B&B Via Roma 25

What a find! Everything was 10/10.

The first thing that commends this BnB is the owner/host, Gabriella. She is sweet, accommodating, helpful, engaging, warm and puts together a great breakfast. We forgot to read the instructions and did not call to tell her when we would arrive; we arrived half an hour before check-in. She was nothing but kind and gracious and made no mention of our mistake. Throughout the stay she was the same. The second thing that recommends this place is the price; it is a great deal. It also has a great location, close to the centro and the train station. The final thing that makes it special is that Arezzo has a poor hotel situation. This place has an unassuming exterior. There are no great views. But the rest of Arezzo has nothing nearly as nice. Stay here. Gabriella will make it worth it.

It is a very clean and nice B&B. It’s close to the station. However, the front street was a bit noisy in the night and water pressure was weaker than I usually use. But overall, it is very good. I’d definitely stay again if I visit Arezzo.

I cannot say enough about B&B Via Roma 25 in Arezzo. This was our second visit here. Gaby is an outstanding hostess, very accommodating and friendly. The property is safe and quiet, despite it being on a busy street. Our room was spacious and extremely clean. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I highly recommend this B&B!

I enjoyed my stay at the B&B Via Roma 25. The breakfast was fantastic and the room was nice. There is the disadvantage of hearing the front door whenever anyone entered the building but the B&B can't do anything about that. Gabriella was so sweet and helpful. I will return. Grazie Mille.

The accommodation is exactly as described in the photos, it is very clean, the mattress is comfortable, the decoration is modern and comfortable. The host is very attentive to all special requests made to him and to ensuring that the stay is as good as possible. He is attentive to everything and is caring. He responds quickly to messages with any questions before and during the entire stay. It is very well organized. Perfect stay, I recommend it and I would repeat without a doubt.

An excellent and comfortable stay at Gabriella's B&B. The property is in a perfect location, close to the train station and in the town center. The room is bright, pleasant, comfortable and quiet. An excellent solution in Arezzo, comfortable and clean. Gabriella is a professional, friendly, and welcoming host. Abundant breakfast with fresh products. Great location for exploring Arezzo. Please note that on Friday and Saturday evenings it is a pedestrian zone, so it cannot be reached by car.

Simply feeling at home. My partner and I stayed for two nights in this beautiful place and we truly recommend it with all our hearts. Centrally located, very clean, and with an amazing breakfast. Gabriella is an attentive and very pleasant host. Establishments run by "professionals" in the sector should take example from people like her. Great availability, kindness, and a beautiful smile that starts the day off right.

The structure is in an excellent location just a step away from the historic center but absolutely quiet and peaceful. The room is welcoming and super clean. Gabriella is a fantastic person who welcomes you and makes you feel at home. Super breakfast where Gabriella's touch is very present. Highly recommended place to return to.

Fantastic stay! The structure is furnished with style, top cleanliness! Perfect location, literally a stone's throw from the station and just a few minutes walk from all the points of interest. Gabriella's availability and kindness, along with her very good breakfast, are the icing on the cake. When we return to Arezzo, we will undoubtedly return to B&B Via Roma 25. Highly recommended.

Everything was excellent, just to be picky the only flaw was the breakfast. The slices of cake and especially the croissants were limited and for both days of our stay we had to share the last croissant among us. Everything else was fine.

Perfect B&B for those who want to walk little, located in the historic center. Nothing is missing.

B&B in a very convenient location: just outside the historic center but not in ZTL. Rooms recently and skillfully renovated, very clean. The structure is managed with care and passion by the owner Gabriella, who welcomed us warmly and kept us company during breakfast.

I stayed with my wife for the weekend, Gabriella proved to be friendly, helpful, and a good hostess. The structure is beautiful, the location is excellent, and we really liked the atmosphere of the B&B. We will definitely come back.

Full satisfaction! We arrive in Arezzo after a journey that lasted longer than expected, but the fatigue disappeared as soon as the doors of the B&B Via Roma 25 opened. Scents, colors, style, and elegance. Charming the "terra" room, with the triple view that allowed us to admire a period scenario. Everything is taken care of in the smallest details, from the structure to the breakfast, definitely pleasant. Everything evokes the personality of Mrs. Gabriella, a delightful hostess. The position is definitely central, reliable parking recommended. We highly recommend.

