Civico29 rooms & breakfast is located a few steps from the lake and the historic center, restaurants, shopping and railway station for Milan, on the ground floor of a building dating back to the early 1800s in the premises of a former printing house and former tavern. Renovated in 2017, it has three rooms with private bathroom and floor-level shower, wifi, air conditioning, underfloor heating, small fridge, kettle, 50 "smart TV with pay per view free Netflix service, Amazon Prime video etc. Our residence it is the perfect location for all families on the move who will feel right at home here, for conferences and business trips, for a dream holiday in a romantic and discreet environment.

The room is not very large, but the first impression is pretty. A lot of rules for the stay are not right, the hostess sent me about 15 messages, it is very tiring. For breakfast, good coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice, old biscuits, one portion of 15 grams of butter for two, not fresh croissants, some other pastries, we did not take, and yogurt. The price for the winter period is normal.

La camera è dettagliatamente descritta sull'annuncio e l'avete scelta voi prenotandola, i messaggi servono per poter entrare nella struttura, vengono inviati una volta e poi non stanco più i nostri ospiti e le regole sono di buon senso e praticità. La colazione è con prodotti freschi di pasticceria consegnati giornamente...e per il burro od altro sarebbe bastato chiedere come la prima mattina quando avete chiesto più volte il caffè e vi è stato servito senza problemi. La camera era pulitissima e disinfettata prima del vostro arrivo. Anche io rimango molto delusa quando non trovo ospiti amichevoli. This review isn't right! You had the room that you choosed and you had all information about it, it was very clean and sanificate before your arrive so i don't understand the vote for the cleaning of your room. The breakfast is a large italian breakfast with fresh food from the backery and we haven't any old sweets, you choosed only croissant, panettone and bread...you ate everything without any complaints and several cups of coffee (if you wanted more butter why don't ask me other butter?) Our rules are normal rules about time of check out, breakfast...i sent only the messages to arrive and enter and i don't still stress our guests I don't understand your bad review and i'm very sad to read your words.

The property is one block from the lakeside, from a supermarket and various restaurants and bars. Really great location, although very close, it is not chaotic. The room was clean, the bathroom stunning, breakfast excellent and abundant. When we arrived on Easter Sunday, the owner had left us a little gift with cookies, chocolate eggs, and prosecco.
