Masseria Nuova is a very special place to stay - a 18th century fortified farm estate encircled by 30 hectares of olive grove and vineyards, turned into a small boutique hotel with home kitchen. Giovanni was a warm and most welcoming host.

We stayed for the first time in this Masseria Nuova, due to its central location with respect to our needs of those days, and we were overwhelmed by the tranquility and peace of the countryside in which it is immersed, allowing us to fully enjoy the rest and the absolutely relaxing atmosphere in which it is located. Spacious, functional, clean, and well-kept rooms, which find their added value in the garden from which they are served. Finally, the breakfast was worthy of a typical Apulian lunch, with typical products of excellent quality, to which we could never resist, also thanks to the absolutely polite, hospitable, and helpful staff. We only regret not having had time to try the on-site restaurant, but this is just one of the many reasons we will have to come back. The only suggestion to give could be to make the sign indicating the country road where to enter to reach the structure more visible, consisting of a sign illuminated by a lighthouse, which however does not allow to read very well at a distance what is written. In any case, when we return we will already know where to go. 😉😉😉

The structure is very suggestive and the staff is very kind. The breakfast is plentiful and there is also the possibility of having dinner, which is excellent. I have already been there and I will definitely return, especially for the tranquility and the silence.

Masseria Nuova is of a unique beauty! The rooms are spacious and meticulously cared for, the staff is welcoming and very kind, the breakfast is superb! It is possible to book lunches and dinners according to availability, the dishes are absolutely worth trying.

My family and I stayed at Masseria Nuova for two nights and going back home was a real disappointment! The property is very well-kept and characteristic, the breakfasts excellent with local and quality products. Excellent reception from Riccardo and he is really nice. We also had dinner at the bistro and the dinner was truly excellent. We will definitely come back.

Beautiful Masseria Nuova, friendly and helpful staff, good sweet breakfast. To get there you need a GPS because there are no signs or billboards along the road.

Very pleasant structure with a few rooms. In the heat of these days, we slept without air conditioning. Excellent and very kind service. Simple breakfast but with excellent and refreshing fruit extracts. I will come back.

Magnificent place, very kind and helpful staff, very tasty breakfasts.

The building is very nice but is managed with very little care and attention. The large and suggestive room was quite dirty. The toilet was leaking, the shower was unusable due to limescale (the shower head literally burst), and the manager didn't notice anything (he started taking pictures around). The power went out several times for hours, so no essential air conditioning given the location in full sun. Besides, we were warned that if the power didn't come back, they wouldn't open the restaurant and therefore goodbye to the booked dinner. Fortunately, the power came back but it turned out they had a baptism so we couldn't eat outdoors. In the end, we negotiated for a secluded place in the garden by setting up the tables we had in the room, but we had to wait until 10:30 p.m. They proposed the 30 euro tasting menu but then they said that the available dishes were only those from the baptism, so the choice was between only two first courses. The service ended at 12:30 a.m. when tired we went to sleep without the dessert planned from the menu but they didn't bring it to us since the baptism was still on the first course. Of course, no discount was applied. I specify that the dinner was booked a month in advance. Beyond the mishap, the saddest thing was to see the little consideration they had for the customer especially in the ways. The only positive note was the truly excellent breakfast, but even this with a poor service (we had to point out that we were 6 while the portions they brought us, observing the other tables, were for 4 and the hot drinks that they didn't offer us arrived when we had already finished). NOT RECOMMENDED

Good evening, I stayed two nights at Masseria Nuova and I had a great time. I was welcomed by Riccardo (Chef) in an exemplary manner, he transmitted his passion and dedication for cooking. He was professional but at the same time made me feel at home by letting me taste typical Apulian products. As Nelson Mandela said about Riccardo: "A winner is a dreamer who never gives up". Very beautiful structure with a beautiful garden inside, we had the opportunity to have dinner there, excellent products, excellent hospitality and availability, for any information Giovanni is available, polite person, prepared in every way. Place that brings tranquility.

Che dire...tutto perfetto! Soggiorno piacevolissimo, location davvero stupenda immersa nel silenzio! Camere confortevoli e pulizia impeccabile. Colazione super e abbondante, yogurt fatto in casa da dieci e lode! Consigliatissimo!

Ci siamo già stati una volta e essendoci trovati bene ci siamo tornati. È una masseria molto caratteristica avvolta da un curato parco. Buona colazione, pulizia impeccabile, relax assicurato. Il gestore Giovanni molto disponibile.

