INCREDIBLE!!! I booked for a night and I ended up staying 3. I was overjoyed about the location even before entering the property. The building dominates the entire Piazza which looks like a painting. Our room was big and clean. Once we went to the rooftop we decided to stay longer. The view is breathtaking. Giada is kind, warm, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. I am about to go to the roof terrace to have breakfast, I'll write more about the experience : ) OVERALL, if I could give 20 STARS, I would for both, the B&B and the owners.

The Regina Margherita B&B is in a good location with a splendid view from the terrace and a comfy bed. Unfortunately, the bathroom smells bad, probably coming from the sewage, there is no shampoo and unpleasant scents of towel detergent, shower gel, and soap. The shower is too small for two people. The breakfast and coffee are not very tasty and lack fruit and veggies.

The host is kind and the location is amazing. The sky terrace has a spectacular view. \nAlthough, the room (#4) is very old and dirty, not like on the photos. Stains on the curtains and walls, dirty doors - a renovation would be very needed! This can not be refreshed by daily cleaning, but a painting and curtain washing!

A stay at the B&B Regina Margherita can definitely be recommended. It is perfectly positioned on the beautiful old square of Marzamemi. Our room, with floor-to-ceiling windows and curtains on three sides, is very nicely furnished. The hostess Giada is very warm and offers an excellent breakfast on the rooftop terrace, including homemade cakes, jams, etc.

The location of Regina Margherita on Piazza is fantastic. The large rooftop terrace, where the extensive breakfast is served, offers a splendid view of the Piazza and the sea. The shower cabin in my booked room should be renewed. Regina Margherita is unsuitable for disabled people: there is no lift to the rooms and to the breakfast terrace on the 2nd floor. Only partially a handrail on one side of the stairs. Giada, the owner, kindly helped us carry the luggage upstairs. Public parking 5-10 min walk.

We had a lovely stay at a delightful B&B in a charming location. Giada, the manager, was very kind and helpful in our prior correspondence and very welcoming when we arrived. In particular, my wife has mobility issues, and Giada did everything possible to ensure that these did not have a negative impact on our stay. I highly recommend this B&B: it is one of the best we have stayed at in our travels in Sicily.

I found the structure poorly maintained and with poor cleanliness, especially in the bathroom (upon our arrival we immediately noticed the shower was dirty and with mold around the drain, and hair around the edges of the shower). The price of the room is definitely too high for a structure of this kind and for what is offered. A little more attention to detail would suffice, such as replacing the chairs and tables where breakfast is served on the terrace, all rusty, and the umbrella (tattered) is not sufficient to shelter all the tables present. There is no bidet in the bathroom, and it's absurd that even in Italy there are structures with this kind of deficiency. The breakfast is good and personally prepared by the owner of the property.

