Nothing to say about the people working at Palazzo dei Ciompi, from the ladies at the reception to the cleaning personnel we found them to be extremely helpful and polite. Unfortunately tho, once we got to our room, we felt let down. The reason why we did not mention anything to the front desk is that these are all minor issues considering we were in the room only to sleep and shower, although considering it is not the cheapest accommodation in the city I feel it's fair to be as honest as possible in this review. The room decor looked like in the pictures, but it lacked maintenance. The shelves in the living room looked like they could fall any moment, the room was nice and had a beautiful view but the bedsheet had a couple of small holes that gave a very cheap overall feeling. The toilet was very big and with a beautiful view of the Duomo, although the WC cover was broken, the garbage bin lid was broken and the main drawer of the sink furniture was also broken. We also found some long dark hair in the shower that was not very pleasant (I understand in the rush of cleaning the hair may get stuck to the shower door, but it's still unpleasant to find especially added to the other not-so-pleasant details above). I found it weird that on the sink there was no soap holder nor a towel holder next to it, which diminished even more the perceived value of our room. We did not complaint nor ask for a different room, as I said there really was no point in changing when we were there only to sleep; but I still feel you should know the expectations from the website pictures were definitely not met. Also, we were using the Bonus Vacanze and were quite happy just to be in a mini holiday considering the whole COVID19 situation. Please, do not take this down to your staff; just consider curing your image a little more to deliver what you are promising in each of your rooms/apartments. Kindest regards.

We stayed from the 24th to the 27th of December. The initial impression was great. Nice structure, very beautiful and modern apartment, excellent location. Unfortunately, upon our arrival, despite having booked the internal parking with confirmation from the manager, the spot was not available and I had to use an external parking that cost me more. Not even 12 hours after our arrival, the elevator was broken and being on the 2nd floor, it was difficult to reach the apartment with my elderly mother. We found the available dishes in the apartment dirty (cups and cutlery). The breakfast service in the bar below is definitely poor and the staff is rude. Even though I immediately reported these issues to the owner, I received no response. It's a shame because the location has good potential.

We stayed on the first floor and, besides being small and dirty, the apartment was close to the air conditioning unit and we couldn't sleep. I reported it to the manager who kindly moved us to the second floor where the situation had significantly improved both in terms of room size, cleanliness, and quietness. The breakfast is not the best.

Structure located in an excellent position for those who want to visit the center of Florence. Clean, new, and well-equipped apartment. Also convenient internal parking. Only note: breakfast is available only starting at 9 am, a bit too late for those who want to organize their day from early morning.

We spent 4 fantastic days at Palazzo dei Ciompi in June 2021. We decided to use the holiday bonus, which was accepted without any problem, simply by presenting the code and the tax code at the property. The location is great, in just 10 minutes you can reach the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, so it is very convenient to visit the entire center on foot. Palazzo dei Ciompi is a very charming historic building, but it should be noted that being historical, the structure has all the characteristics, both positive and negative. We were a family of 4 and had booked a double room with two separate rooms, the first night, however, we heard noises coming from outside; when mentioned to the receptionist in an extremely kind way, she moved us to another room, very quiet. We really appreciated this willingness to meet all our needs (extra pillows, remote control, room change, extended check-out time). Also, a big thumbs up for the parking, 20 euros per day, very convenient compared to alternatives in the surrounding area. The only downside could be the bar affiliated with Palazzo dei Ciompi for breakfast, in the included breakfast there was a toast, a brioche, a juice (orange or pineapple), and a coffee/cappuccino, so a very rich breakfast, however, the issue concerns the management and rudeness of the people running the bar, one morning we asked for an orange juice (well aware that it was for a fee because it was not included in the breakfast) which arrived completely undrinkable because it was so rancid, when mentioned to the barista she simply replied "I cut the oranges and squeeze them". In any case, except for the breakfast bar, I highly recommend Palazzo dei Ciompi, as it has everything you could wish for on a vacation, the staff is competent and friendly and the rooms are splendid.

