The host only speaks Italian, no other languages, very difficult communication.

The room was perfect. It was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything. There are beautiful furnishings and a small refrigerator. The location is good as it's near the sea, but it can be a bit noisy outside. No problem for me though. The only issue was when I arrived there was no one there to let me in and no way to contact the host. The host had called to ask my arrival time, which I provided. Another person arrived after I had waited 30 minutes and called someone who came to let him in. I was standing there and he never even greeted or asked me if I needed to check-in also. I wasn't sure if he was the host or a friend of the other people. That was weird, but summed up the entire town. It doesn't seem to be open to different kinds of foreigners. Other than that, the room is absolutely worth it once you can get someone to let you in. It was such a lovely room that I stayed inside a couple days as it was so comfortable inside.

It is our favorite place to rent every time we go to Sicily, very good position, very clean, nice restaurants around and an amazing host. Highly recommended.

The B&B House Orlando was a real discovery and is right in the center of Sferracavallo. It is in a perfect location within easy walking distance of the sea, the restaurants, and the shops of the town. The room is a good size and big enough for the kitchenette area, a table and chairs, a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers, an ensuite shower room, and a very comfortable bed too. In short, you have everything you need for a comfortable, self-catering stay. In the room, there is a very efficient air conditioning unit. Along the corridor, guests have access to a large open (to the sides) terrace with tables and chairs. My host Pietro was very friendly and helpful, and I had a great time.

Fairly easy to access by metro from the airport in 20 minutes. Close to tourist activities in the small seaside village. \nThe ground floor room directly faces the road, no privacy.

Perfect! The House has been renovated with great taste, the whole place is very clean and the hosts are lovely and friendly. Located 2 steps from the port and the center, between mountain and sea.

The small apartment had everything one needs: a bed, a sofa, a television, and a functioning kitchen. Everything was very clean, fresh towels were available. In case of a problem with the stove, the owner was immediately present. Communication is only possible in Italian, but with Google Translator there is no problem. The biggest negative point was the location: a lot of garbage on the streets and the buses to Palermo only run partially regularly. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi did not work. Overall, for the super cheap price, it is a very good accommodation.

It is in a good location near the sea, but in the harbor area, there are no beaches, and parking is difficult due to the many cars. The cleanliness is quite good, a bit of dirt. For sleeping, taking a shower, and going out to explore by car is a good option.

A delightful place, just a few steps from the beach! Clean rooms and welcoming owners. Perfect for those seeking relaxation without giving up convenience. I will return.

The property is incomplete and the disorder in the common areas, with stacked tables and items left everywhere, is not ideal. The suite is nice (spa suite), but at check-in no one explained anything to us, neither how the hot tub worked nor the sauna, which even had its plug disconnected. I sent a message to ask for details about the internet connection and I was called back after two days to ask how I would pay for the room. The cleaning scheduled every other day was never carried out; as a result the linens were never changed and clean towels would have been sufficient. Finally, on the very large and spacious terrace it would be useful to have at least a table and two chairs to sit outside.

The guys were very kind right from the start in answering my questions and helping me book as it was my first time doing it online. The place is stunning, everything is perfect, cleanliness is excellent. It is located near the sea where you can go for breakfast, lunch, dinner and there is also a butcher nearby, as well as a small supermarket and bakery. Surely, as soon as we want to return to Palermo, we will call them and go back there. Because I've never seen such a beautiful and clean place.

Good evening, I stayed at this bed and breakfast last month and I was satisfied because it was the structure on the upper floor. Unfortunately, this time only room number 3 was available, which is located on the ground floor or rather in the basement. It is completely malodorous due to the presence of a lot of humidity on the walls. This made it really difficult for me to sleep during the three nights because the smell was really very strong, not to mention that the dehumidifier function was not working. I asked for help from the manager of the property but he did not respond to me at all or offer help. In addition, upon my arrival, I found the window open without a screen, which could have allowed animals to enter without any problem. I believe that a room in those conditions should not be used until it is put in a valid condition. Until next time.