Cara Silvia, non possiamo piacere a tutti, ma mi permetto di approfondire quanto da lei riferito, trovando il suo resoconto un po’ lacunoso. Noi siamo un piccolo b&b in una località turistica che come tale ci porta un turismo per la maggior parte stagionale, da marzo ad ottobre. Reimbiancatura, manutenzione, ristrutturazioni, vengono fatte tra gennaio e febbraio, certamente è impossibile mentre ancora abbiamo le camere occupate (sono solo 5, se fossimo un hotel con 40 camere potremmo chiuderne alcune e far soggiornare gli ospiti in altre, qui non si può). La struttura arriva quindi dopo 7 mesi di occupazioni quotidiane un po’ provata. Così come l’arredo della terrazza, che è stato da febbraio al sole, al vento e alla pioggia, senza contare i due medicane che abbiamo avuto nel 2023 e la pioggia di cenere dell’Etna. L’ombrellone verrà sostituito ma per il 2024, perché questi sono gli ultimi giorni che lo useremo, poi verrà riposto perché non ne avremo necessità. Per quanto riguarda la sua insufficienza a dare ombra a tutti i tavoli, avrà notato che il sole al mattino è ancora basso sull’orizzonte, dunque anche un ombrellone più grande (il nostro è 5 metri x 4 e copre tutta la zona tavoli) non servirebbe a ombreggiare tutti e 5 i tavoli. Purtroppo non possiamo far nulla per cambiare il moto di rotazione della terra. Le sedie hanno un’anima di ferro e quindi, sì, sotto la copertura bianca si intravede un po’ di ruggine, complimenti per lo spirito di osservazione. I tavoli invece sono di legno. Ma veniamo alla camera. Confermo che ha trovato della muffa sul silicone bianco e intorno allo scarico, distrazione che non dovrebbe mai accadere e di questo mi sono scusata più e più volte. Sono venuta subito in camera per porvi rimedio (peli non ce n’erano), le ho lasciato dei prodotti del territorio in omaggio e le ho offerto una bottiglia di vino, sempre per scusarci dell’ orribile inconveniente. Per quanto riguarda il bidet, le ho spiegato proprio sabato sera che non lo possiamo inserire per una pura e semplice questione di spazio: non ci sta. Sarebbe bastato dare uno sguardo veloce al nostro sito per trovare anche questa informazione. Lei si è detta però soddisfatta comunque del soggiorno ieri al check out, anche se dalla recensione non traspare, persino la posizione centralissima non è riuscita ad ottenere più della sufficienza. Ritengo che per chi lavora tanto tutti i giorni senza sosta un errore ci può stare. La cura per i miei Ospiti invece la esprimo facendo trovare prodotti di qualità, persino uno struccante bio al 98%, consigli sulle spiagge, ristoranti, intrattenimento, racchiusi in un opuscolo scritto da me e portabile ovunque, mascherine per dormire, capsule di caffè in quantità e sempre omaggio, una selezione varia di tè e tisane, libri da leggere e da portare con sè al rientro, oltre ad un’abbondante colazione dove, anche lei che soffre di molte allergie, ha potuto rifocillarsi. E un sorriso sempre per tutti.

Rarely have I found myself in a better located facility. I say this based on years of experience, having to rely on about forty hotels over the course of twelve months. My room was clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. The breakfast was varied, fresh, genuine, and abundant. Very much appreciated the mini-guide to exploring the surrounding area and local venues. We spent two nights in this wonderful structure. Our room overlooked the square of Marzamemi, what an emotion. The room is very nice; the bathroom is small but functional, the shower needs to be rearranged, it's damaged and peeling, it doesn't match the rest, a pity. Breakfast on the terrace is fantastic and Giada is very kind and attentive to customers' wishes (she prepared two very good gluten-free cakes for us).

I stayed in August 2023 at this property, which stands out for its unique location: the Regina Margherita B&B is actually the old post office of the small village of Marzamemi, skillfully renovated and overlooking directly the main square of the town, so we fully experienced the marvel of the little square. The owner Giada is a special host: kind, always attentive to our needs, excellent breakfast served on the terrace of the Regina Margherita B&B, almost entirely homemade by her. The terrace is always available for guests and from there you can admire the landscape over the village and the sea. Great experience that I would definitely repeat.

Marzamemi does not need comments as those who know it are aware that it is a charming village. It's a pity that part of the ancient tuna fishery is still a ruin. Regina Margherita B&B is excellent, in an exceptional location, well maintained, very clean, and well taken care of. The soundproofing is adequate. The owners, especially the owner, were very kind and friendly, generous with advice and directions. The breakfast is absolutely excellent and varied on the terrace that literally takes your breath away with its position. A small observation: perhaps the bathroom could use a little freshening up and some aesthetic maintenance (however, of small extent and that do not detract from the overall excellent picture). Thank you! We hope to return soon.

I came back for the second time, always very nice. Some flaws: there is no bidet and the shower head didn't work, the TV signal was very bad, the bed was moving. The bathroom ceiling all ruined with humidity, it begins to need some small restorations.

