It was a best chosen holiday. The host was attentive to any need and solve our smallest problem. He speaks English and highly responsible. We were in a very good hands I would recommend this place to our friends and relatives.

A big thank you to Gianpiero's kindness that gives the possibility to also host large dogs in a spirit of hospitality, a blessing for those like me who never give up the company of their four-legged friends. My family and I spent a beautiful week in the villa with our two golden retrievers and our English setter. The beautiful Sant'Agostino beach 100 meters away on foot allows for not using the car, as well as the main services being within walking distance.

Una struttura molto bella di design, studiata nei minimi particolari per accogliere gli ospiti e farli sentire a casa. Solare, colorata, la casa rispecchia il proprietario e la sua splendida famiglia sempre gentili e pronti a risolvere qualsiasi richiesta degli ospiti. Si trova a pochissimi passi dal mare, in un luogo riservato che ti permette di fare una vacanza all’insegna del relax. Lo consiglio a grandi e piccini, e noi sicuramente ci ritorneremo. Complimenti.

Struttura splendida, dotata di tutti i comfort, camera molto spaziosa e pulita!spazi esterni curatissimi, a due passi dal mare. Gestore gentilissimo e disponibile. Consigliatissimo.

I piccoli appartamenti gestiti da Giampiero sono comodissimi e pulitissimi. In famiglia o in coppia trovi una soluzione molto carina, con mobili nuovi, estremamente comoda per chi vuole andare al mare e vicina al centro di Gaeta. Le soluzioni sono anche esteticamente molto carine e comode per chi parte in famiglia, nonostante gli spazi ridotti. Valore aggiunto è Giampiero che con la sua disponibilità e gentilezza, ci mette il cuore nell'offrire il suo contributo per una vacanza perfetta! Grazie Grazie! Marta.
