Le Piracante – Charming B&B in the Countryside of Caiazzo
Le Piracante is a special place, nestled in the quiet countryside of Campania, surrounded by centuries-old olive trees, hay fields, and wide, open views that invite you to breathe deeply.

Once an abandoned farmhouse, it has been lovingly transformed into a vintage-style retreat where every detail is chosen with care to offer an authentic, simple, and comfortable stay.

We are just 3 km from the medieval village of Caiazzo, in the province of Caserta, and only 20 minutes from major cultural, natural, and gastronomic attractions such as the Royal Palace of Caserta, the Roman amphitheater of Santa Maria Capua Vetere, and the Matese National Park.

The property spans about one hectare, in a peaceful and secluded setting.

The final stretch to reach us is a small country road, easily accessible: about 1.2 km from the valley or 800 meters from the hilltop. The last few meters are not paved.

Eco-conscious hospitality
Le Piracante is a fully eco-friendly property.

We produce electricity through a solar power system, heat the house with biomass, and collect and reuse rainwater thanks to ancient underground cisterns.

Technology is used wisely: it’s there when you need it, but never intrusive. Guests can enjoy fast and free Wi-Fi, air-conditioned rooms, and thoughtful details designed to make your stay relaxing.

Each room also includes a comfortable space for remote work.

Intimate and authentic welcome
We host guests in only two rooms, both located on the ground floor of the old tuff-stone farmhouse, decorated with a warm, personal style and many handmade details.

Our hospitality is intimate and peaceful, ideal for couples and those seeking relaxation and a slower pace of life.

We do not accommodate children or pets, out of respect for the context and the four-legged friends who already live with us.

Flavours, nature and local culture
Each morning, we serve a farm-to-table breakfast with carefully selected products from local farmers and artisans. Upon request, we can also prepare a basket of local delicacies.

From our hillside location, you can set off on foot for panoramic nature walks or reach the historic center of Caiazzo with a pleasant short hike.

We’re happy to offer personalized suggestions for visits to farms, artisan workshops, local events, and authentic experiences related to nature, cuisine, wine, and regional culture.

We stayed at Le Piracante in Caiazzo for the second time, and once again it was absolutely wonderful! The accommodation is set in a beautiful natural environment, perfect for relaxing and exploring. During our two days we visited the Royal Palace of Caserta, enjoyed some delicious pizza, and took in the stunning surroundings. A big thank you to Rossella, who took such great care of us. She gave us excellent recommendations, prepared a fantastic breakfast, and made sure we felt completely at home. We also really enjoyed spending time with the friendly animals. We will definitely return and can highly recommend Le Piracante to anyone looking for a peaceful and charming getaway. 🌿✨.

Il Piracante is located in a very beautiful part of the countryside where you are surrounded by trees and nature. Rossella, the owner, is a spectacular host. The breakfast is delicious and the coffee is perfect. We highly recommend this place.

We recently had the opportunity to spend 3 nights at Le Piracante. Rossella was an amazing host from start to finish. She provided a multitude of information on the area. We originally booked due to the location near Pepe in Grani, Naples, and Pompeii. Rossella helped us learn there is so much more to do in the area for our next visit. She booked a buffalo mozzarella tour and tasting for us (she also acted as our translator) and we got to see a calf that was born that morning. Amazing! Rossella is helping to build sustainable tourism in this area. Thank you for the lovely hand soap! This property is located in the middle of farm land which means the potential for roosters early in the morning. Nothing earplugs won't fix and we were off exploring early. Also, the power went out one night and we were awoken by a bright backup light. It was very windy. Rossella was going to move the location of the light to make it less interruptive.

Together with our friends we came for a wedding close by. We enjoyed the bed and breakfast a lot. It is such a charming place. Rossella is a great lovely host. She made our late check-in possible and accommodated all our requests in the best manner. The rooms are nicely decorated, with comfortable beds. It is a wonderful place in nature and perfect to slow down. We enjoyed the homemade cakes, the beautiful views, and the tranquility. Thank you again. We only stayed for one night at this Bed & Breakfast but my wife and I promised to return the next time we take a holiday in Italy. There are so many positive things about this property! First of all, Mrs. Rossella, who manages in an exceptional and meticulous way all aspects related to the stay, taking care of even the smallest detail so that the customer has everything they need available. Everything is comfortable, clean and familiar, the place is peaceful, quiet, surrounded by beautiful fresh air that you can breathe deeply. The furniture, thanks to Mrs. Rossella's hand who restored some pieces, is simply delicious! Chatting pleasantly with her, we learned that she periodically changes the pieces or the arrangement of the furniture to bring something new to the environment. Bottles of water for the night available free of charge: it was a pleasant surprise, in other Bed & Breakfasts they do not provide them and we end up in the evening having to go and buy them. Breakfast: we immediately noticed the brand of espresso coffee available - Caffè Vergnano. This brand of espresso coffee is always in first place among the best Italian coffees and finding it on the breakfast table of this Bed & Breakfast confirmed the idea of quality of this structure! The rest of the breakfast was plentiful and of very good quality. We recommend everyone to give yourself a gift: spend a relaxing time in this structure!

Excellent property and Rossella is a gracious hostess. Very quiet and quaint property nestled in the rolling hills north of Caiazzo. Excellent breakfast and a peaceful outside seating location. Near many town attractions in Caiazzo. Also close to several outdoor day trip destinations. This is a tremendous value and I recommend staying here for adventures in the Campania region.

This is one of the nicest B&Bs my wife and I have stayed at. A very unique countryside property with a fabulous hostess. Rosella goes out of her way to make you feel at home. She made reservations for us at a great place to eat in town and a special private visit to the town's historic museum. We cannot wait to return in December over the holidays. Thanks Rosella for making our trip to our grandmother's town memorable.

Rossella is a wonderful host, she prepares a lovely breakfast (she asks for allergies, preferences, etc.). The room is spacious and equipped with everything you need. Also, the room was very very clean! The region is very beautiful, with an extremely beautiful sunset. The bed&breakfast is in a perfect location for visiting Naples, Pompeii, the Royal Palace of Caserta, and other small towns. Rossella is also very helpful, she helped us with booking restaurants, gave us tips on where to go (and where not to go). Our stay was perfect, and we definitely recommend staying with Rossella.

I stayed during the Immaculate Conception long weekend at this splendid B&B in the countryside near Caiazzo. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, furnished with care by the owner, who welcomed us with great kindness and hospitality. We felt at home. For breakfast, in addition to an excellent homemade cake, the owner picked some very tasty clementines from the garden tree.

We spent our first night of honeymoon at Le Piracante and we could not have made a better choice. The owner was uniquely kind, she even gifted us a handmade present as a wish for our wedding. The structure is surrounded by nature, clean and with an ancient charm, but at the same time equipped with all comforts. At breakfast, you are further pampered with fresh and local products. Highly recommended for those seeking relaxation and peace, we will return.

Excellent structure, location, and cleanliness. Super quality-price ratio. The only flaw: there is no TV in the room and for us Italians, the TV is important. Anyway, recommendable and worth a return visit, thanks again.

Structure with absolutely original, curated, and charming decor. Rossella, the owner, was also exceptional, she followed us a lot giving us every useful information for the place and surroundings. Abundant breakfast and kitchen equipment. Very peaceful and pleasant location even if not very easy to reach (but perhaps it is precisely thanks to its splendid isolation that its tranquility is due).
