Enjoy hot drinks and seasonal specialties such as doughnuts, fruit tarts, traditional "sbrisolona" cake, fresh brioches and bread with homemade jam (or Nutella for the little ones); fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereals and orange juice are also on the list, to start the day indulging yourself.

Family room pleasant, clean. Abundant breakfast. Convenient access with the keypad. The structure is very close to the Palaunical in Mantova. If I really have to find a flaw, it is that it has external parking in front of the structure for only five cars, while the rooms it offers are six. We returned from the Renato Zero concert at 01:00 and found the parking lot full, so we had to look for another place for the car. Always nearby, but if I had known earlier I would have felt better. In any case, I recommend it.

Located in a quiet area outside the city and away from traffic. Nice and cozy atmosphere, although our room (Mulina door) lacked in furniture and color choice, but this is and remains my personal opinion. However, I would recommend it to a friend or a couple. Very kind and helpful managers already on the phone.

The B&B is located six kilometers from Mantua, but it's not a problem at all, considering how easy it is to reach Mantua and the availability of many parking spaces, albeit at a cost that is not as high as in other cities. The modern and simple style of the location is very charming and welcoming. The room has everything you need and is clean, with windows even in the bathroom. The rooms are warm and comfortable, and you can tell that there is attention to detail in ensuring the customer's comfort. The breakfast is simple but plentiful, with delicious homemade jams and cakes made by the owner. The manager is an extremely kind and helpful young man who can also recommend great places to eat. Our stay was short, but if we were to return to Mantua, we would definitely choose to stay here again.

We stayed one night during a weekend to visit Mantova. The property is very nice in the common areas. The room we were assigned on the first floor (with balcony and private bathroom) had essential furnishings in good condition and quite pleasant to the eye. In use, the bed frame and mattress were just within limits. Also, the bed linen was a bit light during the night. Furthermore, due to a boiler malfunction (which was later discovered to have already happened), in the morning we were unable to take a shower or wash with hot water. Consequently, the price charged was a bit high (at the end of October, washing with cold water is not ideal, especially if during the night you already felt a bit cold).

Buongiorno Elisa, purtroppo la settimana precedente il vostro soggiorno è occorso una usura molto grave all'impianto di riscaldamento e sanitario emersa in occasione di una ordinaria manutenzione. Abbiamo dovuto cambiare tutto ed i tecnici avevano finito venerdì 27 ottobre con tutto collaudato alla perfezione. Invece - domenica 29 mattina ci siamo accorti con voi che l'impianto ha smesso di funzionare durante la sera precedente. Segnaliamo che abbiamo anche un serbatoio di accumulo di 800 litri di acqua calda per far fronte ad eventuali interruzioni temporanee di energia. Questa riserva ha consentito l'uso dell'acqua calda la sera ma non è stata evidentemente sufficiente per le esigenze di tutti anche al mattino successivo. C'era un problema di software che i tecnici hanno poi sistemato in giornata. Per fortuna, nonostante eravamo già a fine ottobre, il clima era ancora mite ed in casa, grazie all'isolamento termico dei muri, si è mantenuta comunque una temperatura di 21° seppure al di sotto del livello di comfort a cui teniamo normalmente le stanze, tutte dotate di una seconda coperta "di rinforzo" nell'armadio. Siamo inoltre sorpresi che abbiate trovato letti e materassi "appena nei limiti" perché i letti sono tutti con materassi ortopedici "nuovi di zecca" su rete a doghe di faggio ed amareggiati dei vostri dubbi circa la nostra buona fede circa i problemi tecnici sopravvenuti perché non rappresentano certo una ordinarietà nella nostra casa dove l'acqua calda non è mai mancata agli oltre 10.000 ospiti che finora ci hanno privilegiato della loro visita. Relativamente al prezzo, dato che non avete potuto usare l'acqua calda la mattina, vi offriamo un soggiorno gratuito per 2 persone, da utilizzare entro il 28 marzo 2018, augurandoci che possa compensare i disagi occorsi ancorché del tutto indipendenti dalla nostra volontà.

I recently stayed at this very welcoming B&B. It has 6 rooms, all well furnished and comfortable. They even have a kettle in the room and you can choose to have good Nescafé, tea, herbal tea, chamomile with honey and a cookie. The breakfast is rich, healthy and nourishing. All homemade. There is also the possibility to have breakfast outdoors, in the internal garden, where there is an invaluable peace to the sound of birds singing. The location is strategic, right at the exit of the Mantova Nord tollgate and a few kilometers from the historic center, easily reachable by car or public transport. The manager is a kind, helpful and very friendly guy, and he can give you tips as a true Cicerone on what to visit in this wonderful city of Mantova, a bold destination for tourists, as it is rich in history and famous artworks worldwide. In short, if I have to give a rating, it's a full 10 with honors.

We stayed only one night but the experience was more than positive. Quick and professional welcome, large, comfortable and cozy room, extremely clean. A notable feature: underfloor heating and air conditioning, so no noise or clutter. Bathroom with everything you need and a large shower, abundant breakfast with fresh croissants and homemade cakes; in summer it is served outside in an adjacent garden. There are also bicycles available to go into town. You won't be disappointed.

I highly recommend this guest house. I only spent one night there, but I felt really comfortable in every way. The structure is modern, well taken care of in every detail, there is great attention to the comfort of the guests, and you feel at home. The breakfast was excellent and genuine. The room was beautiful, the bathroom spacious; there is a garden, and parking is available in front of the B&B. The location is convenient as it is close to the city but at the same time far enough to avoid noise and traffic. Marco, the manager, is kind, discreet, and friendly, and he gave us great advice about beautiful Mantova and its restaurants. Excellent.

Although the structure is modern, you feel like at home. The B&B exudes tranquility and you feel comfortable everywhere. It should not be overlooked that the owner Marco is always available to give advice and help if you are not from the area. And what about the cleaning? Excellent! And the breakfast?
