The stay at the property did not start off well. The check-in was really complicated and, to be polite, rather annoying. Only after several persistent phone calls was I finally able to access the room. The room, although small, was clean and well organized. The bathroom, however, is windowless and equipped with very noisy forced ventilation, with a light that switches off automatically after a few seconds: really inconvenient. The location, very close to the hospitals, is certainly convenient for those who need to go there, but it causes considerable discomfort due to the constant passage of ambulances. At certain times it almost feels like being in a war zone, so loud and frequent are the sirens. I appreciated the shared kitchen instead; it was convenient, clean and well organized. One aspect that left me really puzzled is the presence of two cameras inside the property, which is not mentioned in the listing. I found this lack of transparency quite disturbing. The request for a photo of the identity document is also not indicative of proper management.

I felt really good. Check-in was very simple thanks to the clear information from the kind owner. The studio is very comfortable, breakfast is not provided, but there are pods for making coffee and everything needed for meal preparation. Really very close to the Sant'Orsola hospital. I strongly recommend it and hope to return.

Very clean, good location. Perhaps some lights could be added in the room, it is a bit dark. The check-in was very easy.

Lovely Bed and Breakfast located in front of Sant'Orsola Hospital, with public transport you can reach the city center in a few minutes. Very close to the Coop, pharmacy, and a bar. Reliable and courteous manager. I recommend it for a stay in Bologna.

It is impossible not to give the highest rating to this more than excellent B&B in Bologna. Apart from the convenient location, especially for those who need to use the Sant'Orsola Hospital, there are many positive aspects of this property: in particular, I emphasize the friendly welcome and availability of the manager, the understated elegance of the rooms, the extraordinarily accurate daily cleaning of the rooms, the use of a large and comfortable shared kitchen complete with a washing machine, and many other aspects that make this B&B the best property among those I have had the opportunity to know.
