Buongiorno Pierpaolo, la colazione è come indicato sul sito. In frigo trova yogurt latte succhi, acqua, nel box in camera ci sono brioches succhi merendine fette biscottate marmellate e cialde del caffè. Ed in cucina biscotti, altre cialde del caffè e merendine. Noi non offriamo prodotti freschi ma solo cibi imbustati ed in confezione monouso sempre a disposizione anche per una merenda diversamente dalla maggior parte delle altre strutture che dopo l’orario stabilito chiudono a chiave tutto e se ne parla la mattina dopo. Principalmente per una questione igienica, ambientale e per evitare gli sprechi visto che negli anni passati ci siamo trovati nelle condizioni di buttare cibo. Deve sapere che la maggior parte della nostra utenza apprezza questo modo Smart e self service di fare breakfast. Un saluto.

All in all, the room was fine. However, there is a wooden staircase for access to the superior rooms, and it makes a very loud noise when passing by. The water in the refrigerator consists of opened 2-liter bottles for everyone. I'm sorry, but that doesn't exist. I suggest you provide single-use 500 milliliter bottles. But the thing I liked the least was that the manager called us at 9:30 to vacate the room by 10. If he had this urgent need, he could have informed us the day before. After a night out, we returned at..., first the call and then the vacuum cleaner.

Buongiorno sig Nicola, a me pare piuttosto surreale dovermi giustificare se alle 10 del mattino è stato disturbato dal rumore dell’aspirapolvere. Sapeva benissimo che il check out avviene entro le 10 ed io notando che nella sua camera tutto taceva l’ho solo contattata 15 min prima per ricordarglielo ma lei mi ha risposto che avrebbe fatto ritardo e con molta gentilezza gliel’ho accordato. Poi in camera lasciamo un cestino con cose a sua disposizione. Avendo un frigo in comune ed altri ospiti non possiamo sempre controllare che sia tutto immacolato per questo c’è quel breakfast box a sua disposizione! E per finire se avesse tenuto tutte le porte chiuse non avrebbe avvertito rumori. Saluti.

I was misled by the previous reviews. The room was small and basic essentials necessary for a short stay, like shampoo, were not available. The bathroom was located in a basement, all very cramped. The breakfast was very basic and soulless. Family-run establishments are expected to have more passion. The price becomes uneconomical when not matched with quality service and attention.

Buongiorno sig. Marzili , a me dispiace quando devono essere scritte delle cose con l’intenzione di danneggiare o denigrare. È vero lo shampoo non c’era in camera quando è arrivato, ma appena me lo ha fatto notare sono corso a portaglielo! Per quanto riguarda la colazione e la camera lei ha acquistato esattamente ciò che ha letto nella descrizione e nelle foto. Piuttosto ci tengo a precisare che le è stato fatto uno sconto considerevole, ed in più visto le condizioni di sua moglie che non poteva fare le scale l’unica soluzione per voi era la camera a piano terra. E per concludere, non se la prenda con me se non ha potuto pagare con la sua card del reddito di cittadinanza, bastava che me lo diceva prima di prenotare, le avrei risposto che non l’accettavamo. We had a good stay, varied breakfast, the property is a 5-minute walk from both the center and the beach. The only thing was the room, being on the ground floor it was not very bright and didn't get much air but we solved it with the air conditioning.

Very convenient structure for visiting Termoli, located a 5-minute walk from the historic center. Despite being very close to the center, the structure overlooks a very quiet and peaceful street. The surrounding streets allow free parking, but, at least in August, it is not easy to find a free spot. The manager is very kind and provided us with many recommendations on places to visit, restaurants, and attractions in the area.

By chance my fiancée and I stopped at Francesco's to stay for just one night and I must say that the owner is very welcoming, the room clean, even the bathrooms. We will definitely return considering the overall positivity, convenience and freedom to move around on foot on site.

Excellent value for money. The property is very nice, furnished in an appealing way. The environment is welcoming and clean, designed down to the smallest details. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets smelled clean. The staff is friendly and helpful, I highly recommend it also for the abundant and varied breakfast.

I had the pleasure of staying with my two daughters in this lovely bed & breakfast for a few days while visiting some friends in Termoli. Family-friendly and welcoming environment, new and well-furnished structure. Not a huge room, but equipped with every comfort, even a hairdryer and towel warmer were in the bathroom! Comfortable beds! I had the opportunity to keep an eye on my two daughters, whom Francesco, the manager, kindly accommodated in a connecting room with mine. Despite being in the center, the place is quiet and peaceful, and you can walk everywhere to visit the points of interest. Rich breakfast! My daughters were also happy because they were warmly welcomed by the managing brothers. Recommended structure, I will definitely come back. Exceptional value for money.

My husband and I were guests of Francesco for work reasons and our stay turned into a dream vacation. We were greeted with warmth, great professionalism, and above all discretion in a brand new, elegant, modern, and welcoming environment. The room had all the comforts, very comfortable beds, a relaxing and quiet atmosphere. Fantastic location, right in the center and close to the sea. Rich and varied breakfast, I was pleasantly surprised because it felt like being at my own home and I immediately felt comfortable. Easy parking, we will definitely return for the summer holidays.
