Our guest house is located in the historic center of Naples, art and culture, in a place full of archaeological sites and buildings of great architectural value, in the historic center of the city. "Ludben House" is a structure with an elegant design and attention to every detail.

The property has a desperate need to change its bed linen as it was very old and torn! Also, the liquid soap dispenser provided in the bathroom had no soap inside and looked like it had never been filled with soap. The apartment had no fridge and was very basic for the price.

The bathroom was newly done and clean. There were two tiny bedside tables, one of which was coming loose from the wall and nowhere else to put things. The sheet was torn, one of the coat hooks was coming loose, and the flimsy coat hanger was also quite rickety. There was some street noise as well. The best part of the place was the location, which was walking distance to the city center. It's called LudBen House, but there was no breakfast, nor coffee in the room or on the property. They did say there was a bar nearby where you could buy an inexpensive breakfast.

We thank you for pointing out that the bedside table does present a problem, we did not notice it even if the check always takes place, as well as for the bed sheet, we are really sorry. We were aware of the problem of the coat hanger but to guarantee early entry into the room we missed the way to repair. We would like to point out that, although you have not chosen to take advantage of the breakfast service (in fact, you have chosen the option of buying without breakfast), in the room we provide all our guests with a kettle with coffee, tea and chamomile. We are pleased that you still appreciated the cleaning service, which is extremely important to us. Not bad, if you are not pretentious people. With some minor touch-up, (shower) and some more attention (sheets) it would be great. The location is not very convenient, but if you are young people it can be fine. Mr. Luigi very kind, offered us breakfast on the last day... And I must say excellent!!! very good croissants!

Cozy B&B in a convenient location near the metro, Luigi always available and very kind, surely if we were to visit the city again we will return to this B&B.

Located in a quite characteristic area, the LudBen House B&B offers all the necessary comforts for a good stay. Essential is the presence of Luigi who, with his availability, his friendliness and professionalism, really makes the difference.

Easily reachable structure both from the central station and using the metro, spacious and clean room. Kind, friendly, and helpful staff for everything. The only downside is that it is located on the second floor without an elevator so not suitable for everyone, but I recommend it as it is in a great area (almost in the center) and still quiet. When I return, it will definitely be my concern to check availability.

We stayed one night, Saturday 15/7/2023, with the two boys in a quadruple room...very spacious, clean, and quiet. Excellent bathroom and excellent shower. Fridge and air conditioning. With a walk you can reach the center of Naples, excellent breakfast at Scaturchio. We will gladly come back!

Excellent structure. \nOnly one flaw: the pastry shop where breakfast was served had only 2 tables to sit at and they were always full. And if I wanted to have a sfogliatella instead of a croissant, I had to pay the difference.

The LudBen House B&B has recently been excellently renovated; the rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with every comfort (air conditioning, electric shutters, in my case 2 balconies). It is located in a strategic position, allowing easy walking access to the most beautiful places in Naples. The bar where the structure relies on for breakfast offers fresh and high-quality products. Luigi, our reference at the structure, is a reliable person, always present and ready to give you advice and help you with any request. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have a fantastic stay in Naples. I will definitely come back.

LudBen House manages to make you feel literally in the heart of Naples, starting from the typical Neapolitan welcome of the owner who proves to be available for any request. The structure is new, clean and equipped with every comfort, the impression is of staying in a hotel room. In a few hundred meters you find yourself in Via Toledo, the city's main artery. Breakfast, at the affiliated bar, is of quality, here too the welcome with a smile brightens the day. The only advice is to arrive by train, parking lots are difficult to find being uphill and the location allows you to move around on foot.

Brand new structure, maniacal cleanliness, always available, never had a no as an answer. Very convenient to move around the city due to the proximity to the metro and the historical center. In the room, all the comforts you may need. Breakfast of excellent quality, from Armando Scaturchio. My go-to place to return to Naples. I give my compliments.
