It is a very charming property. It is situated near the city of Ravenna, and it is near the seaside. Also, it is nearby main roads which connect the place with big cities in the region (e.g. Bologna, Venice, etc.).

Very friendly operator, nice to my dog, very committed to a pleasant stay. The only thing that annoys is the gravel road to the accommodation, cleaning the car during the stay is not worth it.

I am very satisfied with my stay at the B&B of this camping. The structure is in the open countryside, ideal for those seeking tranquility and peace, but in a few minutes by car, you can reach both the sea and the city center and the shopping area. My room was of the right size and I really appreciated the small kitchenette. The well-maintained pool was essential for relaxing and refreshing! The breakfast was always excellent and very varied. Excellent value for money, excellent hospitality and availability of the managers. I hope to come back :)

Charming B&B just a few minutes walk from the artistic beauties of Ravenna. We stayed in the room with an external private bathroom, right in front of the room. There was also a large terrace. Very clean and well-kept establishment.

The owners are kind and the structure is beautiful, but the room was miserable. One of the mattresses is broken, so it was like sleeping on the frame. The decor was poor in that dark room. Little love in the decor and color choices. I did not understand what was available for breakfast. A quarter of a dry piadina? I did not see any fruit, eggs, or yogurt. Everything was very poor.

Gentile Daniela, forse non avete capito che, quando vi ho elencato il menu per la colazione che comprendeva croissant farciti e non, pane burro e marmellata, torta, piadina, nutella, marmellata e squacquerone e fichi, yogurt, frutta, bevande calde e fredde anche vegane, e a vostra richiesta, come scritto in camera, anche il salato uova, prosciutto, salame, pecorino, mozzarella, squacquerone...potevate scegliere tutto quello che volevate. Poi dal secondo giorno non vi siete più presentate, ma visto che siete state qui 4 giorni potevate anche dirlo subito quello che avete scritto ora, invece di farci i complimenti il giorno di partenza, dicendo che era un bellissimo posto e che sareste ritornate sicuramente. Oltretutto vi ho fatto un buono sconto che non vi era dovuto. dopo che la prenotazione era per una singola e il giorno di arrivo l'amica di Ravenna mi telefona per dirmi che si aggiungeva al soggiorno. Grazie Mille.

Very quiet place, courteous and professional staff, excellent breakfast, very quiet and fresh place. Clean and organized pool. The only 'flaw' is that it is in a somewhat isolated area, not too close to the city. Highly recommended!

The managers are nice and kind, the room was clean and spacious, the breakfast was good and plentiful. As for the location, it is about ten minutes from Ravenna, and a little more from Mirabilandia (if you want to visit). Recommended.

We stayed in the room called red, lacking in every comfort, with one double bed and only one bedside table, very small and uncomfortable, a small bed inserted in a sort of wardrobe, also very uncomfortable because it had doors to store clothes high above the bed itself. There was only one chair even though the room was for three people, there were missing shelves and a table, although there was a lot of unused space, forcing us to put our luggage and various items on the floor. The old spring mattresses were uncomfortable and stained. The towels and sheets were all worn out, comparable to rags. Moreover, the towels were supposed to be changed after three days, but with the excuse that we were leaving the next day, the change was not made. In the bathroom, there wasn't even a shelf to store toiletries and there was no towel rack outside the shower. To top it all off, the website specified a room with a kitchenette and air conditioning. The kitchenette was missing because it was only provided in two out of the four rooms and air conditioning had an additional cost of 5 euros per day. The pool was really disgusting, the water dirty, and the rubber walls all greasy and peeling. An experience to forget.

Buona sera vedo solo ora la sua recensione. Mi dispiace molto che non abbia letto bene quando ha scelto la camera tramite questo sito, che non c'era scritto incluso cucina e aria condizionata e comunque avrebbe potuto chiedere prima di prenotare visto che io non ho la prenotazione immediata. Poi Lenzuoli e asciugamani che paiono stracci mi sembra un po' eccessivo . E anche materassi macchiati. Li disinfettiamo e smacchiamo sempre con la candeggina.La camera è spaziosa perché è per 4 posti letto e visto che eravate solo in 3 un letto l avevamo tolto per lascirvi più spazio. E comunque se le serviva un tavolo e altre 2 sedie bastava chiederle quando siete arrivati visto che avete passato 4 giorni senza dire niente. La piscina viene pulita e l acqua è trattata con i prodotti specifici quotidianamente.

It's the second time we come, we felt good right away, in the middle of the countryside and very close to the sea. Beautiful and spacious rooms. Abundant and very good breakfast. The managers are very nice people. I recommend it very willingly.

