Room (for 4) very pleasant with a view of the garden. Matteo was very accommodating to allow us to use the parking lot before the hour, and very good advice for our stay. Breakfast would be better if it were more authentic and less industrial.

Hi Nadege, Thanks for your feedback. I'm a bit surprised from your feedback on the breakfast as all our cheese, coldcuts and biological marmelades are... biological. Croissant made by the bakery nearby. Some of the industrial products you find (all monopackages items likemarmelades , honey , spread cheese nutella and croissant) are a specific legal request we cannot cancel but we always have a "bio" alternatives ready. See you next time to get all the bio version for your breakfast!

Good price product. Both Matteo and the staff of the place have been very attentive and helpful. Excellent cleanliness, excellent bed and shower. Adequate breakfast. Location in a nice neighborhood, close to the historic center, one block from public transport. Without a doubt, we would choose it again.

Excellent solution for visiting the city in a neighborhood away from mass tourism, but convenient to reach the historic center. The manager is able to tell an alternative Florence if you already know the city but want to see something new. Excellent advice on local dining places.

The structure is a bit run down and not very clean. Electric sockets detached from the walls with visible electrical wires, lack of shutters on the window, shower that didn't drain properly, peeling wall under the air conditioner, poor breakfast...

Stessi giorni ospite diverso tutti 10. Soprattutto Colazione infima (1) per lei (si presume nemmeno caffè e pasta) e Ottima (9) per i ragazzi che erano seduti accanto a voi. Il mondo è bello perchè vario. Diciamo che volevate venire per il BB day ma non avevo più disponibilità e quindi avete anticipato non potendo godere dell'offerta? Agli altri clienti le giuste considerazioni

Beautiful Villa with garden and car parking, comfortable, clean, located 2 km from everything that is visitable in Florence, very quiet place with Matteo, manager, owner, proprietor, director, a fantastic person, with a unique preparation, sociable, helpful, makes you feel comfortable and then advises you on everything by doing a briefing at the table with a map in hand on what to see in Florence and also in the surroundings, with a very precise list, recommends where to eat well with value for money, also suggests the best ice cream shops (recommendation why not since 1939), explains some tidbits or anecdotes about the city and/or monuments, what can I say, should be appointed as Tourism assessor, top! I highly recommend Villa Landucci and Matteo to everyone.

We stayed at Gourmet B&B Villa Landucci on the last weekend of October. The historic building, with a private garden, is well maintained and the rooms are well-kept. Convenient internal parking. Abundant and tasty breakfast. Matteo, the manager, available for any need, is a mine of information about the city and the places where you can taste the gastronomic and wine specialties of the area. An excellent experience.

Very nice place, extremely convenient internal car parking, honest and very helpful manager, price unchanged even when using the holiday bonus, unlike many others.\nA few small flaws: the hair dryer, one of those small ones on the wall, sometimes didn't work, and I would have added a few more shelves in the bathroom and shower.\nIn any case, it is a property we would gladly return to.

Nice structure, Matteo is a very kind and helpful person, ready to solve any problem or need of the customer. Spacious and clean rooms. Breakfast a bit too rich in butter but I understand that Americans and Germans prefer it that way. Great location. Highly recommended.

We chose this fabulous property for its excellent location, as the city center is within walking distance in about 15-20 minutes, with the possibility of conveniently leaving the car in the private parking lot. We noticed from the moment of booking the courtesy of the owner Matteo, passionate about his work, who warmly welcomed us offering his availability throughout our stay to provide us with excellent advice and information on where to go and where to eat. Very kind and professional also the collaborator Elisa. The atmosphere of the property is welcoming and well-kept in detail. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast was truly delicious, fresh, and varied. I would gladly return!
