We really liked it. Excellent treatment by the managers. Top cleaning and furnishings. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. The place is in an optimal position to visit the Conero Riviera. It is also close to the city and enjoys a great view.

Newly built environment well cared for. Enjoys a lot of privacy and tranquility.

I loved it! The best thing was the excellent professional treatment and the warmth of Laura and Marco. They welcomed me with my little dog on a rainy and cold day, when other hotels had rejected me. They took care of me as if I were family! The place is very quiet. The style of the decor and the cleanliness are impeccable - I recommend it 1000 times for the quality, the price, and the excellent service.

The property is strategically located to visit the Riviera del Conero, the managers are very helpful and kind.

We stayed only 2 nights but the structure and especially the people managing it were perfect!

Satisfied with the welcome and services! Managers very present and friendly, provided valuable advice. Very convenient the presence of the kitchen and the garden with gazebo and parking spaces. We also had the opportunity to clean and dry the inflatable canoe, something that would have been inconvenient or unthinkable in other facilities. Autonomy with schedules and movements perfectly guaranteed thanks to a copy of all the keys. Close position to both the city and the beaches. Exceptional value for money. \nI thank Laura and her husband for helping us make the most of the area in the few days available, we are grateful!

Beautiful vacation! The property is in a great location for both the beaches and the city of Ancona (I recommend having a car). Laura and Marco, the hosts of the property, were very kind and hospitable, willing to give us many tips to make the most of our vacation. We recommend the B&B Villa Colle for couples and families looking for peace and services. We will definitely come back.

We have been wonderfully well me and my little dog thank the owners and the daughter, they are exceptional people and the place is beautiful, very private and quiet. We will come back, I hope many of you will go and have fun with them as we did. Greetings.

My husband and son stayed for the selections in Marina, they came back satisfied, pleasant and welcoming structure. Relaxing place, the Lady splendid, took them on a tour of Conero.\n\nFrom the first day very helpful, a really serious welcome to the guests.\n\nShe gave us many indications on how to move, what to do, where to eat, what to see also for the future.\n\nShe also provided useful information from the first phone contacts.\n\nSerious host and welcoming structure, we were comfortable and if we were to return to the area for a short vacation we will consider it again. Recommended.

Laura and Marco very kind!

I stayed with my family (with two small children) at B&B Villa Colle. From the very first phone contact, I had an excellent impression of the owner, Mrs. Laura, who provided many useful information for the trip and the stay. The villa is in the countryside, on a hill, the rooms and common areas are simple and suitable for the structure's rate: well-kept, clean, well-heated, and extremely quiet. The welcome upon arrival was excellent, Laura recommended restaurants for dinner and places to visit. All excellent suggestions! She was also very caring towards the children, preparing excellent sweets! We are delighted to have met her and to have spent a weekend in a serene atmosphere!

I stayed at Laura's for a few days, I was welcomed greatly, she proved to be very kind, helpful, and generous. The room where I stayed was clean, the bathroom as well, and breakfast abundant. The place is a bit out of the way (beautiful view), but by car you can reach everything in a few minutes. Recommended!

Sono stata in questa struttura più volte. Si trova immersa nel verde e a due passi dal mare. Relax assicurato. Laura, Sara e Marco persone meravigliose, premurose e molto disponibili. Mi hanno fatto sentire a casa. Ottima colazione e attenti a chi soffre di intolleranze alimentari. Che dire? B&B accogliente e persone fantastiche che lo gestiscono.

Stanza e bagno spaziosi e molto puliti. Struttura ubicata nelle vicinanze del centro, ma in un luogo tranquillo e silenzioso. Colazione abbondante self service, arricchita da buone torte casalinghe. La gentilezza e le premure dei proprietari fanno sentire gli ospiti come a casa propria.

Bellissimo B&B immerso nel verde, il profumo della natura e l'accoglienza dei proprietari fa di questo B&B un meraviglioso posto in cui soggiornare, ci ritorneremo.

