Max is a helpful person and present in case of need. The bed is very comfortable, the central location but, at the same time, easily reachable without problems and with several parking spaces make it very useful.

I made the reservation for the days of Lucca Comics and I must say that Casa Nonna Zaira is a valid alternative! Even though I was preparing in cosplay, in the morning I never arrived late because, even if the large bathroom is shared, in the room there was a sink and a mirror. Max was very kind and never let us miss anything. Absolutely recommended.

Short stay of only two nights. Max, the owner, is a polite, friendly, respectful, and very helpful person. The structure is adequate for the circumstances. Excellent value for money. The additional free service provided by Max with WhatsApp messaging is extremely useful because it makes you not feel alone and you are always well advised on the choices of places to visit. Everything written in the description is absolutely true. The room is beautiful, clean, and welcoming, the bed is comfortable, and Max and Deborah are very hospitable, they know the area well and can give valuable advice on how to spend the day around Montecatini and the nearby villages. I stayed for 2 nights at Casa Nonna Zaira with my boyfriend and I can say that you really feel at home. Max, the owner, has always been very kind and available for every request. Structure itself nice if it weren't for the entrance staircase literally covered with photos, calendars, plaques and other references to Mussolini, things that are out of place in a place open to hospitality. Greater transparency in the photo gallery would be appreciated so that people do not have unpleasant surprises upon arrival.

What can I say, just steps from the center, but above all a very clean, welcoming, and quiet environment. Large and bright room, really abundant breakfast, maximum availability from the very friendly owner who acted as our guide in the surroundings.