Highly recommended.

B&B managed with passion, attention to guests, and care for details. It has 4 rooms and a small room for breakfast. Pleasant and bright themed decor in our room (Earth). The bathroom is equally bright and spacious. Excellent cleanliness. Located at the beginning of the pedestrian area of the historic center and a few minutes walk from an affordable multi-storey parking, it enjoys a perfect location. Lastly, but not least, I find it necessary to mention the availability of the owner, Mrs. Gabriella.

I highly recommend the structure, Mrs. Gabriella was helpful and friendly. The environment is familiar and clean.

The structure is close to the center and allows you to move around without the need for a car, clean and managed by a kind and attentive person. The only downside is a rather small shower cubicle, breakfast is made at the moment in a nearby pastry shop. Otherwise, we had a very good time.

Structure located in a very central position in Arezzo and very close to the train station. The rooms are cared for in the smallest details, very clean and comfortable. I slept only one night here on the way back from Calabria to Milan. We wanted a structure in the center to be able to walk around a bit and easily find a restaurant and this structure is really in a great location. The owner was very kind, the room very clean and beautiful. Too bad we didn't have breakfast because we left at 6 in the morning.

My wife and I returned a few hours ago and we couldn't help but write an absolutely positive review for this wonderful B&B Via Roma 25 and its owner, Gabriella, who has been helpful and very kind since the first phone call to discuss the booking details, and who immediately provided us with all the information we needed, which prompted us to confirm everything shortly after. The structure is truly beautiful and designed, and the impeccable cleanliness can be perceived as soon as you enter from the entrance door to the room (we stayed in the "water" room), tastefully furnished and complete with every comfort, and I would like to emphasize the presence of a latest generation air conditioner "DAIKIN" (and no, sorry, but credit must be given where credit is due, details cannot be left to chance), not to mention the bathroom, spacious and where you can breathe cleanliness and hygiene! Since our intention was to move around Arezzo on foot, Gabriella advised us to park the car at the Mecenate parking lot, which can be reached in 8/10 minutes maximum on foot, a walk that is gladly done, as we left the car there for 3 days for only 3 euros per day (a real convenience). Furthermore, Gabriella advised us to go from Arezzo to Florence by train, and so we did, considering that the train station is a 2/3-minute walk from the B&B! In the surroundings, there is really everything you may need, Conad supermarket, Intesa bank right in front of the B&B, bars, etc...! Wait a moment, do we want to talk about breakfast? Serie A cappuccino prepared on the spot by the very kind Gabriella, and everything else of excellent quality! In short, the structure and its Host deserve 10/10! Everything is summed up in: we will definitely return! Thanks again from the heart to Gabriella from Roberto and Arsy.

We felt at home. Structure close to the historic center, easy to reach by car or train. We took the largest room to be comfortable and we found ourselves very well. Excellent cleanliness, divine breakfast but above all a lot of warmth and availability from the lady who manages the B&B Via Roma 25. If I were to return to Arezzo, I would already know where to go. I also recommend the garage service with car pick-up and drop-off.

We had a great stay, very comfortable bed and impeccable cleanliness. Gabriella is very kind and prepared a tasty and complete breakfast. I hope to come back.

