Our B&B is a short distance from the sea rich in archaeological sites and buildings of great architectural merit, in a quiet, panoramic setting, in the old city centre. "B&B Vittorio Emanuele" is a prestigious home where the echoes of times past linger in sounds, scents and emotions, elegant design with attention to detail, a lovely, refined building.
Surroundings
Our guests will be able to stroll around the lights and colours of the shopping streets, be amazed by the work of our artisans, enjoy the scenery and experience local cuisine on various food and wine tours, explore cultural events and exhibitions, stroll in the quiet, lush gardens and beautiful landscapes.
Nearby our guests will find examples of our heritage and various tourist attractions, sports and fitness centres for working out on holiday. Remember that just only 350 m away there is the 'Cattedrale Santa Maria della Marina'.

Our breakfast is a plentiful buffet, consisting of milk, coffee, barley, jams, etc. and above all artisanal products made by me, such as tarts, cheesecakes, muffins, croissants, maritozzi, which I vary every day with absolutely local, organic and delicious ingredients. Upon request, we also make desserts for people with gluten intolerance.

Thank you for a lovely stay. Very central. 5 minutes' walk to the centre of town. 10 minutes' walk to the beachfront. Host was quick to respond if we had any questions. Room was comfy.

The lady was extremely kind and courteous. My partner and I were in San Benedetto not for tourism but for health reasons. The lady made us feel at home. The possibility of making a drink independently in the small kitchen adds even more positive judgment.

With my partner and a 4-year-old child, we stayed in the apartment of the property for 6 days. Clean and fully equipped apartment, 10 minutes from the sea on foot. Parking near the apartment, delicious breakfast at a pastry shop just steps away. Kind and helpful owner. In general, I recommend San Benedetto for the sea, for the food, and for the other interesting options for children such as the sea museum and the many playgrounds on the promenade.

Excellent location, very clean and the lady (very kind and helpful, even came to pick me up at the station for free!), makes amazing breakfasts. Definitely as soon as I have the summer holiday plan I will book again. Then the city is beautiful.

I returned to my native country to spend a few days and by chance I ended up in this B&B Vittorio Emanuele. Very close to the sea, practically on the pedestrian island, very clean, super abundant and high-quality breakfast. The hostess, a very kind person, made me a ricotta cake. I thank her again. For the price I paid and the services I received, I would say it is also super advantageous in terms of value for money.

I stayed with my family on vacation in San Benedetto del Tronto and spent a week at this B&B Vittorio Emanuele where I found the owner Francesca extremely kind and helpful. Clean and well-kept environment (if my wife says so, you can rest assured). Very convenient location as you can walk out and reach the main street or the sea in a few minutes! In the morning, a hearty breakfast with homemade cakes by the owner. Very bright (windows everywhere) and welcoming spaces. Highly recommended for everyone and especially excellent value for money!

These few lines are not enough to describe what the B&B Vittorio Emanuele represents and is. Only the managers deserve a trip to San Benedetto del Tronto. What is cooked, the cleanliness, the place immediately catapult you into a wonderful dimension where you feel at home right away. It is not easy to find such a familiar welcome in a completely crazy world. The whole staff is highly recommended. Not a flaw, no smudge. Only words of praise that no dictionary holds in store. A heartfelt thank you to all of you! I really recommend it!