Almost everything is okay, some plumbing discomfort in the bathroom (usable faucets but needing repair) that I did not expect since the property has been renovated. Great location in relation to the Delizia pastry shop!

The location is central, very close to all shops and restaurants. Excellent cleanliness. The room and bathroom are very pleasant. The only thing is that in our room (n.5) the wifi connection did not work.

The structure was chosen for its proximity to the airport. The various dining activities just a few meters from the structure were interesting and very appreciated. Unfortunately, due to an early morning departure, we could not use the breakfast service. For this reason, the rating was halfway between the two poles of choice.

The furniture was dilapidated, the handles of the furniture were coming off, the toilet seat was broken, the rooms were dirty and full of humidity. The shower box was broken and fixed in a very artisanal and approximate way. The host was kind before the booking, but upon our arrival, he did not even respond to our greeting. The philosophy of these individuals is maximum profit with minimum effort. Terrible experience.

Apartment number 3 is in fair condition. I recommend improving the bathroom in all aspects concerning the accessories and eliminating the gas cylinder to give anyone the opportunity to cook. The parking is not assigned, which is another drawback, but in that area it is almost impossible to find one.

I spent a weekend in a very comfortable room, very clean and attention to detail! The owner was very kind, friendly, and very professional. Strategic location, a stone's throw from the sea, public transport, the train station, and the square of Sferracavallo full of restaurants. I highly recommend the stay.

I don't think there is a better location for those who want to enjoy both Palermo city and the sea and its village. For those without a car, the room is fifteen minutes away from the station where you can take the train to go to the city center and from which you can directly arrive from the airport. Clean and pleasant room, excellent management! Thank you Davide!

The apartment was clean, the kitchen was well equipped. Too bad for the constant smell of fried food on the stairs, but unfortunately it comes from the premises below the structure. In essence, however, excellent apartment.

Newly renovated and modern structure in a strategic location. Supermarket in front of the Bed & Breakfast, very close to the center and the best ice cream parlor in town. Pietro, the manager, is very helpful and delightful. We had a problem at the airport with the car pickup and he came to pick us up with his car, and the next morning he took us back to the airport for the rental car pickup. Highly recommended.

Close to the sea but our room was in a bad position with street noises, from a boiler not ours that would turn on and make noise. Flush not working properly. Disgusting shower, makeshift furniture. Creaky loft. Comfortable mattress but acrylic sheets and duvet.

Perfect location, close to the sea of Sferracavallo and convenient to reach the center of Palermo. New and well-furnished rooms. I suggest increasing the light of the apartment because in my opinion it is not sufficient, especially in the bathroom.

Two inconveniences regarding the reservation: expected room with balcony, instead there was a window overlooking the inner courtyard; cash payment requested.

Host present and available.

The studio I stayed in is comfortable for two people; for larger numbers, I consider it inadequate. The structure is well positioned in relation to the area's attractions and services. The room is located in a lofted basement, and the air quality in the environment is affected. The furniture can be improved, but there is everything you need. The interior finishes are cute and refined; the bathroom, perhaps a bit narrow, doesn't get fresh air; it would need at least an extractor. The cleaning is done with the right attention; the owner was precise. The value for money, compared to what you see around, seems good to me.

Excellent location, half an hour from the center of Palermo and close to the sea. Finding parking was a challenge but with patience it can be found. Welcoming environment like the host who immediately changed our room after a problem with the bed frame. Excellent availability. The only small flaw, if we really have to find some little defects, is the cleanliness of the floor, dusty and with some hair around. Otherwise, everything is excellent.

Perfect location, nice apartment. But I was disappointed. TV not working and on the second day we had rainwater in the room, surely a problem caused by the renovation but it partly ruined our stay as we had to pass the mop several times and water kept coming into the room. Lack of Wi-Fi. It would have also been nice to offer us a room change once the problem was identified.

Very central location, excellent cleanliness, lively friendliness from the manager. For the extra charge requested, the breakfast did not compare well with what was offered by other places we visited.

