekend or not. I highly recommend it. The owners are very kind, the structure is cozy and very relaxing. Equipped with satellite TV and WiFi, 24-hour access freedom so you can come and go without time constraints, possibility to use the saltwater pool... of course, while respecting the house rules.

The B&B Oca Giuliva is in a strategic area to visit both seaside resorts and those in the hills. We stayed for 3 days in the room below the swimming pool: comfortable beds, spacious room and bathroom, huge shower. Nice pool and solarium area. Breakfast was sufficient. We stayed 3 days and we had a good time, the managers are present and friendly but very discreet, the pool area is a gem, like the little garden. The rooms are nice and well-kept. Small downsides: proximity to a noisy road, breakfast with non-buffet industrial products (due to covid), third extra bed for a boy not very comfortable. Suggestion: add a small fridge in the rooms.

Very beautiful structure, strategic location for both the beaches of the Etruscan Riviera and for reaching art cities and small villages that reveal historical and scenic gems. A nice place, excellent cleanliness, the room where we stayed is very beautiful, large, and functional, and perfectly acoustically isolated from, unfortunately, the noise of the nearby street. The air conditioning allows you to keep all the windows closed and be calm. The bathroom is spacious, and the room is made up every day, which is not bad for a B&B. Beautiful pool with a nice corner where the owner Pippo challenges everyone to play forty. Kindness and friendliness surround the structure. Good breakfast, excellent cold cuts, remarkable sweet part. In short, a nice environment; the small problem of the street noise, noticeable from the pool and during breakfast outdoors, is more than compensated for by everything else. By the way, Pippo informed us that this winter they will install a noise barrier at the edge of the street. Highly recommended, we will definitely return.

Very well maintained and welcoming facility, the only discordant note is the proximity to the road which, however, is forgotten considering everything else. The pool is also well kept and pretty. Pippo is a phenomenal host. Talkative but not intrusive with rare availability. Always in a good mood and very organized. As soon as we arrived, he recommended various places to go eat or visit. The pool is small but really very relaxing. It is salt water and always at a pleasant temperature, the shared garden is very nice and well maintained. Comfortable room and even more so the bathroom, the shower is fabulous! Very convenient place also for those like us who have a dog, the only obvious restriction is that it cannot go into the pool, the property is fully fenced and you can leave it free, but accompanied, in the parking area. I hope to be able to return because it really deserves it.

Abbiamo prenotato online, rispondendo a tutte cose richieste, abbiamo indicato chi eravamo, compreso bambino di 3 anni. quando siamo arrivati per lui non c'era né letto né culla. Ci è stato detto che avremmo dovuto chiederlo (online non era specificato niente di tutto questo) e che non poteva esserci data perchè per la sanificazione la culla doveva essere mandata in un altro posto; non so perchè non potesse essere sanificata come gli altri letti (che certamente non possono essere mossi da lì). Il gestore un po' rigido e non tanto attento. ho letto recensioni in cui si dice che sia simpatico ma non l'ho torvato così disponibile. La colazione povera, un piatto con cose contate scarso. con un po' di arronganza ci ha detto che non dovevamo portare bottiglie di plastica perchè il b&b era plastic free, salvo poi trovare bottigliette di saponi e shampoo e confezioni marmellata di plastica... il posto è carino e c'è una bella piscina.

Camera pulita, spaziosa e arredata con gusto. Dall’attenzione dedicata all’allestimento del b&b traspare la passione e dedizione del gestore, Pippo, sempre simpatico, gentile e disponibile anche a consigliare degli itinerari nella zona. Gli altri padroni di casa sono una bella gattina di nome Lulù e un cane, Gastone. Entrambi molto puliti ed educati (rispondono infatti prontamente ai comandi di Pippo) il che rende ottima la convivenza con gli amanti degli animali e non. Colazione ottima, con possibilità di scegliere sia dolce che salato. Piscina di nuova costruzione, curata e pulita. Se cercate un posto dove rilassarvi pur sentendovi come a casa vostra il b&b l’oca giuliva fa per voi.

