The breakfast includes coffee, cappuccino or tea, as well as bread with butter and jam, along with snacks and fruit juice. Sometimes we can also offer bread made with our stone-ground organic flour. Upon request, we provide a breakfast basket to our guests in the apartments. The basket includes milk, bread or biscuits, jam, and the necessary supplies to make coffee and tea.

The welcome is nice and frankly up to expectations: reception, friendliness, cleanliness of the rooms and sanitary facilities. Moreover, it is a very accessible place for the cyclist that I am. In two words, I highly recommend it.

Good morning, it is with regret that I must say that this was the most traumatic and dismal experience I have ever had. The photos and the description of the environments do not correspond to reality. The suite cannot really be called that, it does not meet the standards, it is dirty, full of dust and cobwebs. The stairs to access it are not up to code, it feels like climbing into the barn where Heidi used to sleep. The rudeness and bullying of the owner surpass every level. It is absurd, I lived a nightmare. I will not add anything else, but I ask you to verify the structures you promote to avoid these terrible experiences. Finally, there is a total disproportion between quality and price. In the end, she demanded the money even though we decided not to stay, and I tried to negotiate the price amicably. Result? She snatched the money from my hands and left, after following us to the car. Deplorable behavior. I almost forgot, it is not a farmhouse, it does not meet the standards. At most, it can be defined as a dismal bed and breakfast.

Very unique location, surreal atmosphere that evokes images and suggestions of other times. Large and comfortable rooms, old-fashioned style but functional, reminiscent of an era when life was simple and genuine, albeit very hard. Courtyard with a very colorful garden where the spontaneity of the vegetation welcomes with a smile. Suitable for dreamers, pilgrims, travelers, those who love silence and privacy. Not suitable for those who don't know what real countryside is, those who can't adapt, those who expect to find the comforts of contemporary life as if in a luxury hotel in the city center.

We only stayed one night because we were passing through: chosen for the location (a stone's throw from the highway exit) but a shame not to be able to stay longer. Very nice room, helpful and friendly owner.

We stayed in three (couple and child) plus a giant dog. Right from the email contact, there was maximum availability to welcome us, with the proposal of a small apartment, more comfortable, with the dog in a room. We liked the apartment, simple but complete with everything and with thoughtful and successful aesthetic details. Excellent and well-kept welcome from the owner. If we return to that area, we will return to Agriturismo Olivazzi. Thank you.
