Our one night stay at Le Campane di Assisi was a pleasure. The room is spacious and spotless. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom has all the essentials. There is a boiler to make coffee and tea, as well as a fridge with cold water. Our room had a small terrace. Checking in was easy. Sara is helpful and welcoming. We walked to the nearby bar for breakfast, and found it to be a pasticceria with good pastries and coffee. We would happily return to stay here again.

We spent two nights at this property and we had a great time, room as in the pictures, excellent cleanliness, the owner and her husband were really kind and provided various useful information, highly recommended! It is a stone's throw from the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli and in 5 minutes by car you can reach Assisi, the only flaw is the not included breakfast, but the owner had a nice idea in creating a dedicated corner where you can find a kettle with coffee, ginseng and soluble cappuccino sachets and two snacks, there is also a mini fridge with two bottles of water. The owner knows how to please her customers and if you really need a plentiful breakfast there is a bar just a short walk away. Choose it and you won't regret it.

We spent two nights in Le Campane di Assisi, we had a great time! Clean and welcoming room just like the girl who manages the property. Highly recommended! 5 minutes walk from the church and close to many services. What can I say, we were thrilled!

Very convenient structure to reach, with a large free parking right in front. The room is clean, new, and quiet. Logistically it is located a few steps from the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli and the bus stop. Nearby there are all the necessary services. The owner is kind, helpful and gave us very useful advice. We will definitely come back.

Mi dispiace per il rapporto qualità-prezzo (non perché sia un voto basso), ma capisco che le sia sembrato un prezzo un po' elevato. Purtroppo nella mia struttura non ho camere singole, solitamente applico uno sconto sulla doppia ad uso singola, ma non durante nel mese di agosto. Quindi lei si è trovata a pagare il prezzo della doppia, un po' alto per essere una singola. Spero di poterla riavere mia ospite in futuro.. magari durante un mese dove lo sconto è attivo.

I stayed only one night at Le Campane di Assisi and I regretted not staying longer. I will definitely come back when I'm in Assisi again. Excellent location 500 meters from the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli, availability of ample public parking in front of the property. The owner who welcomed us is a very professional, kind, and helpful person. The room was practically perfect, very clean, spacious, bright, with the opportunity to make tea, herbal teas, or coffee using a kettle. Comfortable bed and ok air conditioning, bathroom 10 out of 10. Great value for money. Top! Thank you for everything!

Reality has exceeded expectations! The room is even more beautiful in person than in photos: bright, very clean, and well taken care of in every detail. Ottima struttura a pochi minuti in macchina da Assisi. Pulita e con comodo parcheggio libero di fronte. La colazione non è compresa ma la camera è dotata di bollitore, caffè, cappuccino, mocaccino solubili, thè e biscotti. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Le campane di Assisi Per chi, come noi, vive una realtà caotica e frenetica, ritrovarsi a Le campane di Assisi, è stato come approdare all’Isola che non c’è! Una realtà lontana anni luce dalla nostra quotidianità...un piccolo paradiso di serenità! Sara, la proprietaria, ci ha accolto con straordinaria e sincera ospitalità. Evidenti tutte le norme per la prevenzione COVID-19, che ci hanno dato maggiore tranquillità. Non meno importante la comodità di parcheggiare l’auto sotto casa dove c’è un ampio parcheggio gratuito! La camera, spaziosissima con un piccolo balconcino che affaccia sul delicato giardino antistante all’ingresso, ci ha regalato risvegli davvero romantici. La struttura è ben collegata al centro che risulta raggiungibile in 5 minuti a piedi, dove si erge la cappella della Porziuncola, consegnata alla storia per essere stato il luogo dove dimorava San Francesco, su cui è stata edificata la maestosa Basilica di Santa Maria degli Angeli. Dal centro poi, tutti i servizi per raggiungere la basilica di San Francesco d’Assisi in 7 minuti. Per chi come noi, desidera un soggiorno tranquillo e funzionale, che sia per turismo religioso, enogastronomici, artistico o naturalistico, il luogo ideale dove fare sosta è a Le campane di Assisi! Vi garantiamo che, nonostante la mascherina anti-covid, il sorriso di Sara, riuscirà ad irradiarvi! Si entra come ospiti si va via come amici! Grazie Sara! A presto!

Ci siamo fermati solo una notte. Abbiamo trovato camera e bagno perfettamente puliti. Camera dotata di tutti i comfort, aria condizionata, Wi-Fi, ben esposta, non rumorosa, materassi comodissimi. Ci siamo fermati una sola notte purtroppo ma la camera, in piccolo contesto, è apparsa subito molto accogliente, pulitissima, confortevole ed attrezzata. Lenzuola ed asciugamani bianchi non danno adito a dubbi; igiene ed eleganza. Qualità in tutto. La proprietaria, persona attenta e cordiale, molto disponibile. A 5 minuti a piedi da S. Maria degli Angeli - Porziuncola, posizione ottima. Ci torneremo molto volentieri.

Sara, la titolare, è una persona squisita e gestisce il suo B&B come un gioiellino! Comodità e pulizia sono le caratteristiche principali di questa struttura praticamente nuova e a due passi dalla basilica e da punti di ristoro, pur essendo tranquilla e piuttosto silenziosa. Ampio parcheggio di fronte e nessun vincolo di orario, quindi ci si sente come a casa propria! Grazie di tutto, il nostro passaparola sarà positivo al 100% e se torneremo in zona sapremo dove fermarci!

Ottimo B&B, struttura nuova, moderna, arredata in modo semplice, ma con buon gusto e molto pulita. Buona posizione, in una strada tranquilla vicino alla bellissima basilica di Santa Maria degli angeli (5 minuti a piedi), parcheggio comodo davanti all'hotel. A 5 minuti di macchina dal centro di Assisi. Proprietaria simpatica e disponibile, consigliatissimo.

La stanza era molto pulita, accogliente e calda. Il gestore molto disponibile e cordiale. Il posto molto tranquillo e silenzioso.
