Our B& B is in a lovely mountain area, in an area of great archaeological and architectural merit, in a location with a spectacular view, in the heart of the city. "B&B Villa Verde - Valtellina" is a residence with unique, original style.

You will be welcomed and assisted by speakers of Italian, English, french, spanish.

Breakfast is prepared in front of the living-room and breakfast for guests. During the summer, breakfast is served outside under a large porch that overlooks the garden. In addition to coffee, milk, tea and chocolate, there are always fresh fruit, fruit juices and yoghurt, muesli and various types of cereals. The bread is always fresh on the table even though there are always biscuits and soft bread to be toasted. For a sweet, more Italian breakfast, there are brioches, biscuits, homemade cakes; while savory dishes with cold cuts, cheeses, eggs or omelettes are gladly prepared on request.

We are still very delighted by the hospitality and the accommodation so beautiful and authentic. Despite the language barrier, we were warmly welcomed, well taken care of in every way, and felt very comfortable at all times. We would love to come back if we are in the area. Absolutely recommended.

My friends and I stayed two nights at this B&B, excellently managed by Mrs. Franca and her husband. Franca was a discovery: kind, considerate but above all resourceful. It was really pleasant to hear about her life journey. The property is in a good location for the classic Bernina train excursion; furthermore it is very clean and the rooms are spacious. Good breakfast; I would only add a bit more savory options. We will definitely recommend it to other friends. Thank you, Franca and Marino.

Entering Villa Verde makes you feel at home. Franca and Marino are excellent hosts. They have a kind soul and a big heart. They were very attentive to our food intolerances and offered us a homemade fig jam that was delicious. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

The apartment is very well maintained inside a lovely villa with many flowers and plants. You can see that the owners have a love for this business. Franca is a fantastic person, she welcomed us warmly and in a very kind and caring manner. The B&B is a classic mountain house furnished like in the past, the rooms are very clean and of a suitable size for 2 people. The breakfast, included in the price, is very good and abundant considering it is prepared with care solely by Franca. The location is also very tactical and strategic (also for skiing in Bormio). In essence, we recommend everyone to stay at Franca and Marino, we will definitely come back!

I can only fully confirm what other customers have said before. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with every comfort. But the added value is given by the landlady who, together with her husband, considers the customer primarily a friend. One receives hotel treatment within a B&B. The shared breakfast area is equipped with everything. The cakes made by them are exquisite. It is located 10 minutes from Tirano and just over from Bormio. Finally, the quality-price ratio is unbeatable. I can only highly recommend it.

I gave this stay to my parents, and they were very happy. They stayed in the attic, a room furnished with great taste and very romantic. The B&B Villa Verde is very nice and very clean, located on one of the main streets of Grosio, surrounded by a beautiful garden. The owners of the B&B Villa Verde are very helpful and friendly, excellent hosts. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful, with homemade cakes from Mrs. Gian Franca and jams from Mr. Marino. I sincerely thank Mrs. Gian Franca and Mr. Marino for how they welcomed and pampered my parents, who were very happy and cannot wait to return.

Villa Verde is truly a place to return to, you feel at home and it's actually a mega villa. Welcoming structure, sober furnishings, nothing like a hotel (for me it's a positive thing), there's a family warmth. Mrs. Gian Franca is the perfect manager of the structure, always ready with valuable advice and available for various travel requests. Even the husband is an integral part of the success of the business, kind and sporty, who for our interest in the area (climbing the mythical climbs) has been a great interlocutor. Talking about the structure, cleanliness and order are top-notch, breakfast has everything you want, sweet and savory, and if needed just ask. Returning is a must.

B&B Villa Verde is a perfect example of a Bed and Breakfast where, in addition to the cleanliness and comfort of the property, I found in the owners hospitality, passion, and deep knowledge of the area, useful tips, discretion, attention to every request, and exquisite cordiality. The room is comfortable and spacious, and the breakfast is plentiful. Grosio is in an excellent location for many types of vacations in the area, from trekking in Valgrosina to mountain biking routes, to the proximity to other more famous (but also more touristy and sometimes less relaxed) places.

Gianfranca and Marino are two fantastic hosts and really lovely people. B&B Villa Verde is wonderful, clean, and with an exceptional value for money. The structure is welcoming and clean. When you say "feeling at home!". In fact, it's like a real home, well-kept and lively. Mrs. Franca is a force of nature, always cheerful, passionate and full of advice. At breakfast, there is a nice mix of standard offerings and local products. Excellent facility and super friendly and helpful hosts. Staying at their facility was a great pleasure, highly recommend. You will feel at home, what else to say. The location is equidistant 15/20 minutes from both Bormio (for spas, skiing, and biking) and Tirano (for the Bernina train) and the village of Grosio is quiet but very welcoming (near the facility there are 4 or 5 restaurants/pizzerias within less than 1 km and always a few hundred meters from the facility there is the Rock Engravings Park and the 2 Castles of Grosio).

