Our B&B is a short distance from the sea with lavish spa waters and facilities, rich in archaeological sites and buildings of great architectural merit, quiet, for enjoying a stunning panorama, in the old city centre nearby San Lorenzo. "Palazzo Giustiniani" is a prestigious dwelling to conjure up the thrill of the past, a lovely, refined building, a building of the past brought into the present with unique touches guaranteeing top comfort.

Great location and wonderful apartment. The apartment was wonderful, large, lovely, clean and very comfortable. It is situated right in the heart of the old town, walking distance to the Porto Antico, the Cathedral and the essential areas. The building is served by elevator, and Roberta was very friendly and helpful. We loved this apartment very much and hope to come back soon.

Excellent location in the heart of the Molo, Roberta accompanied us to the parking to park our car. The apartment is stunning on the top floor, it overlooks the rooftops, beautiful terraces. Nothing to complain about except the breakfast is a bit sparse and simple for a B&B of this class.

Splendid room very well equipped in a beautifully decorated apartment on the top floor of a beautifully restored palace. Splendid view over the rooftops and bell towers of the city from the terrace. The room is beautiful and very clean. The hostess is nice, friendly, and very welcoming. The building is spectacular and right in the city center. The breakfast is the only downside. Compared to most B&Bs, it is a bit lacking. Perhaps, in my personal opinion, it would be better to set the breakfast and then adjust according to what is consumed rather than asking guests what they want for breakfast, which makes them a little uncomfortable.

Her house is splendid, researched in every detail, refinement and good taste have characterized my unfortunately short stay. The house is in a spectacular building to say the least and is located in the historic center, characteristic, culturally rich in wonderful sites, full of places for evenings with friends, very close to the aquarium and the Expo, with all its attractions.

The Bed & Breakfast is located in the attic of the Aulico Palazzo Giustiniani, from the seventeenth-eighteenth century, offering an unparalleled view of the roofs, bell towers, and towers of Genoa, from a magnificent terrace where it is pleasant to spend time even in winter. The furnishing choices are very well taken care of: antique and design furniture, exotic or essential, combined with refinement and personality. The attic room is not huge but extremely comfortable, with direct access to the terrace. The bathroom is spacious and with a window. The television was missing, which personally I consider a virtue rather than a flaw. Self-service breakfast, but still good. The excellent focaccia, which in Genoa is eaten with coffee, deserves an 8. The owner was extremely friendly, helpful, and at the same time discreet: an excellent host. The price may be above average, but considering the quality, and the proximity to the Cathedral of San Lorenzo, Palazzo Ducale, and the Old Port, it is well worth it. Highly recommended!

Roberta's (manager) availability is truly invaluable, also equipped for car parking, which in Genoa is not a detail. Spectacular view of Genoa's rooftops and a little terrace that we would have liked to enjoy, but the weather didn't allow us.

Our short Ligurian holiday was unforgettable thanks to the pleasant stay at Palazzo Giustiniani Attic. This Bed and Breakfast is a wonderful and refined residence in the heart of Genoa, with a large terrace and breathtaking views over the rooftops. The availability and kindness of Roberta, moreover, are factors that are by no means taken for granted. Highly recommended.

I just returned from Genoa after a very short but more than satisfying stay in the room of Roberta's Bed and Breakfast and I had a great time. The apartment on the top floor of the historic Giustiniani family palace is comfortable, as the palace is equipped with an elevator and the room has a panoramic terrace overlooking the city rooftops. The location is strategic, being central and just a stone's throw from the Cathedral and Piazza De Ferrari.

Very central location with a view over the rooftops, very convenient for walking around. We left the car in a reasonably priced parking lot and Roberta, the homeowner, drove us both on arrival and departure. The apartment is very bright and quiet, fantastic, with a very comfortable bed and a large bathroom with windows and a large shower. I recommend it.

The only 8 is for breakfast simply because we didn't have it, even though it was there and looked very inviting, so I can't evaluate.\n\nFor everything else, I can only recommend it: beautiful and very well-kept room, as well as the rest of the apartment and the splendid palace. The location couldn't be more central.\n\nVery kind landlady, she even took us to the parking lot and picked us up.\n\nMore than recommended.

Wonderful historic building in the city center, a stone's throw from points of interest such as the cathedral and the old port. In short, a fantastic location to explore the city. Cozy house with a large elegant living room where breakfast is served. Romantic room well furnished with a terrace and a modern private bathroom with a spacious shower. Well-functioning WiFi. Very welcoming but discreet owner; easy communication via email and phone.

Penultimate floor of historical palace. Treatment of respect carried out with great simplicity and kindness as if we had been friends forever without smugness but with great kindness. Beautiful apartment with terrace on the rooftops. Simple but genuine breakfast and great comfortable bed refined bathroom treatment of great respect!