Agriturismo MASSERIA NUOVA molto curato in tutti i particolari partendo dal silenzio e la pace che regna in una distesa di uliveti alla pulizia della camera. Del cibo cosa dire è una favola, iniziando dalle colazioni abbondanti di prodotti propri, grazie al grande GIOVANNI persona molto squisita nel mettersi a disposizione per qualsiasi cosa al favoloso cuoco RICCARDO che preparava certe cene difficile da dimenticare. Da specificare che tutte le sere ci veniva servita pasta di produzione propria fatta in casa e non comprata, vino olio e quant'altro era tutto di produzione propria. Insomma per concludere vi invito a recarvi in questo Agriturismo rimarrete sbalorditi.

È tutto impeccabile, la struttura è situata in un luogo logisticamente strategico, sono facilmente raggiungibili in pochissimo tempo, spiagge e paesi molto belli, da vivere e visitare, respirando l'aria di altri tempi, tra oliveti e vigneti interminabili di Primitivo di Manduria. Bellissima la struttura settecentesca, ristrutturata ma lasciata con il suo design originale, immersa nelle silenziose campagne di oliveti, camere spaziose, in pietra bianca, rilassanti, letto comodissimo, pulizia giornaliera impeccabile. Non si può aggiungere di più, bisogna solo viverlo.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura, bellissima, camere spaziose, cucina di qualità, anche per cucina senza glutine, abbondante e buonissima colazione, ottimo vino, staff gentili e simpatici. Struttura Leggermente nascosta ma con navigatore semplice da trovare. Molto soddisfatti.

Praticamente tutto perfetto, l'unico neo riguarda la mancanza di cartelli stradali per raggiungere la struttura, ma fortunatamente c'è google maps.

Spettacolare, colazione abbondante e buonissima prodotti da loro, cena anche buonissima. Ma sopratutto il titolare e di una gentilezza unica, anche molto disponibile e ti fa sentire a tuo agio.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, la struttura è accogliente e il personale molto attento la colazione generosa e genuina, c'è stata un'incomprensione riguardo una cena che però è stata recuperata egregiamente da Giovanni. Se vi fosse anche una piscina sarebbe perfetta

Bellissima struttura nella campagna pugliese circondata da ulivi, alla sera ci si rilassa all'aperto con un'ottimo bicchiere di vino, oppure cenando assaporando degli ottimi piatti, complimenti a Giovanni, persona favolosa, che vi farà sentire come a casa vostra.

Una struttura dall'indiscutibile fascino rustico, circondata dal più tipico paesaggio del tavoliere delle puglie. Soggiorno rilassante, reso piacevole da un'ottima cucina ed un cordialissimo personale che non perde occasione per mettersi a disposizione e far sentire benvoluto l'ospite. Luogo ideale per chiunque voglia concedersi una gradevole pausa lontano dal caos cittadino per riscoprire i colori ed i sapori di una terra unica.

Pochi sono i posti in cui sono stato in vacanza dove mi sono sentito come a casa e "Masseria Nuova" è uno di questi! Appena arrivati è stato amore a prima vista: le foto della struttura erano davvero molto belle ma è palese che non le rendano giustizia. La zona è molto tranquilla e da questa location è molto semplice raggiungere tutte le zone della Puglia in breve tempo. Non mi soffermerò troppo a parlare dello staff in quanto vi renderete subito conto che la gentilezza è la loro parola d'ordine senza contare ovviamente l'ottimo cibo e le colazioni variopinte. Andati in vacanza con Bonus Vacanze senza problema alcuno o "sorpresa" che altri gestori ci hanno comunicato solo telefonicamente. Onesti, bravi e professionali. Voto? Diesci! Cit.

Siamo stati nella struttura dal 10 al 14 settembre. Accoglienza ottima, soggiorno eccellente e pasti gustosi con colazione ogni giorno con prodotti diversi veramente favolosi! Il Signor Giovanni è persona molto cordiale e affabile, i suoi collaboratori altrettanto cortesi e competenti. Veramente un bel soggiorno. Consigliatissimo

Questa struttura offre un soggiorno molto rilassate, immersi nel verde degli ulivi. Le stanze sono spaziose, semplici e pulite, molto carina la relazione tra la roccia e l'intonaco. La colazione è molto abbondante, composta ogni giorni di specialità diverse tra dolci ed estratti di frutta. Direi che l'unica nota negativa riguarda la posizione della nostra stanza, troppo vicina ai tavoli dove si mangia a cena. Posto consigliato per un piacevole soggiorno ed inoltre la posizione è molto strategica per visitare alcune bellezze della puglia. In mezz'ora potrete visitare dei bellissimi posti di mare, con dune e acqua strepitosa e diverse città circostanti.