Nice and very clean structure. Grosio is a nice little village, with the surprise of knowing that it has two castles and a park of rock engravings. The lady who manages the B&B is very sociable and helpful. Also recommended is the Sassella hotel where there is an excellent restaurant.

We stayed in the Baita Mario apartment during New Year's week and I must say we had a great time. The house was clean and spacious, already equipped with sheets, blankets, towels, and dishes. Located 15/20 minutes by car from the center of Bormio and the ski slopes. Furthermore, Mrs. Gianfranca was kind and helpful, and if we were to return to the area in the future, I would gladly stay in this apartment again.

Good location, quiet; a village to be enhanced given its historical potential. The owners, Gianfranca and Marino, are very hospitable and capable of advising you on enchanting places by indicating roads and routes to take. Very good rooms but a small drawback concerns the attic which is not air-conditioned, and unfortunately we suffered a lot from the heat. We thank them for their hospitality and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stop by to go to the Bormio thermal baths or to spend time in tranquility and visit enchanting places nearby.

Probably the best B&B we have ever stayed at. Very familiar but always discreet reception, availability for any (really any!) need, welcoming, comfortable, spotlessly clean, bright and tasteful environments. Rich breakfast, worthy of a 3-star hotel. Large rooms, bright, equipped with TV, with absolutely perfect bathrooms (the high circle of tiles is hand-decorated by Mrs. Franca herself, owner of the business and a creative genius absolutely out of the ordinary). From every detail, structural and organizational, the great passion that inspires the management of this small great activity shines through, systematically placed before any economic consideration (of gain and savings). Only problem: after a stay at B&B Villa Verde, your judgment standards on B&Bs will become much stricter and the willingness to "settle" will drastically decrease, because you will have touched with your own hands that your ideal can exist in reality.

Very nice property a few kilometers from the ski slopes and the center of Bormio, the owner is very kind and helpful for every need. If the opportunity arises, I would gladly return.

We stayed two days at B&B Villa Verde with my family and friends. We had a great time, beautiful room with a very clean bathroom. What can I say, it is the bed and breakfast that everyone would want. Warm and sincere welcome, pleasant structure, very clean, well cared for and nicely furnished (the owner is an artist). In short, if we happen to be in Valtellina again, we will not miss another stop. Recommended, it will not disappoint you.

Really excellent for being a B&B. Very clean. In the bathroom, I found shower gel, soap, etc. The owner is really a great person, kind. If I want to return to the motorcycle rally next year, I will surely book in this establishment.

The welcome from Mrs. Gianfranca, very nice and friendly, and her husband Marino, a man of a thousand resources, is truly something to remember and why not, also rare. My family and I spent three days in the beautiful B&B Villa Verde and from there we went on our excursions and trips. Grosio, a very quiet little town, is very close to Tirano where the Red Train of Bernina departs. The villa and its rooms are truly welcoming and beautiful, good taste is evident. Even our daughters, Arianna and Viola, remember everyone with affection. Thank you again for the hospitality. Giacomo, Alessia, Arianna and Viola from Tuscany. If we have the opportunity to return or recommend, we will be happy to do so.

B&B managed with great passion by Marino and Franca, who personally take care of all the decorations, the furnishings and especially the garden. Excellent location for the Trenino Rosso, the Bormio spas, Livigno, etc. Cozy and spacious rooms; excellent cleanliness, especially the bathroom cannot be cleaner than this. Excellent breakfast with homemade jams and cakes (always made by Franca and Marino). Absolutely recommended.

We booked a weekend at B&B Villa Verde recommended by friends from Rome. My wife and I wanted to enjoy two days of relaxation. The B&B is affiliated with the Bormio thermal baths. It was a great choice! The welcome from Mrs. Gianfranca was extremely friendly and discreet. The rooms are very clean and warm and everything is in its right place. The breakfast is excellent and abundant with a rich buffet. The homemade cake made by the lady is unforgettable. I recommend it to everyone. Thank you!

Excellent B&B located within a property villa. The owners live on the lower floor. The rooms are located on the upper floors. The owners have shown grace and discretion but also availability, hospitality, and courtesy. The rooms and the entire context are well maintained and well managed. The breakfast room is spacious and welcoming. The breakfast is varied. The homemade cakes prepared by Mrs. Gianfranca are commendable. It is recommended without reservation to everyone, couples and/or families with children.