Excellent location, in ten minutes on foot you can reach most of the artistic sites of interest. Good for the internal parking, the staff is kind and welcoming. Small note in case of inconveniences, it is not possible to contact them at certain times. \nHowever, I would gladly return.

A stone's throw from the Duomo. Historic palace under renovation, which when completed will make the location even tidier and cleaner. Breakfast paid for and not consumed as the bar was closed. The manager, in exchange for the missed breakfast, for two days, for 4 people, did not charge us for the parking inside the Palazzo dei Ciompi. Enchanting and convenient location.

Appartamento molto bello nel contesto ma sporco, avendo due bambine piccole e con tutte le raccomandazioni per covid ho trovato il locale sporco, capelli per terra e nel letto. Ho cambiato le federe portate da casa e i cuscini erano sporchi. Prenotata la cena e per i soldi che l'ho pagata pensavo di mangiare molto meglio invece non potevi scegliere quello che volevi. Mai più in questo posto neanche se mi regalano il soggiorno.

Ho appena terminato la mia vacanza a palazzo Ciompi. Beh che dire io mi sono trovata stra bene. Stanze pulite in ordine e super moderne. Poi c'era tutto dalla lavastoviglie, ai fuochi, dal terrazzino alle pentole e al frigo. Lo consiglio perché oltre ad essere comodissimo personale attento. Mi sono recata alla reception per un problema al phon e al riscaldamento. Il tempo di fare colazione era già tutto funzionante. Pure la colazione offerta al bar è stata ottima e super abbondante. Se dovessi tornare non mancherò di soggiornare di nuovo da voi

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura per due notti. In primis, la posizione è molto favorevole per chi vuole essere vicino al centro, infatti per circa 6/700 metri arrivi al Duomo, Palazzo Vecchio, Uffizi, ma anche tanti altri palazzi museo, Casa Michelangelo, Palazzo Medici, Ponte Vecchio... . ecc Nell'appartamento che eravamo noi, nonostante che il palazzo è di una certa età, dal interno è ristrutturato di recente, con illuminazione led dappertutto bagni nuovi accessori di tendenza, angolo cottura, stoviglie e lavastoviglie, praticamente ideale per quattro persone, due stanze due bagni cucinotto con quattro posti da sedere. Reparto notte accessoriato bene, biancheria pulita (anche nei bagni). La colazione è inclusa nel prezzo, ben servita e abbondante, anche i altri pasti volendo, al solito locale sottostante, convenzionato, per 25 euro al pasto con solo acqua e caffè. Il personale è disponibile e gentile. Siamo contenti. Ovviamente noi abbiamo pagato usufruendo bonus vacanza totale con parcheggio 20 euro giornaliero, sembra tanto, ma in centro Firenze non trovi altra soluzione, se mai sicuramente costa di più parcheggi in città. Consigliato in tutti aspetti.

La camera era sporchissima, polvere e capelli ovunque. Le stoviglie presenti erano sporche, il bagno e la vasca puzzavano di fogna quando si apriva l acqua. abbiamo passato la notte ad uccidere le zanzare nella camera. La mattina ci siamo svegliati pieni di pizzichi, ho un bambino di 10 mesi e aveva il viso pieno di bolle di zanzara, la mattina dopo abbiamo parlato con la ragazza della reception che se ne è fregata totalmente dei problemi che abbiamo avuto. Anche il cibo era pessimo, l hotel è affiliato con un pub accanto il menu comprendeva un piatto di pasta tra due disponibili e un panino come secondo. il garage privato dove c ha mandato la struttura per parcheggiare c ha dato la macchina alle 11 30 dalle 9 30 che l avevamo richiesta. MAI PIÙ IN QUESTA STRUTTURA PESSIMO TUTTO per quanto mi riguarda dovrebbe chiudere

Stanze grandi e spaziose. Pulizia lascia a desiderare nonostante richiesto due volte di far pulire il bagno che risultava sporco al check-in non è venuto missino. Posizione ottimale per visitare la città

