Great property and friendly helpful hosts. Highly recommended. We booked for a few days but liked it so much we extended for a week. The town is laid back and the people are cool. We have been to many places in Italy and this area is by far the best, real Italy not a tourist trap. Do not miss the pizza at Nr 76 the best pizza in all Italy, check out the Gelato at a place called The Ice Cream Shop, it is beside a park and is family run. And the place by the town square is fabulous with a fantastic owner and staff not to mention good food and cappuccinos. Had a great time and hope to return some day. We stayed at La Dimora di Marco - Exclusive Art Rooms Salento for a pleasant weekend in Salento. The structure is very well-kept and equipped with everything needed for the stay, there is a beautiful garden and an area with tables to relax in the open area. The room that Marco reserved for us was comfortable, clean, and very well taken care of in details and furnishings. Equipped with heating, hob, fridge, and en-suite bathroom, a sort of studio apartment. The location is really convenient because it is located a few kilometers from the sea and about 20 minutes from Lecce. We recommend tasting the 'pasticciotti' from Bar Pertini in Melendugno, they are truly spectacular! Marco was really very kind and helpful, we highly recommend staying at his property!

We stayed at La Dimora di Marco - Exclusive Art Rooms Salento for 14 days and we were very comfortable. The room was spacious and equipped with all the comforts: fridge, sink, kitchen with induction hob, and latest generation TV. Then moving on to the private bathroom, modern with a spacious shower. I thank the owners, Marco and Arianna, for their availability.

Nice, especially because it is modern with wifi, TV, heating, and other comfortable amenities. Equipped with a kitchenette that allowed us to have a relaxing stay. We felt welcomed as if we were at home, the manager is very kind and helpful.

Lovely place, beautiful structure with a garden to enjoy. Family atmosphere and exceptional hosts. Breakfast always with fresh products collected from the garden. Great location to explore the entire coast. Impeccable cleanliness. Total relaxation, we will definitely come back. A place that stays in the heart!

We stayed recently at La Dimora di Marco - Exclusive Art Rooms Salento and I must say we had a great time. The cleanliness and attention to detail, including artistic details, both in the room and in the shared spaces, were truly impeccable. The friendliness of the young owners is superb, always available for any need, advice, or necessity. The breakfast is truly exquisite, mixing typical local products like the delicious 'pasticciotto', local honey, and homemade sweets. Fresh fruit from their garden is always available every morning. The strongest feeling we had was that at La Dimora di Marco, you breathe an atmosphere of home and tranquility. With well-furnished rooms and common areas equipped with laundry facilities and a relaxation area. I highly recommend it to those who want to stay in a strategically located place in the heart of Salento, 10 minutes by car from the sea and just over 25 minutes from Otranto and Lecce, without giving up the tranquility and silence of the village, with no parking issues.

Great Bed & Breakfast managed by the owner in an impeccable way, very helpful and prepared. Spectacular breakfast with excellent zero-kilometer fruit.

Welcome, hospitality, kindness: Marco will make you feel at home. The recently renovated structure is tastefully furnished and detailed, respecting the architectural style of Lecce. We also appreciated the spaciousness of the spaces both inside the room and the common outdoor areas. The structure is very beautiful and clean. The owners are very kind and helpful. The breakfast is excellent and abundant with no shortage of pasticciotti and homemade sweets.

La Dimora di Marco - Exclusive Art Rooms Salento is a new structure about 5 km from San Foca. Managed by Marco and Arianna, it has three rooms with a kitchenette and independent entrance, each room has a name, ours was "Sun and Moon". I gave 10 because I couldn't give a higher score but it's really worth staying and enjoying the facilities of the property, the good breakfast, and the proximity to the sea. Thank you Marco and Arianna.

My husband and I discovered this property thanks to the B&B Day. We are very happy with this stay because we had a great time. Everything perfect, excellent cleanliness of the room and the entire property. The 'Il bacio' room is beautiful, tastefully furnished, and what about the mattress.. sweet dreams. Excellent and abundant breakfast served outside under a porch. Good location to reach beaches and cities of Salento a few kilometers away. The owner Marco and his girlfriend welcomed us very well with their availability and friendliness, and that's why we will return in July, so see you soon guys.
