The bed was a bit hard, but other than that it was great. Sarah is a great host and very attentive.

Amazing location, clean and comfortable. Very close to the city center but not in the noisy and annoying tourist places. Sara, the host, is absolutely perfect, I would want all accommodations to have someone like her.

Our one night stay at Le Campane di Assisi was a pleasure. The room is spacious and spotless. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom has all the essentials. There is a boiler to make coffee and tea, as well as a fridge with cold water. Our room had a small terrace. Checking in was easy. Sara is helpful and welcoming. We walked to the nearby bar for breakfast, and found it to be a pasticceria with good pastries and coffee. We would happily return to stay here again.

The structure is located near the church of Santa Maria degli Angeli, therefore convenient to the center as well as to the main services such as restaurants, bars, and pastry shops. Moreover, in a short time, you can reach the center of Assisi. The environment is very nice, simple but clean and well equipped with all the essentials. Although there is no room service for breakfast, there is a kettle with brioches and tea and coffee bags, and the minibar is stocked with water. Excellent, I would say! Ms. Sara is very kind and friendly, and her brochure with all the necessary information for a vacation in Assisi is precious. Highly recommended place. We stayed in the beautiful triple attic room with the skylight.

Mrs. Sara is very kind and helpful for anything you ask, the structure is new and very clean with all the comforts. Very close to the center and ample parking in front, café pastry shop and shopping center a few steps away.

Stayed 2 nights at the end of March. Everything was fine, appreciated the heating given the temperatures and also the kettle available in the room. The lady was very kind and helpful.

This property is located just a stone's throw from the Church of Santa Maria degli Angeli, and a few kilometers from Assisi, so a very convenient location. Our room was on the top floor, spotless and cozy. The bed was comfortable and the spaces more than adequate (I would perhaps add just one more chair). The presence of the kettle with some soluble drinks was very much appreciated. As was the management's willingness to check us in outside of the scheduled time. We stayed here during the B&B days paying for only one night out of two, so the quality-price ratio was truly excellent!

The quality price is unbeatable. Service and room are like in a hotel.

We spent two nights at this property and we had a great time, room as in the pictures, excellent cleanliness, the owner and her husband were really kind and provided various useful information, highly recommended! It is a stone's throw from the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli and in 5 minutes by car you can reach Assisi, the only flaw is the not included breakfast, but the owner had a nice idea in creating a dedicated corner where you can find a kettle with coffee, ginseng and soluble cappuccino sachets and two snacks, there is also a mini fridge with two bottles of water. The owner knows how to please her customers and if you really need a plentiful breakfast there is a bar just a short walk away. Choose it and you won't regret it.

The property met my expectations and is exactly as seen in the photos. Mrs. Sara is very kind and helpful, the room is spacious, clean, and just a stone's throw from Santa Maria degli Angeli.

The room was practically perfect, very clean, spacious, bright, with the opportunity to make tea, herbal teas, or coffee using a kettle. Reality has exceeded expectations! The room is even more beautiful in person than in photos: bright, very clean, and well taken care of in every detail. Sara, an excellent host, made our stay more enjoyable. Convenient location for those traveling by car, also thanks to the parking in front of the property. Excellent value for money. The Bells of Assisi. For those, like us, living in a chaotic and hectic reality, finding themselves at The Bells of Assisi was like landing in the Island that isn't there! A reality far light-years away from our daily life, a little paradise of serenity! Sara, the owner, greeted us with extraordinary and sincere hospitality. All the COVID-19 prevention rules are evident, giving us greater peace of mind. Equally important is the convenience of parking the car right under the house where there is ample free parking! The room, very spacious with a small balcony overlooking the delicate garden in front of the entrance, gave us truly romantic awakenings. The property is well connected to the center, reachable in 5 minutes on foot, where stands the chapel of the Porziuncola, handed down in history for being the place where San Francesco lived, on which the majestic Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli was built. From the center, all services to reach the Basilica of San Francesco d'Assisi in 7 minutes. For those like us, who desire a quiet and functional stay, whether for religious, food and wine, artistic or naturalistic tourism, the ideal place to stop is at The Bells of Assisi! We stayed only one night. We found the room and the bathroom perfectly clean. The room is equipped with all the comforts, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, well exposed, not noisy, very comfortable mattresses.
