Maurizio & Maria Rosa, who manages the property, were kind enough to collect us at very short notice and take us to the apartment. It’s in a part of town where ordinary Sicilians live so you feel like part of the community The apartment is up 8 flights of stairs, so those who can't climb stairs or may not want to carry their luggage might want to think again. But it is worth the climb! It is spacious and well furnished with a really cute kitchen area where we cooked. There is a comfortable living area with dining table, chairs & a sofa. The bedroom is large and there is a decent bathroom & hallway. Maurizio and Maria Rosa could not have been more welcoming. They were very helpful and displayed excellent Sicilian hospitality. They supplied us with complimentary fruit & water & tips on the local sights and were at the end of the phone when we needed to ask questions. We spoke very little Italian, Maria Rosa spoke a little English, but with the help of google translate we got along just fine. Parking is free outside the building but there is a man who looks after the cars and he expects to receive a tip. We really enjoyed staying here and would highly recommend it.

It is the first time we come to Sicily, my wife and I live in Whashington and we do not speak Italian, and in Palermo we were really very well received, the two owners were very helpful and understanding for our needs. They gave us many directions and advice on how to visit the city. Excellent breakfast in a bar near the B&B, very cozy and nice apartment, easy to reach. It was a great experience, bye and see you next time.

The Jasmine room is actually a real little apartment, very intimate, quiet, and equipped with all comforts. It is located near the Ballarò market, nearby there are several bus and metro stops, bars, bakeries, and delis to eat and also a shop to do some shopping. A stone's throw away is the Norman Palace and you can also reach it on foot in no time. Maurizio is very kind and very helpful. I arrived late in the evening and he even offered to pick me up at the station, then he showed me around and recommended what to see in Palermo and especially where to eat! Highly recommended structure.

Large, spacious, and comfortable: the Jasmine room is presented like this 50%, and Mr. Maurizio does the rest of the house. Located just a few meters from the ZTL area, it is only a few minutes' walk from the center, with all the necessary products and services around it including supermarkets and bus lines. Maurizio, a great host, knew how to welcome us impeccably by advising us on where to go and what to do and making himself available immediately. A person with a true heart. Highly recommended for the quality-price ratio as well. We will return.

We stayed in the Jasmine apartment: very clean, equipped with all the comforts, spacious bathroom and with private parking right in front of the apartment. It is located a 10-minute walk from the center, so perfect even for those arriving without a car. Supermarkets and all kinds of services just steps away from the property. The owner Maurizio and his wife always available and very kind like few people. Thank you and see you soon!

Guests of the Jasmine apartment: very clean, quiet and comfortable, in a great location just a few steps from the historic center and with parking. From the very first moment, the manager Maurizio proved to be a helpful and competent person to turn to for advice and information. Over the days we appreciated his seriousness, reliability, and discretion. We felt comfortable as if we were at home. We will definitely come back, highly recommended.

On the edge of the ZTL and with free parking right outside, Norman House is a five-minute walk from the Palazzo dei Normanni and the Cathedral. The apartment is spotless, well furnished, and equipped with the necessary cooking equipment. The owner is warm, knowledgeable, and rightly in love with Palermo.

Excellent location, the apartment is located on the third floor without an elevator. The neighborhood is very popular, unfortunately dirtiness is a characteristic of many areas of the city.

Comfortable, clean, recently renovated apartment. Located near the pedestrian area, with ample free and well-lit parking available, a stone's throw from the Norman Palace, the Cathedral. On foot we reached all the strategic points of Palermo's historic center, places suggested in detail by Maurizio, impeccable, friendly and very punctual host. Highly recommended for both couples and families.

Maurizio was extremely kind and super helpful at all times. He even offered us breakfast on the last day! A truly pleasant person. The house was also really beautiful and very convenient for tourists. In fact, it's just a stone's throw from the center but at the same time you won't hear the noise of traffic or people. Moreover, there is always parking available, as there is a parking lot under the house. I am really happy about the experience I had and for having met such a kind and hospitable person. Highly recommended!

