A wonderful homestay a few miles outside Peschiera sul Garda. Federica was very friendly and generous, smiling while giving us tips to explore the area, sharing bicycles and serving a large delicious breakfast each morning. Couldn't be more pleasant and accommodating. The space itself was quiet, had a patio and looked onto a lovely garden. Note: the green room does not have air conditioning. It wasn't an issue for us in mid-September but could be in mid-summer.

A bit difficult to get to, but amazing location and breakfast. Once we were there, the location wasn't really an issue as you can borrow a bike free of charge, and the hosts were kind enough to give us a ride back to the train station.

Our stay was extremely comfortable. The room was spacious and well equipped. It was quiet, clean and located away from the busy tourist area. Our hosts were amazing, always checking we had everything we needed and giving us advice about the local area. They even had bikes that we could use to take ourselves into the town which was ideal for us. Breakfast each morning was a feast, including homemade baked goods. Overall, one of the best places we've stayed in. We would definitely go back.

Only a one night stay here before we moved on further, but the host was lovely, the room clean and comfortable and the breakfast outstanding. Very good value for money, just a few kilometers from Lake Garda.

The place is wonderful, surrounded by trees and very quiet, not far from the city center. The host, Mrs. Federica, was wonderful in her dealings and provided us with all possible assistance, including transportation in her private car to the city center and the train station. The rooms are very clean and spacious, and the breakfast is five stars and very delicious, prepared by Mrs. Federica and her husband Ivano. It was a wonderful stay and I recommend it to those who want to spend quiet, romantic times away from the city's noise.

We had a really wonderful time with Federica and Ivano. It's rare to find such friendly and helpful hosts. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated, we didn't miss anything. The highlight was the breakfast every morning, a great variety and beautifully presented. Special thanks to Ivano, who made sure we had fresh, homemade rolls and pastries every morning. Very nice terrace and outdoor area, plus the quiet location. There were also secure parking spaces for our bikes. The location of the accommodation is ideal for bike trips. Regular trains run from Peschiera del Garda to Milan and Verona. We recommend the accommodation without any reservations! Hospitality is very important here.

Federica could not have been a more lovely host. Very abundant breakfast including homemade bread & cakes, as well as eggs, yogurt etc. She loaned us bicycles (free!) to use during our stay and was very helpful with recommendations for activities. We enjoyed dinner there the first night - very reasonably priced, abundant & delicious. The room was spacious and everything spotlessly clean. We had a large terrace with the room which we also enjoyed. We felt very looked after by Federica & missed this hotel when we left it. We even had leftover cake from a breakfast and had it the next day in Verona and commented that Federica was still looking after us! Highly recommended hotel, thank you again!

Wonderful stay at this B&B. Frederika genuinely cares about the guest comfort and she is a dedicated hostess. She had good recommendations to explore the bike path and offered free use of the B&B bicycles. Location is in a quiet neighborhood, only 1-2 km from the main area of Peschiera del Garda - a perfect location for me. Room included a very abundant breakfast with homemade bread and pastries, meat and cheeses, coffee, and Frederika also made scrambled eggs.

Federica was an amazing host. A lovely and peaceful location so close to Peschiera, a beautiful and bustling town by Lake Garda. Breakfast was brilliant with lots of homemade pastries and breads, and fruit grown on the property. Federica had bikes we could use as well to ride down the cycle paths alongside the river. We had a fantastic time and will stay here again when the opportunity arises.

It is a very beautiful, clean and above all very quiet accommodation, about 10 minutes below Peschiera. The property is very nice and offers places to retreat and sit quietly in the garden, a small barbecue area and space for playing games. Bicycles can also be borrowed. The couple bakes a lot themselves; the food is very tasty and they cater to the guests' wishes. We would go again and recommend it.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the overall package. Location, lovingly furnished rooms, bathrooms all top, quiet and rurally idyllic yet very central between wonderful towns and sights. But everything is overshadowed by the hostess Frederica. In a very pleasant way, she provides great tips from museums, parking lots to gastronomy. Whether it's a small fridge for the room, a wine opener or a sun lounger, Frederica has fulfilled all our wishes. The best for last: Italian breakfast can sometimes be a bit meager. Not with Frederica! Here we have a generous buffet! Freshly baked bread from her husband, fresh fruit, a fresh omelette etc... simply a dream start to a new holiday day. Thank you for everything!

