Alessandro was a fantastic host and helped us with recommendations, directions, and reservations. Both before and during our trip, he was always prompt and responsive to our needs. The property was charming, comfortable, and easy to access. Our stay at this property gave us a wonderful visit to Venice.

We had an absolutely wonderful day at this property. The host was incredibly helpful and thoughtful in the way he planned our stay, as well as with all of the information he provided. He responded to any messages we sent within moments and provided anything we requested. The apartment itself is charming and exactly what you would want in a Venetian home. Our stay was very comfortable and we will definitely stay here again when we come back.

We had a wonderful stay in the heart of Venice. The apartment was truly beautiful, tastefully decorated with a charming interior that perfectly reflected the Venetian atmosphere. Everything was very clean and cozy, which made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station, which made our arrival with backpacks very easy and convenient. Right next to the apartment there is a canal where in the evening you can enjoy a beautiful and peaceful walk. The host was extremely responsive, kind, and attentive, always answering quickly and being very helpful throughout our stay. This made the experience even more enjoyable and stress-free. It was honestly one of the most memorable accommodations of our trip. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family, and I am sure I will return here again.

Ca Rielo is a wonderfully characteristic apartment located in a less touristy area of Venice. The online pictures and descriptions are accurate. There is a quiet local feel while also being surprisingly close to a crowded main artery and the train/bus stations. Alessandro is an impeccable host! His consistent communication (use WhatsApp), directions and instructions, constant availability and willingness to assist in helping you truly enjoy your time in Venice are all top notch. By chance we happened to meet Alessandro's father Roberto in the entrance way when we first arrived and later in a local cafe where he purchased our espressos. Both he and his son are true Venetian gentlemen and we highly recommend a stay in their Ca Rielo home on your Venice adventure. Reserve well in advance!

Excellent location, just off main route of all the tourists. Very quiet. Alessandro and his family were warm, welcoming, helpful, attentive and made our visit to Venice outstanding. Would book again!!

The host gave information about every subject without asking any questions. The house was very sweet and beautiful. I was amazed by the decor and items. It was very easy to enter the house. The house was very clean and we were very pleased with the warm approach of the host.

A charming apartment in a very calm area with shops very near.

The apartment had that old world charm we were looking for and the location was an easy walk to the train station. Alessandro was very helpful and responded quickly when needed. He even made dinner reservations for us at a wonderful restaurant. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Prior to arrival and during our stay, Alessandro was highly communicative and responsive. Clear directions, easy check-in and check-out, couldn't have gone smoother. Nice host who provided great recommendations and very accommodating. The apartment itself is charming and has great character. Felt like a local while having all modern amenities. Good size, comfy beds, hot showers and air conditioning. Location couldn't be better. Less than 10-minute walk from the train station, which is beneficial if you have luggage. Off a quiet street, but just a few blocks from the bustling city. Would highly recommend and stay again.

This is a true gem in Venice! The location is very quiet and next to one of the few city parks, but at the same time it is 2 minutes away from the busy streets with great places to eat, drink, and shop. Also, close to the city vaporetto stops. The apartment was larger than expected for a family of 4 and has everything you need for a great stay in Venice. A very clean and well-furnished apartment, perfect for a family of 4, ideally located 500 meters from the train station on foot and in a very pleasant, not too touristy area. Excellent value for money. Alessandro was very responsive, answered all our questions, and was very accommodating (we could leave our luggage while waiting for our evening train and on arrival in the morning as we arrived quite early). The apartment is in a truly strategic spot in the Cannaregio district. We were only a few minutes' walk from Santa Lucia station, which made arrival and departure stress-free, even with our luggage. Despite the proximity to the main transport hubs, the alley is quiet and peaceful, providing perfect rest after long days of sightseeing. A truly Venetian apartment. We fell in love with the ambience immediately: a genuine Venetian apartment. The exposed wooden beams create a unique and cozy atmosphere, full of history but equipped with all modern comforts. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and well appointed. We felt at home right away. Outstanding hospitality. We would like to particularly highlight the exquisite hospitality of Alessandro, our host. He was extremely helpful from the moment of booking and provided us with valuable, detailed tips. His organisation is perfect and made check-in and luggage storage incredibly easy. Customer service that truly makes a difference. Conclusion: When we return to Venice, we will without doubt choose this accommodation again. Ca' Rielo offers an authentic, comfortable experience and is run with great professionalism and warmth. The accommodation is exactly as seen in the photos. It is nice and cozy. The place was very tidy and clean, with everything needed to be comfortable (towels, hair dryer, kitchen utensils, etc.). The location of the place is very convenient because it is very close to the train station, and within walking distance of all the tourist attractions, but it is located in a very quiet area. You have the best of both worlds. Alessandro was always very attentive and kind to us, and he gave us recommendations for delicious local restaurants and places to visit. He even helped us make a reservation at a restaurant and kept our luggage for a couple of hours after check-out, which we greatly appreciate. Alessandro's attention exceeded our expectations, and I would stay there again.

