Villa Annina

We had a wonderful 14 days at Villa Annina. The house is very lovingly designed. We would like to particularly highlight that Villa Annina offers an Italian breakfast as standard, we asked if we could also have cold cuts and cheese. We received an excellent breakfast with additional Calabrian specialties, at no extra cost, which was a very special gift for us. The rooms are very clean and lovingly designed. We can recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for peace and quiet, and who wants to be near the most beautiful beaches and Tropea. However, it is advisable to look for a car, as it is very practical. It takes about 20 minutes to reach the center and is on the main road.

The accommodation is perfect for a relaxing holiday in Tropea. It is located just a few meters from the sea. Through a well accessible rocky coast you reach a dreamy and quiet beach. In front of the accommodation there are free parking spaces. \nThe accommodation is managed with a lot of love. The hosts are very warm and incredibly helpful. We felt very comfortable. A highlight was also the breakfast. There was a very tasty Italian breakfast, all self-prepared. \nThe rooms and the accommodation are very clean. Our room had a nice and large balcony. \nThe center of Tropea is about a 15-minute walk away.

Villa Annina is a very cute family villa located in Tropea, equipped with everything needed to make the stay very pleasant. It is located in a quiet area, away from the traffic of the center, and very close to one of the most beautiful beaches in Tropea. From here, you can easily reach the famous Grotta degli Innamorati, also known as the Grotta dello Scheletro. The center is just over a km away and can be easily reached on foot. Alternatively, you can approach by car and leave the car in one of the parking lots closest to the center. The "Antonia" room where we stayed is very cozy, with warm colors and very spacious. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is functional and very large. Another aspect greatly appreciated by us was the independent terrace from the room, from which you can admire a glimpse of the beautiful sea of Tropea. The Villa maintains a typical style of the area and, although not recently built, manages to convey the warmth of home with a special welcome. All this is possible mainly thanks to Mrs. Antonia, who lovingly manages the B&B. Her kindness and the attention she puts into welcoming guests' requests and providing all the necessary information for a good tour of Tropea, through its beautiful beaches, are evident. We therefore recommend staying here if you are looking for a simple and comfortable place. You will certainly have a great time.

The structure, highly recommended, is full of greenery and flowers, it feels like home. It's a stone's throw from the sea in a quiet area. Each apartment and room had its own independent area. Excellent hospitality from Mrs. Antonia and her family. Thank you.

The structure is located 1.3 km from the center, but it is easily reachable by parking the car 500 meters from the center in free places. The typical beaches are easily accessible in a short time.

The room is very beautiful, spacious and equipped with everything necessary. The balcony with sea view is very beautiful and very convenient for breakfast and for hanging out beach towels and swimsuits. Mrs. Antonia was very kind and ready to respond to all our requests. We really enjoyed our stay.

Kind and helpful, great location. Homemade cakes. The only slightly uncomfortable note is the mattress. Who will return with pleasure. Tropea is wonderful and convenient by car.

Great stay, the owner is infinitely kind and very meticulous in providing directions both for the various beaches in the area and for restaurants and things to see. The property is well maintained and welcoming, in a quiet area and a few meters from a wonderful beach. I recommend this accommodation.

My husband and I stayed at Villa Annina for three nights, and we were really sad at the thought of having to leave. The host is welcoming and discreet, the location, a bit secluded from the center and the chaos, is really great, the villa where the rooms are located is wonderful. Cleanliness and attention to detail in the furnishings are top-notch. Highly recommended!

An applause to Annina and Antonia! The accommodation is located above some beautiful beaches and the parking is on the street below Villa Annina... convenient. The house is very clean, comfortable bed, room with all comforts including air conditioning. The breakfast is delicious and abundant, even homemade cakes are available for intolerant guests. The ladies provide information about the beaches, restaurants, excursions. They are sociable but at the same time discreet when needed. Our room had a nice balcony with sea view where we could comfortably stay early in the morning to enjoy the sunrise in silence. Hand sanitizer and masks are available at the entrance. I highly recommend it. Thanks to the hostesses for making our stay more beautiful.

Well beyond expectations! Very beautiful room, spacious and very clean bathroom! Spectacular little terrace with sea view where to have a delicious and abundant homemade breakfast with cakes. Antonia, who welcomed us, was extremely helpful! Excellent value for money. Definitely recommended!

We were welcomed by Antonia, a wonderful and very kind person who also prepared breakfast for us. The little apartment was fully equipped with a kitchen and tableware and is located in a strategic position, just 5 minutes by car from the center of Tropea. Comfortable and large bathroom (you don't always find a shower like that) and the room was complete with everything necessary. The structure is very family-friendly, ideal for a seaside vacation. The only small flaw is that we could hear noises from the guests in the nearby room.

Antonia and her family are helpful and friendly people. Villa Annina is well-kept, and the room is spacious and clean. Antonia prepares delicious sweet breakfasts. A 2-minute drive from the village. Highly recommended.

Excellent Bed and Breakfast not far from the center of Tropea, family-run in a strategic location with a beautiful sea view. A special thanks to Mrs. Antonia, always very kind and helpful for all our needs. The breakfast is always excellent and plentiful with homemade pastries, which you won't even find in a 5-star hotel. Fantastic experience! The Villa Annina is beautiful in a great location. The room was clean, with a private bathroom and air conditioning. We were able to have a plentiful breakfast on the balcony of our room with a spectacular view. I will definitely recommend it.

We stayed 5 days in Tropea and stayed at Villa Annina. We had a great time starting from the kindness of Mrs. Annina and her daughter Antonia, to the excellent breakfasts served in the room with homemade pastries, to the location of the villa that allows you to reach the beautiful center of Tropea and the various beaches in the area in a few minutes by car.

Lovely people, Villa Annina is a beautiful and well-maintained property, highly recommended.

Excellent property, on the outskirts but 5 minutes by car from the most beautiful beaches and the center of Tropea. Room with all the comforts like a spacious fridge, air conditioning, TV, bathroom in the room all very well maintained and clean. Then the pleasure of having breakfast served in the room, sitting on the terrace with a sea view is fantastic. I will definitely return.

Great welcome, location of Villa Annina near the sea.

Excellent structure, beautiful welcome, super availability of Mrs. Anna, quiet, peaceful and relaxing environment, away from the chaos of the center but easily reachable by car.

Fantastic location, just a 2-minute drive from the center. Resting is great, in the morning you only hear the birds and the rooster. The apartment is fresh, well equipped in the kitchen, almost new. There are mosquito nets, air conditioning, and a beautiful stone gazebo in the garden (for exclusive use) where you can have breakfast. Great value for money. Also, Mrs. Anna is available for any need, and discreet at the same time. Internet doesn't work perfectly, but it wasn't important for us. I would go back right away!

We stayed for two days. Mrs. Anna is a very kind and helpful person. Extremely clean room and very spacious bathroom. The property is in a strategic position to visit Tropea and the surroundings. Must come back.

We have just returned after a week spent in this wonderful Mediterranean-style Villa and we struggle not to think about it. Villa Annina made our stay in Tropea perfect. The kindness of the owners Mr. Lorenzo and Anna makes you feel at home. The excellent and abundant breakfast served in the room and enjoyed on the sea view terrace, (great stuff!) The location in a small alley 15 minutes walk from the center perfect for those like us who love to go in search of the party but then sleep in peace. And last but not least, the Villa is the last one in this alley that ends with a staircase leading to a deserted bay with stunning sea. Highly recommended both for families thanks to the ground floor apartments it has, and for couples like us who were looking for a room with a bathroom, but waking up and falling asleep with the sea in your eyes made the difference.