Second year as guests of Federica and Ivano, lovely place, convenient for trips on the lake and to the nearby larger cities. The owners' advice on various activities to do and more or less known attractions to see is always valuable. It is the second year we come back here, the atmosphere thanks to Federica and her husband and family and you can breathe a homely air. The breakfasts are abundant and carefully prepared down to the smallest details, the rooms are very clean and tastefully furnished. Free bike rental, I recommend taking them for a nice ride on the Mincio cycle path nearby. We highly recommend it! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights. We were welcomed by Federica who made us feel immediately comfortable and always very helpful. The place is a 3-minute drive from Peschiera but at the same time it is immersed in greenery where you can breathe a homely and relaxing atmosphere. The room is well-kept, comfortable, and very clean. Not to mention the breakfast, homemade sweets and biscuits (by Federica and her husband), savory, fruit... Truly fantastic! Highly recommended!

A single piece of advice: go there if you need to visit Lake Garda. The structure is new, clean and located in a very quiet yet strategic place to reach the points of interest (from parks to cities). Federica, the owner, is extremely helpful and in the morning she prepares a super breakfast without missing anything. The excellent reviews are truly deserved! My partner and I stayed at this very charming Bed & Breakfast for only one night, just enough time to relax one day wandering around the surrounding areas and one day of fun at Gardaland. The property is located in a very quiet, green, and chaos-free area, but it is easy and quick to reach the amusement parks and the lake areas from here. It's truly relaxing. The hosts serve an excellent breakfast offering homemade cakes and bread, yogurt, fresh fruit and cold cuts, as well as milk, coffee, and tea. The lady is very helpful with information about places to visit nearby. The property and the room are notable for their cleanliness. A really nice place to stay. We highly recommend it!

We stayed, passing through, for only one night but already at the moment of booking made the day before arrival, it seemed like a good solution to me (simple and pleasant online images seen, affordable price). The first hour impressions then turned out to be very well-founded as we found a warm welcome in the evening and the accommodation (LAVANDA) very pleasant, and especially waking up in the morning and finding, from the terrace, a beautiful view of the countryside (although being 5 minutes from the lake) and in the kitchen a welcome breakfast so varied, simple and genuine. A pleasant B&B as we would have never expected. Outside the city, slightly in the countryside, it is an extremely well-kept environment with very clean and beautiful rooms overlooking an idyllic garden with a large willow tree in the center. We used the structure as a base to go to Gardaland and the thermal baths of Colà, both reachable in no time by car. The hosts' welcome was impeccable, very helpful and very friendly. The breakfast was one of the best we have ever had, with really tasty homemade desserts and the company of the owner who was always available but never intrusive. Highly recommended.

I stayed at the B&B Il Grande Salice (Bike Friends) with my girlfriend for two consecutive nights. We were looking for a place located near Gardaland and various other parks around Lake Garda. The welcome and availability of the owner and her whole family are excellent. The environment is particularly suitable for families with children who can play in the greenery. We stayed at this establishment, my husband, our 3-year-old daughter, and I, for only one night as our goal was to spend a day at Gardaland. It was an excellent experience at this establishment. The couple who manage it are very kind and helpful. The cleanliness is impeccable. We will definitely return in September. They also advised us on where to dine. Everything was perfect except for a terrible storm that limited our ability to enjoy the outdoor space available at the establishment. Go there. It is fantastic for couples looking for relaxation and for children.

We are a young couple who stayed in this establishment for only one night. The lady who welcomed us was really kind and helpful. The structure is surrounded by greenery and is very well maintained. Our room was essential but had everything we needed, clean, and we were particularly surprised by the spacious and well-kept bathroom with a huge shower. The breakfast was really excellent as well as abundant. The location of the establishment is ideal for those traveling by car, given the ample parking, its proximity to the main roads, and being away from the chaos and traffic of nearby tourist centers. A note of merit for the quality/price ratio, really ideal for young people who want to visit the lake area without large expenses. We would definitely return and recommend it!

If you wish to visit Lake Garda Desenzano, Sirmione, Peschiera, etc... (and inland the nearby cities of Verona and Mantova) then this B&B is really the place to be to escape the tourist crowds. We booked 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet and the sympathy, friendliness and helpfulness of Federica, the hostess who takes care of her B&B with love and passion. Not luxurious, but a neat, well-maintained room with a beautiful large private terrace and... a very tasty and varied breakfast! All this for a very fair democratic price. We think this B&B deserves a big 10 out of 10 points! We were 100% satisfied and hope to come back here next year.