Bel posto tranquillo immerso nel verde nonostante poco lontano dal centro della città di Ancona e dalle varie spiagge della stupenda Riviera del Conero. Camera e bagno spaziosi e non da sottovalutare il giardino e parcheggio privato interno. Sara ci ha fatto sentire come a casa, gentile e disponibile a consigliarci ristoranti e luoghi da visitare. Ottima colazione con tutto e di più, persino con deliziosa torta fatta in casa da Sara, che ringrazio vivamente anche per la sua premura di avvisarmi telefonicamente e disponibilità di spedirmi gli occhiali dimenticati in camera. Grazie di tutto!

Siamo stati per una notte soltanto ma la disponibilità dei gestori, Laura e Marco, e la struttura stessa ci riporteranno sicuramente da loro se torneremo ad Ancona. Grazie ancora Lorenzo Simona.

Sosta breve ma ottima soluzione. Disponibilità della padrona di casa anche per aiutarci con la scelta e prenotazione del ristorante per la cena. Lo consiglio.

Posto situato in luogo tranquillo. Ottima accoglienza da parte di una simpaticissima e cordiale signora. Prima colazione abbondante anche con torta casereccia. Che dire da ritornaci.

Ci siamo fermati solo una notte ed è bastato per innamorarci del posto. I gestori sono gentilissimi e disponibilissimi, di sicuro ci ritorneremo per passarci qualche giorno in più e girare i dintorni della città di Ancona.

Siamo state 2 notti, mia figlia ed io, in questo bel casale sulle colline di Ancona e ci siamo trovate davvero benissimo. Il posto è molto tranquillo con grandissimi spazi sia dentro che fuori e tantissima disponibilità da parte di tutta la famiglia che lo gestisce: Laura suo marito e sua figli Sara hanno fatto di tutto perché ci sentissimo a a casa nostra e così è stato. La posizione è davvero strategica a 10 minuti dal centro di Ancona e a 10 minuti dal bellissimo mare di Portonovo. Spero di ritornare presto in quella zona per ritrovare l'accoglienza e la simpatia di questo posticino.

Io e la mia famiglia siamo stati in questa struttura per 5 giorni nel mese di giugno. la struttura è a dir poco bella, accogliente, pulita e soprattutto molto tranquilla. immersa nel verde è ideale per una vacanza rilassante ma allo stesso tempo a 2 passi dal mare cristallino di mezza valle. Laura Marco e Sara (i proprietari) sono di una gentilezza e accoglienza unica. ci hanno accolti come membri di famiglia. anche se siamo stati li più di 2 mesi fa ancora ricordo i bei momenti passati in quella struttura perfetta sotto tutti i punti di vista. un grande abbraccio a Laura Marco e Sara disponibilissimi a qualsiasi evenienza. un bacio Michela Riccardo Joseph e Giulia da Brindisi.

Io e mio figlio Mattia abbiamo soggiornato presso questa a dir poco magnifica struttura purtroppo, ahinoi, per una sola notte e, precisamente, dal 28 al 29 aprile 2014 per permettere a mio figlio Mattia di di sostenere la prova preliminare per l'ammissione alla Scuola Navale Militare "Francesco Morosini". Non riesco a trovare le parole giuste per esprimere la grande disponibilità, cordialità e simpatia con le quali siamo stati accolti e seguiti dal momento del nostro arrivo al triste momento della partenza. I gentilissimi gestori della tranquilla e confortevole struttura, Marco e Laura, ci hanno fatto immediatamente sentire letteralmente parte della famiglia: non credo di esagerare dicendo che per questa fantastica coppia più che di una attività lavorativa, si tratta di una vera e propria missione. Sono perfino riusciti a non farci avvertire il disagio creato dalle condizioni meteo decisamente avverse ma, sicuramente, sapranno rifarsi questa estate quando tornerò con la famiglia al completo, insieme alla nostra affettuosissima Lisa, una cucciolotta meticcia di un anno. Consigliamo con tutto il cuore a tutte le persone di soggiornarvi, per poter visitare questo tratto molto suggestivo della costa adriatica, rappresentato dal Parco Naturale del Conero. Ciao a presto, carissimi Marco e Laura. p. s.: un caro abbraccio a Maria e a suo figlio Fabio di Chieti, che abbiamo avuto l'onore ed il piacere di incontrare durante il brevissimo soggiorno.

Colazione abbondante e con ottimi prodotti, la struttura è accogliente e i simpatici proprietari ti fanno sentire come a casa!
