Eden Relax

Very nice and comfortable room. Gerardo, our host, is welcoming and friendly. We asked him for a small extra (to drive us to and pick us up from the port of Termoli) and he did it (for a fee, of course). In conclusion, a nice place and nothing to complain about.

We had a very good stay. Gerardo, the host, is friendly, kind and welcoming. The room is clean and equipped with all amenities. The property is new and very beautiful.

Simply nothing to report. Fantastic property and excellent cleanliness. Resort-level bathroom facilities. Value for money 9. But I feel like giving the host a full 10. A helpful and very kind person, and above all Puglian like me 😂😂. Everything perfect.

We had a wonderful stay, welcomed as if in the home of a dear friend. The kindness, the availability, and the many tips and suggestions were invaluable to us, who were exploring that area for the first time. Thanks again, we will return soon.

The host and his wife are very kind and hospitable. The property is very nice and very clean.

Located in an ideal position, close to the beach and a few kilometers from the center of Termoli, the house is beautiful, the rooms are very clean, and the furnishings are modern and comfortable. What we particularly appreciated was the breakfast, rich and abundant with fresh products. Thank you Gerardo, we will definitely return!

Located in a manor house, in a pleasant hilly area and a few kilometers from the sea and from Tremoli. The only flaw: the rooms are located on the semi-basement level, but the rooms are spacious and the bathroom is very comfortable. The host's kindness, availability and cleanliness make you forget any reservations.

Great atmosphere and a helpful host.

Location a few kilometres from the sea. Spotless room, fully equipped with everything, with toiletries from top brands. Excellent breakfast. Extremely comfortable bed. And what to say about Gerardo: a kind, helpful, friendly and discreet host. If I could, I would give 11. Congratulations. We will return and recommend him.

Great hospitality and kindness from Mr. Gerardo. He fulfilled every request we had during the days we stayed. The cleanliness of the property was exceptional, as was the breakfast. A valid and excellent base for staying and relaxing, immersed in tranquility and peace, a short distance from the city center that is easily reachable in a few minutes. We will definitely return!

Clean property in a pleasant setting. Some adjustments needed in the room and bathroom: the bedroom lighting and the bathroom shower. Otherwise, a fresh pastry for breakfast and the property is essentially perfect. Excellent value for money.

Molise seas and mountains, transparent and clean sea, immense and not crowded beaches, climate with a gentle breeze always present, and inside even cooler and to discover!