All'arrivo abbiamo avuto una incomprensione dovuta al mal funzionamento di internet del mio smartphone che è stata dimenticata dalla disponibilità di Maurizio, il titolare della struttura, a metterci a nostro agio e a sfruttare al meglio il nostro soggiorno a Palermo. Maurizio ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni ed i consigli del caso. Peccato che la nostra prenotazione fosse solo per due giorni. Saremmo rimasti volentieri qualche giorno in più. Palermo è una città bellissima e sicuramente ci ritorneremo. Naturalmente da Maurizio.

Ciao a tutti ogni 20 giorni ormai da mesi vengo qui in questa accogliente struttura ne ho girate altre prima ma devo dire che questa sia la migliore sia perché è spaziosa ed hai a disposizione un appartamento intero che nn devi dividere con altre persone e poi trovi tutto quello che ti occorre sempre pulito.. complimenti per le competenze che nn si trovano spesso in questi ambienti. LO CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE.

Sono stata ben 2 volte ospite in questa struttura, mi sono trovata sempre benissimo. All'interno non manca nulla tutto pulito e curato nei minimi dettagli, e tengo a precisare la disponibilità di chi lo gestisce in qualsiasi momento del giorno e della notte, per le mie esigenze ho trovato una 2 famiglia. Lo consiglio vivamente perché non manca veramente nulla. Complimenti!

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura già qualche mese a dietro e per periodi discontinui, purtroppo non per vacanza ma per esigenze dovute a degenze nel vicino Ospedale Civico, mi scuso infatti se scrivo solo adesso ma sono stati mesi difficili, ma proprio per questo mi sento col cuore di ringraziare Maurizio e Patrizia, i gestori e proprietari che mi hanno fatto sentire a casa nonostante il momento difficile. Gentili e premurosi ci hanno messo a disposizione un vero e proprio appartamento dotato di tutto ciò che poteva servire a me ed ai miei familiari, casa mia a tutti gli effetti. Mi riprometto di ritornare nuovamente con mio marito e i miei figli, ma questa volta per una serena e bella vacanza e per visitare tutti quei meravigliosi posti decantati ed indicati da Maurizio, un vero appassionato del suo lavoro. Struttura consigliata 1000 volte. A presto.

Dopo tantissimo tempo sono tornato a fare visita alla meravigliosa Palermo. Ho trovato questa casa ottima per chi come me si doveva muovere a piedi. Gode di un ottima posizione, si trova in pieno centro e a due passi dalla stazione ferroviaria centrale, utilissima per raggiungere Cefalù e altre località. A pochi minuti a piedi si arriva a Palazzo dei Normanni e alla Cattedrale. La casa è molto accogliente e silenziosa. Arredata con gusto e soprattutto con mobili nuovi. I signori che mi hanno accolto sono stati gentilissimi e mi hanno fornito ottimi consigli, soprattutto per dove andare a mangiare. A due passi dalla struttura si trova di tutto, negozi, mercati della frutta, market, bar, etc. Tornerò volentieri!

Dopo ben 21 anni (trasferita a Conegliano per lavoro) sono ritornata nella mia Palermo..un impatto estremamente forte ed emozionante. Consigliata da un'amica, ho alloggiato con mio marito e 2 bambini (che non conoscevano la mia città natale) in questa struttura, posizione ottima in pieno centro storico a pochi passi dalla maggior parte delle meraviglie Palermitane da visitare. Appartamentino molto carino, arredato con gusto e fantasia, curato nei minimi particolari, dotato di tutto ciò che tu puoi trovare a casa tua (perfino un cesto di frutta fresca di stagione per improvvisi languorini!) ci siamo sentiti a casa nostra sul serio, e Patrizia e Maurizio sono stati molto cortesi e disponibili nell'accoglierci. Venendo da una quotidianità del "nord" all'inizio ero un po' spiazzata ma poi i due gestori ci hanno consigliato al meglio ed indirizzato nei posti giusti, solarità e cordialità.. d'altronde a Palermo si trova molta gente accogliente e calorosa. Sicuramente torneremo a Palermo e già sappiamo dove alloggiare, senza ombra di dubbio da consigliare.
