Amazing clean place with all the amenities you might need including AC, clean bathroom, and fridge. Central location with easy access to local bus and trains so you can get to the 3 markets, Mondello beach, or city center. Once you're in Palermo, you'll realize that this will be really really convenient. The location is also close to grocery stores and local restaurants. The host was amazing as well, thank you for hosting us! They allowed us to store our luggage before check-in so we can see the city. Only downside I can say about the property was that the wifi is a bit spotty, but in this day and age, just get a sim card and you're set.

Very good address in the residential district of Palermo, located a 15-minute walk from the historic center and a few hundred meters from lively bars and restaurants. The owners give excellent advice on the city and remain attentive to the requests of their visitors. I highly recommend!

Apartment in an old building in a convenient location if you like walking: 10-15 minutes on foot to reach the city center. The rooms are furnished in a minimalist style and look less attractive in person than in the excellent photos. The value for money is excellent. The check-in and check-out are excellently organized, fully automated without meeting anyone. Everything was clean, although the old feel does not make the cleanliness obvious. Convenient if you do not need to spend much time inside. Our trip was such that we only used the rooms for sleeping, so it worked perfectly. The breakfast is disappointing because, with everything Sicily has to offer, it would not take much imagination to do better than supermarket biscuits and snack cakes.

Il nostro è un palazzo storico: manteniamo volutamente uno stile semplice e funzionale; comprendiamo però che la “patina d’epoca” possa far percepire meno la pulizia, anche quando è curata ogni giorno. Sulla colazione: capiamo il desiderio di trovare prodotti “fatti in casa”, ma nei B&B siciliani la normativa prevede che non si possano effettuare preparazioni domestiche per gli ospiti. La colazione deve quindi basarsi su prodotti confezionati e/o provenienti da filiere autorizzate, senza manipolazioni in loco. Per questo motivo proponiamo un assortimento di monoporzioni selezionate; stiamo comunque ampliando la scelta con tipicità locali confezionate e opzioni senza zuccheri/integrazione salata. Per chi desidera un’esperienza più “artigianale”, siamo lieti di consigliare pasticcerie e bar vicinissimi. Speriamo di rivederti presto: sarà un piacere accoglierti di nuovo e farti trovare un ventaglio colazione ancora più vario.

The property is located in an old building, very beautiful both on the outside and inside. The room was spacious and clean. The host was very kind and helpful, he assisted us at various times. The only drawback was the breakfast, a bit scarce and prepackaged. Overall, highly recommended!

Good BNB in a historic building. The soundproofing of the rooms is very, very poor. From 6 in the morning onwards, strange noises can be heard coming from the stairs.

We had a good time, everything is automatic and very comfortable. Although the bathroom is outside the room, the stay was functional. The room is well-kept and equipped with air conditioning. The breakfast room is very well-equipped; it is obvious that most of the products are packaged. All useful information is provided for accessing the facility and visiting the city.

We were welcomed by Turi, a very kind, friendly, and easygoing person. The property is located in the center and allows you to reach Via Libertà immediately, the central hub of the city. Quiet and peaceful environment and easy to find. I will definitely consider it again for another stay in the city!

Great and central location. Very chaotic neighborhood in the morning (I think there is a school). Breakfast, even due to Covid, did not exist... perhaps it should be taken care of better.

Super convenient location of the property! The center can also be reached on foot, nearby stations, supermarket downstairs, a variety of restaurants... in short! About the location, really nothing to complain about! Turi, the guy at the reception, was very friendly and professional. The only flaw: I would absolutely change the colors of the rooms and the bathroom, perhaps a bit too invasive and create a dark and cold atmosphere... At the entrance, I would improve by giving a little air freshener because there was a very unpleasant smell of smoke. In case I had to return to Palermo, I think I would definitely return to this property! Positive experience.

My evaluation is more than positive. Central location, spacious and welcoming rooms, but most of all the courtesy and availability of the owner, who welcomed me late at night without any problem. So I highly recommend this property for anyone staying in Palermo.

B&B not far from the city center of Palermo, excellent structure and friendly and helpful managers. Room and bathroom comfortable and clean. Definitely more than excellent the value for money and some services offered, such as the free water jug. Absolutely recommended!