I rarely write reviews, but today I cannot refrain from doing so. I will be a bit verbose, but I want to share my terrible experience with this B&B Via Roma 25. We travel with a 2-year-old child, so I sent an email to the establishment asking if they had a room for two adults and a 2-year-old child available. The first response was that there was no availability. Okay, we'll look elsewhere. After 5 minutes, I received another email: "we made a mistake, the room for Friday is available if you want to book it". Alright, I thought and booked the room for the night. Upon our arrival, the acidity with which we were greeted was worse than a yogurt left out in the sun on August 15th, but let's move on. Mrs. Gabriella immediately made us feel 'deficient' for bringing the child with us, who instead of entering the room was exploring the storage room. We overlooked it, being aware that a child that young can be quite lively, especially in new places. The next morning, we were greeted normally until the child finished breakfast and was scolded multiple times for being too loud as there were people still sleeping. Always being aware, the father took the child's arm to wait until I finished breakfast. Mrs. Gabriella then scolded my husband for holding the child that way (according to her, the shoes were too close to the breakfast table). We pointed out that since the previous day she had shown a resentful attitude towards us, if she had decided to be a host, at least kindness and respect for travelers should be the basis of her work. We prepared to leave without even finishing our coffee, and she bid us goodbye at the door saying that I should have taught my child some manners. Well, Mrs. Gabriella, what can I say... it doesn't seem like your parents did a great job with you, but thanks to your valuable advice, I will try to be a better mother than you, teaching my child respect for others. Not content, she added: "I knew I shouldn't allow children into the establishment anymore". I remind her that we had corresponded by email and I had specified the child's age, and she had taken the money upon our arrival without any issues. Given the year we've had, I've developed my own conspiracy theory: initially, she wouldn't have let us book, but her greed got the better of her, how could she give up on €120?! My criticism is about how she made us feel, how she ruined our vacation, and the unapologetic inhospitality. There are establishments and restaurants that don't accept children, and that's fine, but if you accept a reservation, the least you can do is avoid making guests feel 'inadequate'. Oh, I almost forgot, I was also told by her that if I read carefully, somewhere it was written that they didn't accept children under 3 years old, but despite this, she sent me the link by email to make the reservation. She also continued by telling me that she had dealt with newborns who had caused no trouble. I ask (aside from the inconsistency), can you really compare a cute newborn with any 2-3-4 year old child? I can't comment on cleanliness and such, but I prefer a bit of dust to rudeness.

B&B Via Roma 25 absolutely perfect, clean, elegant, delightful in furnishings. Being located right in the center, I recommend contacting the nearby paid parking (with reservation already kindly made by Mrs. Gabriella) because the garage offers, upon request, also the car pick-up and delivery service, in absolute practicality and convenience. I didn't try the breakfast because I left very early in the morning, but, since the rating is mandatory, I gave a high score based on other reviews and considering that in a property managed like this one, the breakfast can only be top-notch.

Arezzo, an ancient city, you find a modern, efficient place, and definitely suitable for a 2-day visit. Very beautiful, modern, and welcoming structure just a stone's throw from the historic center of Arezzo. Close (4/500m on foot) to the 24-hour parking lots in the area. Breakfast room and room really cozy and modern. Kindness and helpfulness of the staff deserve top marks. Excellent value for money. Recommended to anyone visiting Arezzo.

Open the door of this small B&B and immediately you are greeted by the scent of fresh and clean, the same feeling as soon as you enter the room (even the wardrobe has a very good smell). Small in the sense that there are only 4 rooms but they certainly cannot be defined as small. Our room, very spacious, furnished with taste and care in every detail, nothing superfluous everything essential and refined, very nice bathroom, spacious and complete with everything, from the bath set to slippers, top cleanliness. The breakfast is abundant, sweet and savory, bread, jams, brioches, cold cuts, yogurt, biscuits and above all, it must be said that many of the products are prepared by Gabriela, the legendary owner, absolutely try her cappuccino, to say the least delicious. Gabriela is of contagious good humor, always available and ready to keep you company during breakfast, of course she gave us excellent advice for our dinners in the city. Useful info: the B&B is very central and you can visit all the beauties of the city with a few minutes' walk. Despite being in the center, the sleep quality is excellent. The rooms are non-smoking and we appreciated it very much. We parked at Park Mecenate, 3 euros per day, about 10 minutes walk away. I read that someone described the B&B as expensive, I didn't look for other solutions and I have no idea about the offers in the city, but I must say that the money we spent is worth it all! Thank you Gabriela and if we return to Arezzo, we will definitely come back to you!

Excellent everything. The furnishings are spectacular, the large bathroom all new and perfect. Air conditioning very good. Soundproof windows despite being in the center. Bright, clean. Varied breakfast and all very fresh.

Truly a beautiful, modern, clean and welcoming structure. Very close to all the points of interest in the city of Arezzo. The owner Gabriela is very helpful and kind. Even though I didn't have breakfast at the property, I know for sure that it is abundant, tasty and of quality, as I also booked a room for my sister and she was the one who enjoyed it. I highly recommend B&B Via Roma 25 to anyone looking for a comfortable accommodation in the city of Arezzo.