Cara Annita, che non abbiamo il bidè per motivi di spazio direi che fosse un'informazione già in suo possesso, come dice lei, aveva già soggiornato da noi. Il doccino funziona, occorre semplicemente girare la farfallina dell'acqua su on. Se, nelle ben quattro mattinate in cui ha fatto colazione in terrazza con me, avesse condiviso questa difficoltà avrei avuto modo di spiegarglielo. Come avrei potuto risolverle il problema della TV, a volte succede che con il vento l'antenna di sposti e occorre semplicemente fare una sintonizzazione manuale. Invece ha preferito non dir nulla, salutarmi tutte le mattine e fare alla fine una recensione. Non capirò mai l'utilità del soggiornare in modo non soddisfacente piuttosto che dire che c'è un problema. I suoi vicini della camera 1 hanno avuto un problema con l'aria condizionata appena arrivati. MI hanno chiamata per farmelo presente e la mattina dopo c'era già il tecnico ad installare un nuovo condizionatore. Le cose si rompono, a volte non funzionano come dovrebbero o non si sa bene come farle funzionare. Se ho l'occasione di provare ad aggiustarle o a sistemarle, lo faccio, sono qui apposta.

The structure is in an excellent location, the room is very beautiful and suitable, in my opinion, for short stays, as there is no wardrobe, only a hanger in the center of the room. Furthermore, the terrace where breakfast is served offers a spectacular view. The friendly lady who manages the Regina Margherita B&B is very kind and helpful. The room, on the upper floor, is only reachable by stairs; to reach the terrace where breakfast is served, you have to climb another flight of stairs.

Il suo feedback mi spiazza un pochino in quanto rileggendo tutte le recensioni passate sinceramente non riscontro quello che lei ha descritto ma capisco che non sempre si può piacere a tutti. Certo che se cercava drappi o altri orpelli in camera, da noi non ci sono. Le nostre camere sono moderne e minimal esattamente come descritte dalle fotografie che probabilmente non avrà visto nella scelta dell’hotel, ma non direi proprio da ostello (le motivazioni può leggerle sul nostro sito). In tutte le camere c'è il bollitore con caffè solubile, panna, tè e tisane, due litri di acqua, naturale e frizzante, tutto in omaggio. Nei bagni usiamo prodotti di alta qualità (sapone liquido, doccia schiuma e shampoo) al profumo di Neroli in flaconi da mezzo litro. Curiamo molto bene il buffet, come descritto da tutti, e facciamo controlli molto approfonditi sulla qualità della materia prima. Utilizziamo una delle migliori macchine e caffè artigianale e latte di qualità, e l’Ospite può avere tutti i caffè e cappuccini che desidera. Concludo esprimendo la mia delusione nel riscontrare a volte l’incapacità di esprimere queste parole, che ha scritto, al momento del check-out quando chiediamo ai nostri Ospiti se il soggiorno è stato di loro gradimento, così da poter aver un dialogo tra due persone e ragionare insieme su eventuali criticità. Ricordo benissimo di aver chiacchierato con lei un buon quarto d'ora, di occasioni ne avrebbe avute. In ogni caso la ringrazio per il suo feedback.

Amazing experience. Expectations in line with what was indicated on the website which illustrated the structure well. Rooms not very large but comfortable overall. The added value is given by the panoramic terrace, the location, and the welcome. Excellent breakfast with homemade products and excellent aperitif that we asked to have on the terrace with local products and wines. Essential and economical furnishings, just like the bathroom. In the morning you wake up at dawn because there are no shutters but a simple curtain. I chose the structure for breakfast: beautiful, on the panoramic terrace, good and plentiful, with a nice buffet. I would come back for this. Actually, the very central location is a drawback because you can't park. The village is so small that you can walk a little to be more comfortable.