From the moment we booked,Alessandro communicated with us through KakaoTalk;his kindness and thoughtfulness made us feel welcomed even before meeting him. Our family arrived in Venice after traveling through London,Paris,Switzerland and Milan. Honestly,the trip had many problems,from a theft incident in London to various other mishaps,and I was very ill with a bad cold. When we arrived,Alessandro greeted us with a bright smile. Understanding our limited language skills,he patiently continued to communicate via KakaoTalk to help us. He repeatedly reassured us that everything was okay and encouraged us to tell him anything we needed;I will never forget that warmth. Throughout our stay we felt very comfortable;thanks to Alessandro,my cold improved and thanks to his restaurant recommendations we enjoyed many delicious meals. The children still talk about the vongole and carbonara they ate at the recommended restaurant across the canal near the accommodation. For us,this place was a refuge where our tired bodies and minds could rest after two exhausting weeks of travel. I sincerely thank Alessandro. His excellent accommodation,comfort and warmth helped us complete the rest of our trip safely. Choosing his place was truly the best decision of this trip. A 5-minute walk from the station on flat ground without crossing any bridges,convenient even with suitcases. 2. Clean and comfortable facilities — air conditioning,an air purifier and a dehumidifier.(You know how humid Venice is;the dehumidifier is a big advantage,and I've never encountered a place with both a dehumidifier and an air purifier.) 3. Large beds and plenty of space for a family of four. 4. The biggest advantage is the host:simply wonderful.Sunny,warm and kind,he provided detailed information about restaurants and walking routes,so we didn't have to research anything ourselves. If you see availability for your travel dates,book without hesitation! Not booking would be a loss,given the size of the accommodation,the five-minute walk from the station without bridges or stairs,the cooking facilities and the price offered.

Unforgettable stay: unmatched manager for availability and courtesy, very welcoming structure, cared for in every detail and very clean. Convenient to reach from the station and a stone's throw from the center, in a charming and quiet strategic neighborhood, with many typical local places to taste the delicious cicchetti or to dine with classic Venetian dishes while breathing a family atmosphere. We were also able to stay with our beloved dog without any difficulty.

Convenient to reach, practical for exploring the city, very nice inside, practical and spacious even though we were 2 adults and 2 children. Perfect organization, information, directions, management of the property, documents, payment, etc., impeccable and all conveniently done via WhatsApp with Alessandro. Important and very convenient the possibility of leaving luggage after check-out in the entrance and being able to retrieve it independently, without having to carry it around the city.

For me, everything was perfect. The apartment is located a few minutes' walk from the station, in a lively area with bars and restaurants. Characteristic environment, well-organized, and clean. The owner Alessandro was always available, providing information and kindness both at the time of booking and upon our arrival. A place to return to.

Excellent facility in a strategic location. 5 minutes from the train station and very convenient for walking around the city. Impeccable cleanliness and the host was very kind in advising us on what to visit and where to eat. Too bad we only booked one night. We will definitely come back.
