Upon request, cheese, ham, boiled eggs and fresh fruit with no fees! Correct room. Very clean. Lake view from the room. Adequate and tasty breakfast. The big downside is the very busy road passing right next to the house, so a bit complicated to sleep.

This bed and breakfast is a clear recommendation and goes on our list in case we come back to the area. Welcoming hosts, spotlessly clean accommodation, and a generous, delicious breakfast. If one wants to nitpick, it's the location on the road. But the rooms face the lakeside, providing a view of the lake and the mountains. Perfect!

The Swallow is our favorite place! We have been coming here for years, both in spring and summer. The place is made even more magical by Stefania and Gianpaolo, fantastic managers of B&B Il Nido dello Svasso, who know how to welcome and make guests feel comfortable excellently.

We had a nice weekend. The B&B Il Nido dello Svasso is convenient as a starting point for beautiful walks. The managers are helpful and friendly, abundant breakfast.

My husband and I stayed one night at B&B Il Nido dello Svasso and to say that we had a great time is an understatement. Extremely clean and very welcoming room. The owner waited for us even though we arrived after dinner, around 10:00 PM. Furthermore, in response to our request to check-out later, if possible, the owner accommodated us even though there was a reservation for the next day and allowed us to stay until 12:30. Needless to say, highly recommended and if the opportunity arises, we will definitely return.

Great place, great hospitality, clean and tidy place, we had a great time, only a 9 rating for the location which personally I would have rated higher due to the calm and tranquility the location offers but the lake is splendid and obviously there are other wonderful places, we will definitely return, highly recommended place.

B&B located 50 steps from the lake shore in one of the most beautiful and picturesque areas of Lake Como from a naturalistic point of view. Extremely kind, helpful, and attentive managers to the care of the B&B down to the smallest details. Large room, very clean, comfortable beds. Excellent and plentiful breakfast. Highly recommended for both couples and families.

I spent 6 nights with my husband and our daughter. We stayed in the attic converted into a triple room, with a small private bathroom. Very clean and welcoming environment, window with lake view. Very quiet place but close to several tourist locations. We also took advantage of the bike rental service with a beautiful tour on Pian di Spagna and up to the mouth of the Adda. The owners are very hospitable and at the same time discreet. Gianpaolo is always available for directions and advice on various itineraries. Excellent and abundant breakfast. Absolutely recommended.

Great place in a recent building, beautiful garden, possibility of bikes, abundant breakfast with homemade cakes and/or cookies, and above all, the manager Giampaolo very kind, excellent connoisseur of the places in the area and a 'jack of all trades' for history, geography, botany, and much more. From the very first moment, the courtesy of the two owners made us feel at ease. It's a shame about the adverse weather conditions; otherwise, we could have commented on a "post-breakfast" morning cycling along the lake. The room was a lovely attic with simple but rustic furnishings. The adjoining bathroom was equipped with all comforts. A small misunderstanding: my partner and I wanted a private bathroom. In reality, if there had been other guests in the B&B, we would have had to share it. Another important aspect. Included in the price is the "Carta dello Svasso", which is a small booklet of discounts ranging from dining to bicycle rentals, up to interesting guided tours in the area. In short, we recommend it to everyone, and go Sampdoria!

Super hospitable reception by the host. Beautiful location on the north side of Lake Como. The lake and various restaurants are within walking distance. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was sufficient and delicious. The B&B is located along a busy road, but definitely recommended.