Gentile Mariantonietta, grazie di avermi fatto sorridere stamattina. Felice che ci abbia scelti per l’abbondante colazione. Di conseguenza, il rapporto qualità prezzo non dovrebbe essere calcolato sul costo del comodino, ma sulla qualità di materasso, quattro guanciali anallergici, servizi offerti, linea di cortesia di qualità, acqua gratuita, terrazza sempre a disposizione, colazione abbondante con prodotti di qualità, tutto fatto in casa. Marzamemi è un antico borgo del 1700 sul livello del mare. Noi ci troviamo nella piazza principale del centro storico, dunque come non troverà un parcheggio in piazza Duomo a Milano, non lo troverà neanche qui, e aggiungo PER FORTUNA. Se aver parcheggiato a 150 metri è stato un disagio per voi, forse il problema è stato al momento della scelta, stessa cosa per gli scuri mancanti, vincolo della sovrintendenza (informazione segnalata bene sul sito proprio per evitare che gli Ospiti non abbiano un soggiorno confortevole). Marzamemi è una bomboniera, e ci impegniamo a mantenerla tale anche evitando che le automobili accedano al centro storico. Grazie di averci dedicato il suo tempo Giada & Edoardo

Good and warm welcome. Structure lacking in some services (missing bidet) with sufficient shower but, presumably, more due to the stinginess of the owners than to the manager's desire to modernize (but a wardrobe can always be bought because it does not require construction work or authorization permits). Honest and efficient management, just what one expects to find. We will return.

Very central location of the property with a beautiful terrace available for customers, panoramic and right in front of the restaurants. Essential but extremely clean and comfortable room. An added value is the courtesy and availability of Giada (the owner), who also gave us many tips on the local attractions. Absolutely recommended.

Gentile Giovanni, la ringrazio per le sue note positive, in questo periodo così complicato fanno solo piacere. Mi dispiace che non abbia apprezzato del tutto il nostro buffet della colazione, immagino che molta responsabilità lo abbia il caffè, che certo non si avvicina alla cremosi e dolcezza di quello campano:) Mi dispiace anche che non sia del tutto soddisfatto del rapporto qualità prezzo, perché in effetti le ho fatto un piccolo sconto di 10€, visto che a colazione non aveva assaggiato praticamente nulla, pensando di farle cosa gradita, né le ho addebitato la penale prevista per chi non rispetta il divieto di non fumare nelle camere, a copertura delle spese di lavanderia per il lavaggio dei tendaggi. Vi ringraziamo di essere stati nostri Ospiti. Giada & Edoardo.

Location super! Affacciata alla suggestiva piazzetta di Marzamemi. Giada e Leonardo sono molto gentili ed ospitali. Camere spaziose e molto pulite. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Punto forte: la colazione in terrazza con ogni ben di dio. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

Un B&B proprio in centro al paese, nella famosa piazzetta. Accoglienza ottima, titolare disponibilissima, ottima colazione con dolci e torte fatte in casa con vista mare e piazzetta!Camere ben curate con qualche chicca, vedi arredamento e libretto sul paesino!

Posizione invidiabile, stanze comode e pulite, gestione eccellente, colazione ricca e attenta anche alle intolleranze (cosa ancora troppo rara). Insomma, assolutamente consigliato! Il Bed and Breakfast Regina Margherita è perfetto: gestori di grande disponibilità e gentilezza, disposti a darci consigli ed indicazioni e ad aiutarci, struttura molto carina e decorata, veramente centralissima con una terrazza che è il suo grande punto forte, direttamente sulla piazza principale e carinissima. Colazione abbondante e di qualità con ampia scelta, consigliatissimo sotto tutti i punti di vista!

La posizione è bellissima, proprio affacciata sulla zona pedonale e piazzetta di marzamemi. L'arredamento è moderno, essenziale e molto curato. Tutto rigorasamente bianco. Gli spazi per la suite presa sono molto giusti. Ampie vetrate scorrevoli con tende doppie danno la possibilità di luce e ombra a seconda delle esigenze. L'alba sulla terrazza è fantastica, così come anche la colazione guardando il mare da una parte e la piazzetta dall'altra. Torte, frutta, biscotti e dolci, yogurt e marmellate per una colazione self made man. Ampie vetrate scorrevoli con tende doppie danno la possibilità di luce e ombra a seconda delle esigenze.