Che dire ! Tutto perfetto. Struttura molto bella e accogliente a 10 chilometri dal mare e comunque situata in posizione strategica per visitare altri luoghi. Che dire, prenotiamo per 4 giorni, il gestore ci chiama proponendo di aggiungere un giorno in quanto le camere sono libere, dopo alcune titubanze accettiamo...al quarto giorno il gestore ci presenta il conto, asserendo di non ricordare di averci proposto un giorno aggiuntivo, scusandosi ma senza troppa convinzione. Insomma, ci invita a lasciare la struttura, senza aver proposto un'alternativa e senza un euro di sconto, da noi non richiesto. A parte questo spiacevole episodio la struttura è adeguata al prezzo, non molto curata all'esterno e con colazione alquanto deludente... ovviamente la Toscana annovera molteplici soluzioni, merita di essere visitata...maggiore attenzione alla scelta della struttura...

Gestore simpaticissimo, gentile e super disponibile per consigliarci luoghi da visitare, borghi, spiagge e ristoranti. Comoda la posizione a 10 minuti dal mare, ideale per gite anche nell’entroterra. Terrazza con piscina da favola, l’acqua leggermente salata non lascia quel fastidioso odore di cloro. Unica nota dolente la strada principale, le camere rivolte verso di essa ne soffrono particolarmente perché di notte è davvero difficile dormire con la finestra aperta. Le finestre sono però perfettamente insonorizzate

Il B&B Oca Giuliva è un bel posticino, a circa 10 km dal mare, circondato dalla campagna e da tanto verde. La struttura è stata ben ristrutturata recentemente, poche camere ma molto curate e confortevoli, fresche e silenziose, con bagno privato e grande doccia. Fantastico il lettone enorme. Bel spazio esterno ombreggiato utilizzato al mattino per la colazione. Presente una bellissima piscina con acqua salata e un attrezzato solarium. Un cenno poi alla simpatica presenza del proprietario, Pippo, disponibilissimo a dare consigli e a consigliare ottimi ristoranti.

Casale molto ben ristrutturato con stanze comode e attrezzate. Posizione decentrata che però permette di raggiungere le spiagge e luoghi da vistare in poco tempo. La piccola piscina e l'area attorno danno la possibilità di ritemprarsi dopo una gita. Colazione ottima con qualche chicca preparata in casa e servita all'aperto. Simpatici e accoglienti i due padroni di casa Gastone e Lulu dediti alla questua e sempre pronti a raccattare qualsiasi cosa cada dal tavolo della colazione. Pippo e Sabrina sono sempre disponibili a soddisfare le esigenze degli ospiti e a suggerire luoghi e ristoranti.

L'Oca Giuliva è un piccolo B&B situato in una zona strategica della Toscana, a Riparbella. Da qui potrete raggiungere in macchina diversi paesi come il Golfo di Baratti, Volterra, San Gimignano, Populonia, Montescudaio, Bolgheri, Casale Marittimo, Castagneto Carducci, Cecina... tutti luoghi meravigliosi e ricchi di storia. Pippo é un meraviglioso padrone di casa sempre pronto a darvi consigli su cosa visitare o dove cenare, una persona davvero cordiale e disponibile! Camera ok con tutto ciò che può servire, pulizia ok e ottima colazione sia dolce che salata. Per me è stato un vero piacere soggiornarvi e lo consiglio sicuramente.

Se cercate un posto per rigenerare corpo e mente è il posto che fa per voi. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. La struttura molto bella e curata. Le camere splendide con letti e cuscini fantastici (soffro d’insonnia e ho dormito come tra le braccia di Morfeo). Colazione deliziosa con vasta scelta e soprattutto cose fatte in casa. Pippo il proprietario insieme a Sabrina sono molto ospitali e ti fanno sentire a casa. La colazione viene effettuata su tavoli da otto che ti danno la possibilità di aggregare infatti abbiamo fatto amicizia con altre coppie italiane e olandesi organizzando anche una cena tutti insieme la piscina con acqua salata è molto graziosa con musica di sottofondo da la possibilità di rilassarsi, le camere ben curate dotate di aria condizionata inserti vintage insomma ci siamo sentiti a casa e sicuramente torneremo con amici lo consigliamo a coppie famiglie e perché no anche a chi ha amici a 4 zampe da portare con se visto che nella struttura ti accolgono anche Gastone e Lulu un cane è un gatto affettuosissimi. Tutto il contesto si trova in una zona strategica della Toscana dove poter visitare molti posti, colline, mare, cantine e cittadine storiche come Volterra e San Gimignano.

