My girlfriend and I stayed at this property during the Barter Week, a week where the locations and the people you meet become a surprise for both the hosts and the travelers. Well, we were enchanted by the surprise that was reserved for us: a place immersed in the lush Piedmontese greenery filled with peace and infinite kindness. The interior of the structure feels like home, it is clean and has everything necessary without exaggerating anything. The location is beautiful if you love tranquility and at the same time convenient if you have a vehicle to move around and visit nearby cities like Turin. Mrs. Franca and her daughter never made us miss anything: punctual and professional, but with a sweetness in the way they approach new arrivals that is unique, so much so that during these two days we almost felt like adopted grandchildren. Wonderful! That said, we sincerely thank Mrs. Franca for her kindness and hospitality, recommending everyone to stop by this little corner of peace that will surely stay with you, as it did with us.

I work as a concert pianist, so I have seen all kinds of hotels and bed and breakfasts. Believe me that at the bed and breakfast Cascina Paraccia in Villarbasse (TO) you will find not only a warm welcome, silence that we no longer know, absolute cleanliness, a comfortable bed, and the satisfaction of your particular needs like in my case, a breathtaking view at 360 degrees, a table with snacks and various teas to prepare at your leisure in the living room. But you will also find something I appreciated even more: genuine people with a big heart. You will feel in Italy as it once was, and you will believe in humanity again if you have lost trust like me. I recommend that you do not miss the feeling of peace when you sit on the swing in the panoramic point of the garden and meditate while gazing at the green mountains in front of you. Also, take a regenerating walk in the beautiful and safe private forest of the bed and breakfast. I can't wait to have an opportunity to return.

My stay at Cascina Paraccia lasted about 8 months. It is a place completely immersed in nature, suitable for those looking for a quiet space to stay for a few days or long periods. Around the structure, you can admire the small village of Sangano, the sunrise and sunset while looking at the beautiful Alps, pamper yourself with the rocking chair in the courtyard, and take long walks, also visiting the village of Villarbasse. If you love small villages, I recommend it.\n\nThe apartment is divided into two rooms, each with its own bathroom, while the living room is a shared space. Being a Guest House, those who decide to stay here will have all the comforts available: abundant breakfast with homemade products, weekly cleaning, brochures to understand what to visit, WiFi, etc. However, it is important to keep in mind cooperation. It is not a place like hotels, but an apartment where you can decide whether to share it with other people, or have an exclusive accommodation just for you. In both cases, it is important to respect everyone's needs and also respect the place hosting you. \n\nThe key words describing this place are: cordiality, kindness, and availability, qualities that all the people living in Cascina possess. During my stay, I met several people who stayed in Cascina for a few days and the cultural and personal exchange was something exceptional. \n\nFor any doubts or problems, Franca is always available. Never hesitate to ask for help. Everyone is willing to help you. I truly thank all the people living in Cascina from the bottom of my heart. I was treated like a niece and a daughter. I will never forget your affection.

A pleasant stay in an environment surrounded by nature even though close to the city. It is noticed that the property is managed with passion by the owner and with extreme respect and attention to the environment, so much so that it has received recognition from Legambiente. I appreciated the recent improvements to the bathrooms and also the presence of an internet connection.
