Gardenia Rooms

The Gardenia Rooms was very convenient because well located close to the city center of Cagliari, as well close to the train station to go easily to the airport, and the street is free of charge for parking if you drive. Instructions given for self check in were very clear and smooth. Good value/price for this flat where you share the bathroom with 2 other rooms, but everything is very clean. Thanks for the stay.

Great place for a short stay in the city, in a very convenient location for driving and with the possibility of finding parking very close. The room we stayed in was spacious and quiet. The shared bathroom was always clean and very large. Corso Vittorio Emanuele is easily reachable by foot.

Residential area, not very close to the center. The room was furnished with new furniture and was clean. Packaged and poor breakfast.

Calm and elegant neighborhood, not too far from the historic center. Regular structure and room as well. Everything is functioning, electronic key device to enter, quick communication with the manager. If I wanted to nitpick, the structure lacks a bit of personality and the fact that I never meet the manager but do everything through an app I generally find to be a cold trend.

Positive experience, brief stay, just one night for work. Precise and reliable manager, clean and comfortable room, close to the station and with an excellent value for money.

Clean and organized place, beautiful and spacious room, the lady was really kind.

We stayed at the bed and breakfast for one night to be able to get to the airport early, which is located about 10 minutes from where we stayed. To avoid leaving early from where we live, we decided at the last moment to book in this bed and breakfast two hours before arrival. Even though the check-in was closed for the time we were arriving, they allowed us to book anyway. What can I say, they were super kind, they explained to us what to do as soon as we arrived through photos on WhatsApp, because it was late and check-in closed at 9 pm. We thank them very much because it's not easy to find a place that allows booking in such a short time. Thanks to them, we avoided a very long trip and found a place to sleep at a great price in a short time. We booked a triple room with a shared bathroom, excellent cleanliness, and comfortable beds. Thank you thank you thank you.

Excellent structure, very friendly staff, in the city center.

The structure deserves an excellent review, because it is central, the management is very kind and helpful, attentive and makes you feel good. The room is clean, nothing is missing and the breakfast is sufficient to start the day well. To recommend and we will return.

The owner is very kind, the apartment is new, the breakfast is abundant, clean, the room is spacious with a panoramic veranda, the only flaw is the shared bathroom.

Modern and well-organized structure, the owner super helpful, very close to the necropolis of Tuvixeddu, centrally located and well served.

A truly special place, spacious and bright rooms, a completely renovated structure with modern furnishings and fantastic colors, it also has a large terrace where you can spend relaxing moments with a beautiful view.

Small structure but nothing to envy to larger and apparently more structured places. Very clean place, friendly staff but at the same time very professional, I felt like family rather than a guest I will definitely come back because the location is also strategic and you can reach every part of the city in a short time, moderate prices.

The room at Gardenia Rooms is very tidy, fresh, efficiently furnished, not too expensive, and the surroundings are very quiet (unless the neighbor is watching TV). The B&B is located outside the city center, on a hill. It's a 25-minute walk with luggage. Probably not a problem for young people. There is a bus nearby. In the apartment, there are three rooms, a shared bathroom that is cleaned regularly. There is absolutely nothing provided to make a cup of tea or open a bottle. No cutlery, but I have noticed this in several Sardinian B&Bs. It's a shame that this service is not available. Only one chair in the room. No terrace or balcony. But overall, it's fine.