Personale gentilissimo, struttura pulita e accogliente. Siamo stati benissimo e lo consiglieremo sicuramente.

Siamo stati in questa bella struttura e il signor Giovanni ci ha trattato con i guanti bianchi colazioni straordinarie, rare trovarle in giro, immersi nel verde degli uliveti secolari che completava la bellezza...spero di ritornarci presto

La masseria si trova in campagna, tra la pace degli ulivi e un silenzio d'oro. Forse un po' internati, ma si arriva facilmente ovunque. Una mezz'ora abbondante dalla spiaggia, ma per trovare spiagge come quelle viste, farei anche un'ora di macchina ogni volta! A 5 minuti da Francavilla centro storico (molto bella!) A 10 minuti da Oria (carinissima) A 40 minuti da Ostuni (meravigliosa) Insomma...A metà strada con tutto ciò che di più bello c'è. Una volta entrati nelle mura della masseria, sembra di esser in un posto surreale e bellissimo. La nostra camera, una semplice matrimoniale, aveva una stanza da letto molto spaziosa, arredata nello stesso stile della masseria, un letto in ferro battuto, un camino, una piccola TV a schermo piatto (ma chi la usa in vacanza?), 2 comodini e un piccolo armadio in più un frigorifero molto efficiente. Il bagno molto molto grande, una bella doccia, tutto molto spazioso. Il cambio degli asciugamani viene effettuato ogni giorno, idem la pulizia della stanza. Il soggiorno prevedeva anche la colazione, servita tavolo ogni mattina dalle 8 alle 10 nel cortile della masseria. Il tavolo già apparecchiato, ci attendeva ogni mattina, insieme a Giovanni, che non appena ci vedeva arrivare ci serviva la colazione e che colazione! Ogni giorno cornetto, macedonia, yogurt fatto in casa, cerali e un estratto di frutta (sempre fatto in casa) ogni giorno diverso (sublime!) In più ogni mattina dei dolcetti diversi che potevano variare dall'amaretto, al pasticciotto, al krapfen, al cestino di frutta...In più un buonissimo cappuccino! Insomma, siamo stati una settimana, ci siamo trovati benissimo, siamo stati coccolati e ad ogni richiesta su consigli su dove trovare o acquistare delle cose, il signor Giovanni ci ha sempre aiutati. È stato un vero padrone di casa! Senza parlare di come abbiamo dormito bene immersi nella pace più totale. Tornando da quelle parti, tornerei alla masseria nuova ad occhi chiusi. Unico appunto negativo, lo scrivo solo sperando sia costruttivo, aggiusterei il filtro da dove esce l'acqua del rubinetto del bagno. Voto 10 in tutto.

Masseria immersa nelle campagne di francavilla fontana, struttura bellissima per chi ama l’idea di passare un soggiorno in una struttura del genere. Accolti con degustazione di prodotti di loro produzione ottimi! Colazione impeccabile, con novitá ogni mattina composta da prodotti sempre di loro produzione, il direttore disponibilissimo ci ha saputo parlare molto bene del posto e ci ha indirizzato verso mete bellissime. La stanza ottima dotata di tutti i comfort. Consigliatissimo

Posto da sogno immerso nel silenzio degli ulivi, personale gentilissimo, struttura pulita, rapporto qualità prezzo ottima, colazione e cene eccezionali. Super consigliato!

Se tutto il Salento fosse tutto così, avrebbero risolto il problema economico del sud. Qua pare non conti la parte economica, ma che per loro conti solo il prendersi cura dell'ospite.

ottimo il mangiare la colazione, la camera si sta divinamente immerso nella natura da consigliare.

Struttura meravigliosa, curata, pulita. Un po' fuori zona ma ne vale la pena, è rilassante solo a guardarla. Colazione abbondante e buonissima, personale gentilissimo. La consiglio.

Posto incantevole, ideale per rilassarsi e staccate da tutto. Consigliatissimo.