The structure is composed of 8 rooms and is located a stone's throw from the center of Sferracavallo, in Palermo. Extremely helpful and courteous manager, provided us with all the information to make our stay very pleasant. We had breakfast in the local bars without any problem... everything and more! Sferracavallo is a seaside village that deserves more care, with a beautiful landscape view... perhaps a bit chaotic... for being July!

Beautiful apartment in House Orlando, recently renovated structure with taste and attention to style and design. A few more details would have been a plus (more attention to quality and quantity of dishes and bedding for the sofa bed, maybe a small table and two chairs or poufs on the terrace), all things not essential but that would certainly help make a place already very beautiful truly special. The owner is extremely helpful and very courteous, the whirlpool tub with chromotherapy a treat for guests, the exceptional rotisserie below the house (il Buongustaio) a very welcome surprise! Highly recommended, also for the location a stone's throw from the sea and the center. Well done!

In the month of June I found myself staying at House Orlando. Very clean rooms, complete with every service; very helpful staff at all times; located very close to the main square of Sferracavallo, reachable on foot in a few minutes. I highly recommend it.

I was too satisfied. Upon entering, you can immediately smell the cleanliness. The cleanliness really deserves a good 10. The B&B is located in Sferracavallo in a truly quiet spot, I didn't hear any noise. Maximum privacy! All the comforts (fridge complete with freezer, air conditioning, TV, very elegant bathroom with Jacuzzi with changing color light to create a truly romantic atmosphere. Elegant style! Owners really kind, I felt too comfortable! I will be back soon! I fell in love with it! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I am from Palermo but I found myself needing to unplug from the routine and daily life, the B&B House Orlando turned out to be the perfect structure for my getaway. Located in Sferracavallo, a stone's throw from seaside resorts like Mondello and Isola delle Femmine, it allowed me to enjoy some relaxation and eat good food just a few steps away while staying in my own city. Modern and well-designed location that allows you to fully enjoy the comfort and all the services that the structure offers, kind and helpful staff not to mention the owner, very friendly and easy-going. I absolutely recommend it.

Sferracavallo is a small hamlet by the sea offering beauty and tranquility. Davide's B&B is located near the central square and has a very cute style. It is very comfortable and everything was perfect, from cleanliness to breakfast. In a few minutes, taking a nice walk among elegant villas and nature, you can reach Barcarello, from where you can admire the Isola delle Femmine and a splendid sunset along the promenade. From Barcarello, you can access the Capo Gallo Nature Reserve, characterized by the coexistence of marine and mountain landscapes. Returning to the B&B, Davide's friendliness and availability, along with all the features of the B&B, contributed to making our stay incredible. Thank you very much for everything and see you soon!

We stayed at this B&B in August for three nights. It's not just a room, but a real apartment with a double bed on the first floor, kitchen and bathroom, and a loft with three more beds. We didn't use the kitchen except for the fridge. Very close to the center of Sferracavallo and the harbor area with seafood restaurants, so very convenient. Breakfast was paid at the nearby bar (two minutes walk). Friendly and helpful owner. Recommended.

The rooms are like mini apartments, equipped with all the comforts, newly furnished with taste and a useful kitchenette. The structure is a stone's throw from the sea and the fantastic natural reserve of Capo Gallo; it is also close to the main square and the venues in Sferracavallo. However, for visiting Palermo, I recommend using a car. Davide is an excellent person, always ready for a discussion and attentive to my needs, making sure my vacation went well. We stayed at the B&B House Orlando last weekend. The owner is a very kind, welcoming and professional young man, ready to break free from established patterns, if this can help the guest. We asked for a double room, but we were probably accommodated in a triple or quadruple room, judging by the spaces and the comfort it provided. It is a new and well-furnished structure, with an excellent location compared to the harbor of Sferracavallo (PA), renowned in Sicily as a place of culinary delight. Excellent value for money. The stay was fully satisfying and I believe I will use this structure as a base for other trips to Palermo and surroundings.