È una struttura da 0 stelle. Partiamo dal presupposto che non è un hotel ma sono una serie di camere in un palazzo. La reception è disponibile solo durante la giornata, non è possibile trovarla quindi la sera o la notte se ci fosse qualche problema. Le camere sono sporche, nei corridori c’erano attrezzi di pulizia, non è possibile usare il bidet causa di spazi stretti, inoltre c’erano tante zanzare in camera a causa dell’ assenza di una zanzariera. L’ impianto di raffreddamento non funzionava per niente. Tutto questo nelle camere ufficio delux. La signora alla reception non è per niente accogliente e appena arrivati per il check-in ci ha chiesto all’istante di pagare il conto. Abbiamo prenotato solo per una notte ed abbiamo chiesto di pagare il giorno dopo almeno i pasti (facoltativi) per cercare di decidere se mangiare nel bar convenzionato oppure no, ma non ci è stato consentito. Come pranzo e cena sono convenzionati con un bar di fianco, in cui ci hanno promesso inizialmente un antipasto, tanti primi a scema e tanti secondi a scelta. Abbiamo così pagato anticipatamente cena e pranzo con un costo di 200€ per 4 persone. Appena seduti a cena le ragazze del bar ci dicono che potevamo scegliere o l’antipasto oppure il secondo, senza un’ampia scelta. Come secondo siamo stati costretti a prendere un panino, nel quale abbiamo trovato un pelo e una zanzara morta. L‘abbiamo fatto presente al proprietario e si è scusato dicendo che il moscerino si era incollato camminando fino al tavolo. La mattina la colazione (misera), la dovevamo fare nello stesso bar, nella vetrina dove c’erano i cornetti sui quali gironzolavano mosconi e zanzare. L‘abbiamo fatto presente al personale ma hanno detto che purtroppo la vetrina è aperta, quindi abbiamo chiesto qualcosa di confezionato ma si sono rifiutati, e per il voltastomaco abbiamo saltato anche la colazione. Date le brutte esperienze abbiamo deciso di non mangiare a pranzo, e di conseguenza chiesto alla struttura il rimborso di almeno il pranzo, ma si è rifiutata sostenendo che la questione fosse tra noi e il bar (nonostante io l’accordo è il pagamento l’avessi fatto proprio alla struttura antipatamente). Il bar a sua volta, poi, si è discolpato dicendo che fosse una questione tra noi e il palazzo.

Struttura e gestione molto disponibili a soddisfare le esigenze del cliente, anche riguardo al cambio camera durante il soggiorno. Posizione ottima per visitare il centro. Peccato per la pulizia, che deve essere curata un po' di più (ci è capitato di dover spostare dei mobili, dietro i quali era meglio non guardare viste le nuvole di polvere). Nonostante questa mancanza, soggiorno consigliato e dove ritorneremo.

Abbiamo cenato al bar-ristorante in convenzione con l'albergo, adiacente lo stesso, al prezzo di 25 E a persona, ma non mangiando carne le uniche cose a disposizione erano insalata pomodorini olive e burrata, ovviamente non abbiamo raggiunto la cifra di 25 E, la seconda sera ci hanno presentato un conto di 18 E perchè abbiamo preso il dolce e due virgin moito (fuori menù).

Posizione eccellente in un quartiere "vivo" della città con molti localini per strada e per nulla pericoloso, vicinissimo al centro. La struttura andrebbe migliorata sotto l'aspetto dei particolari: ad esempio una zanzariera alla finestra che impedisca l'ingresso in estate delle numerose zanzare, un tappetino in bagno essendoci la doccia a filo sarebbe gradito per evitare bagnamento del pavimento e soprattutto i cuscini dei letti, che erano sottilissimi: andrebbero o diversificati (più alti) o comunque dovrebbe esserci la possibilità di averne più di uno. La cena al ristorante convenzionato PLAZ buona e i camerieri gentilissimi e molto disponibili, ci hanno illustrato subito cosa potevamo scegliere e sono stati molto cortesi e simpatici. La colazione va migliorata: le bariste scortesi, ci hanno fatto scegliere cosa volevamo e poi ci dicevano man mano che alcune cose non erano comprese: brioches si ma muffin e donut no, succhi di frutta si ma spremuta no, toast si ma yogurt con cereali no (per inciso pagato extra 5 euro per uno yogurt con un bicchierino di cereali, troppo direi!), e nessun servizio al tavolo, sceglievamo e poi dovevamo aspettare la roba e portarcela noi ai tavoli: BOCCIATE!

