A highly recommended bed and breakfast for those staying more than a few days. The house, which is even better than it appears in the photos, is fully equipped, very clean, and extremely comfortable, both for its proximity to the city center, which can be reached on foot, and for the tranquility and silence of the area, as well as for the convenience of the condominium courtyard, where it is possible to park the car and forget about it and where dogs can let off some steam, for those who bring them along, without needing to go far. In this regard, there is also a dog park nearby, just eight minutes away, called the Buon Pastore Park. The owner is very welcoming and friendly. The only thing I would reconsider a bit is the furniture. I will definitely keep Karibu in mind for a future stay in Modena.
