It is impeccably located, on a street with a lot of life in the city, but quiet if the window is closed. Its decoration is beautiful and original, with all the furniture that belonged to different works of the Teatro Massimo (which is a few meters from the accommodation). The staff is super friendly and helpful. The family room is huge, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom is the same, although I would suggest putting some kind of shelf in the shower where one can place the shampoo and soap, as for an elderly person it is uncomfortable to have to bend down to leave them on the floor and it can be dangerous. For everything else, only positive things to say. The breakfast is very good (exquisite ricotta cake and juices!), and it is served both on a beautiful terrace and in the living room, which is also lovely. I suggest not choosing it in case of having reduced mobility as it is all by stairs, and to consider it also if you have a lot of luggage.

The girls have always been available from check-in to check-out. Perfect location to get around Palermo, although being in the center, you can enjoy a tranquility inside the structure. I recommend!

Great facility in a strategic location in the heart of Palermo; well managed, well maintained, and clean, with a customer focus from the always very friendly staff that I never take for granted. Having gluten intolerance issues, I don't always see such generous collaborations regarding my "problem" when it comes to breakfast. Recommended!

We stayed for two nights to celebrate New Year's Eve in this lovely and comfortable B&B and we had a great time. Cozy, clean, the girls were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, the tables outside were pleasant! A strategic point in the heart of Palermo.

A very strategic location in the city center. We could not have asked for anything better. The room was large, although it was a little noisy since we arrived on the weekend, but after midnight the nightlife quiets down and we sleep very well. The breakfast was decent. Viviana was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend it.

Very positive experience. Viviana welcomes you and advises you on everything. Clean room, good and varied breakfast; light for my daughter with yogurt, cereals and fresh fruit every morning and sweet for me among croissants and baked cassata. It is a gem in the center of Palermo. Highly recommended this B&B.

The structure is located in the historic center and yet no noises are heard from outside. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The breakfast is what you expect from a bed and breakfast. I recommend this structure to anyone looking to spend a vacation in Palermo.

Strategic location. On foot you can reach everything and well supplied with public and private transport constantly passing by. The owner and staff of Cialoma B&B are helpful, efficient, professional but also very nice. The breakfast is simple but complete and essential, also because you will find everything else on the streets of Palermo. I recommend it.

Structure in an optimal, very central location and easy to reach. Friendly welcome from the manager. Cleaning service needs improvement, we found a lot of dust in the wardrobe and in the room in general, and the breakfast was quite basic for being in Palermo. All in all, still acceptable.

Location above expectations. The building is located right in the center, just a few meters from the very central via Maqueda and in front of the Teatro Massimo with all services within reach. Excellent service as well as cleanliness and breakfast (sweet/savory). A special mention to Viviana and to Mr. Marco who were very friendly and welcoming. I hope to go back soon.
