An extraordinarily nice, friendly and courteous hostess - she was our savior - we had totally underestimated that the accommodation is a bit on the outskirts... Francesca even picked us up and took such good care of us! It couldn't be better!

A truly enjoyable stay, marked by comfort and tranquility. We found a well-kept, welcoming and impeccably clean environment, where every detail was designed to make guests feel at ease. The welcome was simply excellent: great courtesy, availability and attentiveness, without ever being intrusive. It is rare to find such care and professionalism. A beautiful room in a magnificent villa with a garden. The manager, Mrs. Francesca, was courteous and helpful far beyond any expectation. The location is within walking distance of the city center, but it is preferable to use your own means of transport so as not to be tied to bus schedules, which can be a bit irregular. Incredible stay. We will definitely return if we pass through the area again.

We stayed two nights, my wife and I. Mrs. Francesca is truly a spectacular host: great welcome, excellent cleanliness, considering she does everything alone. Two wonderful days, thank you very much Francesca.

Wonderful B&B in a charming historic building in Sestri Levante, ideal for those seeking peace and relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of the city, while remaining a short distance from the sea. Well-kept spaces, welcoming and authentic atmosphere. A special thanks to the host Francesca, extremely kind, helpful and attentive to every need. Truly pleasant experience, absolutely recommended.

A nice place to stay. Kindness and cleanliness of the house. Good breakfast.

We had a good time with Francesca, a perfect hostess, kind and welcoming. The house is a beautiful historic residence with a lot of charm and a position in the greenery, quiet and comfortable. It is easy to reach and strategically located both for Sestri Levante and for the nearby Riva Trigoso and Moneglia.

The highest score for the managers would be little. We felt pampered. Wonderful.

Like when you go on vacation at your grandmother's house... Family atmosphere. Welcoming and always available manager. Rich and varied breakfast with focaccia and warm croissants from the oven. Well-kept garden and internal parking. The rooms have maintained the antique furnishings and floors, reminiscent of the beautiful and warm houses of the grandparents. The center of Sestri Levante is about a 10-minute drive away.
