Our holiday home is found in a short distance from the sea in a quiet, panoramic setting, in the old city centre nearby Collina. It was a pleasure to spend a night there! I wish I had more time to stay. The owners were very kind and helped me when I cut my finger😂😂. The first aid was done perfectly. Breakfast was good; you have everything you need. The location is good, but it was my mistake to go there without a car🥲. I guess most visitors go there by car, so it is a good base to visit the old town and to travel through quiet valleys. I wish them all the best. Valeria from Ukraine.

The property, renovated with excellent taste while respecting the rustic Marche style, is set in a beautiful garden with views of the spectacular surrounding countryside. Mrs. Nicoletta is very kind and very helpful.

Small misunderstanding with the reservation, but it was handled wonderfully and with the host's utmost availability. Very clean property, quiet and immersed in greenery and at a very short distance from Civitanova and Civitanova Alta. Convenient parking next to the rooms/apartments. Great idea to have a small private area for each room or apartment. Pleasant breakfast with the pastries available. I would return.

Beautiful structure immersed in the countryside. Consequently, it is quiet and relaxing. There are no problems for parking the car and Nicoletta was very kind to anticipate for us the breakfast room time since we had to continue to Poland. If we pass through the area again, we will certainly be based with her.

Beautiful structure immersed in greenery with some things not up to the level of the structure. The bathrooms are microscopic and not functional. The furniture is antique and gives a dusty and poorly cleaned impression. The air conditioner is very noisy. With some restyling, more careful maintenance, and the reopening of the beautiful pool, it can be a top structure. The restrooms must be adequate because they do not work like this.

A titolo informativo comunichiamo che la struttura dispone di 7 appartamenti e 3 camere doppie. La camera in questione ha in effetti un piccolo bagno ma comunque nel rispetto delle normative. I bagni degli altri alloggi sono tutt'altro che piccoli.

Very kind and helpful owner, nice and very clean rooms, intimate atmosphere surrounded by greenery. Too bad it's off-season to use the beautiful pool. I will definitely come back. Very convenient parking in front of the rooms.

The owner was always kind and helpful from the booking moment until our departure. The location is extraordinary and very clean, it is surrounded by greenery and its hillside position not far from the sea allows you to relax after a day at the beach. We were completely satisfied and will return.
