The house is new and equipped with everything you need. The owner is very kind and friendly. The view is very beautiful.

Well furnished, well equipped, quiet location and great for hikes on trails even without using the car. A short walk away there is a small supermarket very well stocked, run by a kind lady. Sonia is very cordial and provides all the necessary information. Excellent choice.

A wonderful idea in a marvelous place. It was definitely worth it despite the many kilometers traveled. There is little to say but much to see and do. Congratulations and thank you for everything.

Comfortable apartment renovated in an original way and respectful of the surroundings. The welcome was kind and attentive. We note, for light sleepers, the proximity of a bell tower that rings even at night.

I can only say good things about this property, renovated but very warm, welcoming and furnished with reclaimed antique furniture that goes well with all the décor. Everything seems very well thought out. The rooms are very beautiful, with everything a person might need, and the welcome gift was much appreciated. Thank you Sonia, you made us feel at home. The wonderful place made us forget the city's hustle and rediscover the sounds of nature. We will definitely return in the spring to enjoy the garden relaxation area and to grill some steaks on the barbecue.

The stay, although short, was relaxing. The accommodation was comfortable; we really enjoyed falling asleep while admiring the stars through the skylight.

Our stay in Montechera at Sonia's house was excellent. - Sonia hosted us in a personal, caring and pleasant way. - The house was spotless, with a wonderfully cool bedroom and an ideal cool airflow from a high window that closes automatically when it rains. - There are views of the mountains and, in the village, of the tower where large families of swifts provide the perfect summer feeling. - A fantastic neighborhood supermarket a few steps away where you can get all the basic (local) products. - Last but not least: a beautifully maintained area with well-kept walking paths (including a section over an ancient aqueduct), with hardly any tourists, truly no litter on the roadside, and opportunities everywhere to cool off either in streams or at mountain taps.