Come ha detto Pippo (il gestore della struttura) abbiamo avuto la "sfortuna" di incappare nell'annuncio del suo B&B in Facebook, e dovendo organizzare all'ultimo secondo una gita veloce abbiamo colto al volo l'occasione! Che dire, la struttura si trova in un posto strategico tra le colline e il mare di Cecina, comodo per visitare città come Pisa, Livorno, Volterra, San Gimignano, ecc. Pippo (il gestore) ci ha accolto subito con solarità nel suo B&B che è un piccolo gioiellino, pulito, ben arredato, molto accogliente e familiare. La piscina poi dà quel valore in più al soggiorno, è proprio una gradita comodità! La colazione è ricca e abbondante (sia dolce che salata) e Pippo è stato sempre pronto ad accogliere le nostre richieste. Consigliatissimo, ci torneremo!

13 notti e 13 giorni passati in armonia e familiarità. Tutto questo grazie anche a Pippo e Sabrina splendidi padroni di casa. Anche la casa è curata nei particolari con piscina piccola ma veramente preziosa nei momenti di ritorno dal mare e dalle escursioni varie, la nostra piccola cagnolina Macchia ha trovato pure un compagno di giochi, il carinissimo Gastone. Chiudo ringraziando Pippo per la sua sempre pronta disponibilità. Grazie anche a Sabrina per i suoi dolci e per le sue cure e attenzioni. Un posto che io e mia moglie raccomandiamo sicuramente. Bella struttura, bella camera comoda e spaziosa, lo spazio all'aperto concilia il relax e la piscina è davvero carina, anche se noi non l abbiamo mai usata perché abbiamo sfruttato ogni minuto di mare. La colazione è abbondante e per tutti i gusti. I proprietari sono gentili, ospitali e disponibili, ci siamo sentiti a casa e torneremo sicuramente. I consigli di Pippo su dove mangiare o in quale parte di mare fare il bagno sono stati preziosi, ci siamo trovati benissimo. Menzione d'onore per la doccia, la nostra bambina l'ha adorata.

Il buon giudizio è stato compromesso dal fatto che il gestore non ci aveva informato che aveva lavori in corso piuttosto importanti. Oltre a compromettere la visibilità della struttura, rendevano difficile il parcheggio che richiedeva almeno due manovre con un'auto di piccole dimensioni. Il nome Oca Giuliva inganna, perché ci si aspetta di trovare una fattoria invece la casa è sopra la strada Cecina - Volterra, molto trafficata e pertanto rumorosa. Non ci sono animali da cortile, né cibi biologici autoprodotti. Se proprio non si riesce a trovare altro chiedere se è libera una stanza che non s'affacci sulla strada. A noi han dato quella ma eravamo in tre e la dimensione della stanza non era sufficiente per stare comodi. Vabbè, se costa poco non si può pretendere di più, ma chissà dopo i lavori. Il mare bello più vicino è a quasi 50 km, non fidatevi di quel che raccontano le bandiere azzurre. Cecina è una cittadina bellissima dove si mangia ovunque "benissimo" per la nostra esperienza, i dintorni hanno bellissime pinete ma il mare non è pulito, e se lo è non si vede. Per un mare decente puntate a Follonica, la Rimini toscana, oppure cercatevi alloggio nei pressi del Golfo di Baratti (Piombino), con mare davvero caraibico, lidi godevolissimi, e famosissimi pini ultracentenari.

Ottima struttura peccato per la strada così vicina ma non implica problemi di sonno o altro. Ottimi consigli su dove mangiare o dove andare al mare. Comodo alle strutture e sull’autostrada. In costruzione la piscina che farà un ulteriore classe al B&B. Tornerò.

Ottima posizione per visitare i paesi circostanti e andare al mare. Camere nuove e accoglienti, colazione molto buona, in particolare le torte fatte dalla proprietaria, unica pecca (sorvolabile) il Wi-Fi nella nostra camera non aveva segnale, e parcheggio piccolo e non proprio comodo. La nostra permanenza è stata comunque molto piacevole, lo consigliamo vivamente, sopratutto per una coppia. Da sottolineare l’ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Stanze confortevoli ed impeccabili, accoglienza calorosa e disponibilità davvero esemplare, arricchita da preziosissimi ed azzeccati consigli sulle opportunità e attrattive nei dintorni. La struttura non è vicinissima al mare ma tutti i posti più interessanti nelle vicinanze possono essere raggiunti agevolmente. Colazione varia che riserva talvolta sorprese davvero piacevoli! Gli spazi in comune sono un po' sacrificati e quelli esterni soffrono un po' del traffico sulla strada antistante, ma sono in previsione lavori che dovrebbero migliorare notevolmente la situazione - nel frattempo le pinete sulla costa offrono un'ottima alternativa!