As a family, we chose this Bed & Bio Breakfast to visit Mirabilandia, and it was indeed very convenient being only 10-15 minutes by car from it. From the first contact with Mrs. Emanuela, we appreciated the great availability and kindness, which we then found in everyone. The room was comfortable, with a private bathroom and kitchenette. Impeccable cleanliness of the premises. For breakfast, we enjoyed cakes and tastings of piadinas with exquisite jams of their production. The atmosphere was very relaxing due to the great silence of the countryside. Positive experience, worth going back.

Furniture and cleanliness impeccable, excellent value for money, very welcoming accommodation. The managers are very approachable, friendly, and courteous people. Absolutely recommended for visits to Ravenna/Mirabilandia and surrounding areas. During my stay at the Bed & Bio Breakfast, I found myself with a flat tire. Fortunately, the managers noticed it before I left the gate and immediately alerted me. Despite heavy rain, the managers did not hesitate to help me and, armed with various umbrellas, they mounted the spare tire and recommended me to a trusted tire repair shop. Thanks a lot for your help! :)

Fantastic! Relax in the heart of the countryside and the place, fabulous garden with games for children, kindness, abundant and homemade breakfast, cozy, large and clean room we will definitely come back! Second time at Bed & Bio Breakfast after 3 years. I found the same cordiality and availability from the managers, spacious, comfortable and clean rooms, excellent breakfast with fresh and homemade products (my daughter fell in love with the cherry jam). The location of the property is perfect for those who want to spend a relaxing weekend: surrounded by greenery, it is about 15-30 minutes away from the main places of interest (Mirabilandia, Ravenna, Milano Marittima, etc). Affordable prices, especially for large groups. I will return every time I am in the area!

A few words are enough to describe this wonder, it was a fantastic stay! The owners are excellent people, kind and helpful in everything. The location of the Bed & Bio Breakfast is great for those who want to visit Mirabilandia (you can also buy discounted tickets directly from the Bed & Bio Breakfast) and the room is very nice, simple and clean. From now on, when I return to Mirabilandia, I won't need to look for accommodation anymore, I will definitely come back here.

Nice and quiet place, they need to improve the camping area as the bathrooms are only 3 per gender (including showers) and are few when the camping site is crowded. In the mobile home, there is less than the bare minimum (we had to request a broom, dishes exact for the number of us). The pitches are too close together. It's a shame, they could improve some details: those are what make the difference. The lady is very hospitable, friendly, and helpful. Ideal for families with children.

We had a great time, the managers are very kind and helpful, I recommend if you are going to Mirabilandia to talk to them they will find the most economical solution for you, new structure, the location in the countryside and away from annoying noises to live a stay in relax excellent price among the most affordable among those received, rich breakfast with homemade cakes.

Fantastic experience, excellent location with so much greenery available and just a few minutes from the center of Ravenna, Mirabilandia, and Milano Marittima. The managers are truly kind and hospitable people beyond imagination. Breakfast with homemade products such as cakes, cookies, and jams, plus a perfect cleanliness of the accommodation and the availability of the pool and various games for children. We also brought our dog who was treated with great respect by all the staff even when we were away. Highly recommended for everyone, families and non-families alike. Beautiful structure immersed in the greenery, ideal for stays with children a short distance (5 minutes by car) from Mirabilandia and Ravenna. The structure is characterized by the greenery that surrounds it, ideal for stays with children, thanks also to the garden games available. Perfect cleaning is carried out daily, also accommodating the special needs of guests. The structure is a stone's throw from Ravenna and its very interesting monuments, but it is also ideal if you want to visit Mirabilandia, both for its proximity to the park and for the tickets that the managers offer at very advantageous prices. Mr. Giorgio and Mrs. Emanuela are the most helpful people I have ever met! The breakfasts are unforgettable: there are fruit cakes and sweet piadinas, passing through a variety of homemade jams. All this at really low prices! I will definitely return!

Excellent value for money. Friendly and helpful managers. Clean room and well-equipped structure, especially for families with children, even small ones. Location a bit out of the way, beautiful for the surrounding countryside. Too bad for the road that passes not too far away. The managers are very friendly and helpful people. The environment is very welcoming, you feel at home. The structure, both outside and in the rooms, has many amenities for those with children, which are not always found in other structures, such as small kitchen corners, refrigerators, and outdoor games. We were guests for one night and we were two couples with four children. We arrived and found a fantastic welcome. The managers went out of their way to make us spend two wonderful days and they succeeded. We also spent little and the breakfast was divine and tasty. We asked if they had a barbecue and they made us find a new one ready to use. My advice is to go there. We can't wait to go back.