Il condizionatore non si capiva se funzionasse o meno. Per il resto. L'appartamento è nuovissimo, la cucina è ben attrezzata, ci hanno dato molti asciugamani per il bagno. La colazione si fa giù al bar e puoi scegliere tra le varie brioche, una bevanda calda tipo caffè e cappuccino, succo e toast quindi una colazione sostanziosa. L'appartamento si trova in pieno centro, si può raggiungere il duomo e il pontevecchio in poco tempo. C'è persino il supermercato a due passi dalla struttura. Super consigliato! (ho utilizzato il bonus vacanza)

Palazzo Ciompi è una struttura situata praticamente al centro di Firenze quasi a stretto contatto con le più importanti attrazioni artistiche della città. L'appartamento è risultato all'altezza delle nostre aspettative, purtroppo il coming ha lasciato un pò a desiderare poiché ci sono state distrazioni in fase di registrazione e sopratutto nel porre in essere i servizi previsti dal rapporto contrattuale (cambio biancheria ogni 3 giorni ottenuto solo una volta e su pressione del sottoscritto). Nel complesso consiglio Palazzo Ciompi a tutti coloro che intendono visitare la splendida città di Firenze soggiornando sia per brevi che per lunghi periodi.

Ottima posizione a pochi passi dal centro di Firenze, su una piazzetta graziosa. Appartamento grande, arredato elegantemente e funzionale, fornito di tutto il necessario; biancheria pulita, condizionatori perfetti. Colazione abbondante presso il bar sotto il palazzo, gestore assai disponibile e gentile, come la ragazza alla reception. Una menzione particolare per il parcheggio interno (molto utile in città) ma soprattutto per l'estrema cortesia nell'accettare subito, senza ritocchi di prezzo (cosa che mi è capitata chiedendo preventivi in altre strutture) il bonus vacanze.

Se non chiamvo io, nessuno mi ha avvisato che il posto auto non era nella via indicata nell'indirizzo. Alla reception c'era uno scarafaggio morto in un angolo segno di non troppa pulizia. All'interno dell'appartamento odore di chiuso, climatizzatori rumorosi, led del ruter wifi fastidioso per addormentarsi, nel bagno della camera matrimoniale entrava acqua proveniente dall'appartamento confinante, vetri delle finestre sporchi e nel frigorifero non c'era la celletta freezer per i panetti della borsa frigo. La colazione al bar appena fuori dalla struttura, del tutto scadente e povera. Per finire nei corridoi c'erano un secchio e mocio con acqua putrida, asse e ferro da stiro e gli asciugamani per il cambio erano dentro a cestoni dove passavano gli ospiti alla faccia del "covid". Unica nota positiva la posizione. Non ci torneremo assolutamente.

Struttura bella e strategicamente perfetta per le passeggiate a Firenze (e dintorni) perché in pieno centro e con disponibilità posto auto. Accoglienza e cordialità da parte di Massimiliano e del personale addetto alla reception. Unico aspetto da migliorare la pulizia non perfetta in tutte le zone della casa. Ci ritorneremo volentieri

Avevo prenotato un monolocale ma mi hanno dato un bilocale con 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni e un terrazzo enorme allo stesso prezzo. L'appartamento era pulito, curato nei dettagli e rifatto da poco. La zona è molto centrale a pochi minuti a piedi dal Duomo e c'è la possibilità di prendere anche il posto auto. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile. La colazione fatta presso il bar sotto al palazzo prevede: 1 succo, 1 toast al formaggio, un croissant o una brioche, un cappuccino o 1 caffè. Nel complesso mi sono trovata molto bene.
