This place was awesome! The two hosts were super nice and helpful! The place is clean and the rooms are charming! The breakfast is typical for an Italian breakfast but there is the nicest lady serving you. The place is super close to the train station and not far from the city's main attractions. I totally recommend this place and will stay here again when I return to Florence.

Hosts were very nice, attentive and flexible; we arrived before schedule and were able to do an earlier check-in and leave our bags. They also offered a place where we could leave our bags the day of our checkout. Room was simple but nice, clean and had comfortable sheets, pillows and bedding. One of those places were the pleasant interaction with the hosts is memorable and made the whole experience a better one.

Comfortable and clean, the hosts are extremely kind and helpful. Unfortunately, it is located on a no-drive through road, accessible only by foot, it would have been useful to know this in advance. Very clean structure, really courteous and friendly staff. The price is low, the room furniture is new and in warm colors. You really feel welcomed. The breakfast is good and once again you can see the care and courtesy of the staff, which in my opinion makes the difference for the guests. The shower has a nice shower head, and it's comfortable. There are different types of pillows available, which is always useful. It's easy to reach the city center, about ten minutes and you arrive at Santa Maria del Fiore. I think that when returning to Florence I would be happy to stay here again.

All excellent, very kind staff. Beautiful new rooms. There are two flaws, even if one has been fixed: - old heating that stopped in my room (old system, they need to fix it). - breakfast until 9.30 (at least until 10.30 is necessary, but they waited for us). The old heating that stopped and occasionally blew out cold air is unacceptable. However, given the kindness, the renovated structure, the excellent location, and the price as well, I give a positive feedback. But they should fix it (in my colleague's room it was working).

We stayed one night at this B&B and we had a good experience, it is located in a side street near Santa Maria Novella station, so in 5/10 minutes you are in the center. The B&B is on the first and second floor of a building, with the option to use the elevator, but we were fine with the stairs. The room is basic, quite modern and clean. The owners are kind and helpful. If I were to come back to Florence, I would stay here again.

Highly recommended, very close to Santa Maria Novella train station and the homonymous church. In just 10 minutes you can reach the Cathedral, Giotto's Campanile, and the Baptistery of San Giovanni, from there you can visit all the attractions of Florence. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the property is clean, and the room offers all the comforts. Breakfast is available and you can leave your luggage after check-out.

Simple structure but not very welcoming. The room was clean, the only flaw of dirt is due to the brown carpet in the corridors. In the bathroom, the glass door of the shower was broken. The location is close to the station, convenient but I wouldn't recommend it too much given the not too cheap price.

Very convenient location, but the price needs to be reviewed and the common areas need to be modernized. We could not evaluate the breakfast as we did not book it and it was not possible to add it at the last moment since, according to the manager, they were full. Below the B&B Marbò Florence there is a bar where with 19 euros we had breakfast for 4 (4 croissants, 2 packaged snacks, a coffee and a cappuccino).

Per Il Prezzo concordo con lei, dovremmo aumentare un po' siamo molto economici considerando i costi del lavoro le forniture e le utenze che influiscono non poco sulla posizione dove ci troviamo. Chosen for the distance from our points of interest. The managers/owners: arrogant, presumptuous, little inclined to true hospitality and distrustful. Breakfast sufficient also the fact that during you are hostage of the Lady in charge of breakfast who keeps an eye on you and orders you how to pour water from the jug for example. The cleaning lady, asked why we found the bed undone after her 'room redoing,' replied that she is comfortable like that because if she finds an extra blanket put by us for the cold, she cannot do otherwise. High price, not in line with the quality. I will not recommend it and will not return!

Il Fatto che per ben 2 volte ci ha fornito una carta di credito non valida a garanzia della sua prenotazione e pretendeva di effettuare il Check-in nel tardo Pomeriggio , " Giorni di Pasqua "senza alcuna garanzie rispecchia la sua correttezza. Per il Costo che ritiene troppo alto, le ricordo che i Clienti scelgono sempre la struttura e certamente lei non ha trovato di meglio per questi giorni. Al suo rientro in struttura durante il soggiorno si fermava ogni giorno a parlare male di tutti con il Ragazzo della Reception. E' riuscita a screditare anche un ottimo ristorante nei paraggi, in linea con la sua attitudine. Firenze e' unica al mondo per arte e Cultura, Ma non e' per Tutti. Tutto lo Staff

We had a very good experience, the manager was very friendly and helpful as was all the staff. We arrived before the check-in time and were allowed to leave our luggage at the property, and upon our return to B&B Marbò Florence, we found them already in our room. We were also given the opportunity to keep our luggage at the property on the day of check-out. The room was spacious, very clean, and the bed very comfortable.

Comfortable and spacious room and bathroom. Very comfortable mattresses. \nBasic breakfast, varied, but all packaged. \nTotal disaster the heating: warm air exactly above the bed. Timed. Very noisy. Once turned off, the room returns to icy. Outside the set times, cold air comes out. To have a bit of warmth upon waking up it is necessary to wake up at 6 to turn it on. \nWhen we told the manager that the room was cold, he kindly left it on during the day and when we arrived in the evening the room was quite warm, but it immediately cooled down by turning it off for the night. \nIn conclusion: I recommend this B&B in the summer.

Comfortable structure for a quick visit to Florence. The staff is very nice, helpful, and extremely kind. I mentioned the presence of a celiac person and they prepared the breakfast with gluten-free products. I will definitely recommend it.

Central structure, a few meters from the station and not far from the center. Clean structure. Simple furnishings without particularities. The owner is available. Breakfast is too simple served by a somewhat rude and impatient woman, the breakfast moment is certainly not characterized by relaxation and cordiality. The price is proportionate to the services.

The B&B is located in an apartment inside an old building next to the S. M. Novella station, about 1 km from the Duomo. The entrance of the building is a bit smelly and run down, in short... at first we were a bit shocked. Then you enter the B&B apartment, the reception is small but tidy, the rooms and bathrooms are clean and renovated. Our room was for 5 people and was very large and spacious. The manager is kind and helpful. Breakfast could be improved: a bit scarce in choice and quantity. Croissants upon request (one each), there are no cakes, cookies, and fresh bread. The breakfast room is small.
