We stayed 5 nights at Locanda Brezza Marina and were very happy with our choice. The rooms are very clean and newly furnished. The owners were really friendly and even organized gluten-free breakfast for one of us. We really recommend the place.

The operators are very friendly and accommodating. Neither our arrival after 10:00 PM nor our departure after 12:00 PM were a problem. Our apartment was very clean and well-maintained. The kitchen equipment was complete and cleaning products and utensils were also available. Even a space for our 3 mountain bikes was provided to us free of charge. The selection of cold cuts and cheese could be improved. Otherwise, I can only recommend the accommodation.

The structure is at the beginning of the town, in 5-10 minutes you reach two free beaches and in 10 minutes you are in the center! The room was large, very clean and with everything necessary, television and air conditioning! Nice functional bathroom! The managers are very kind, ready to advise where to eat and the most beautiful beaches! The breakfast is very varied, between croissants, toasted bread and homemade cakes there is an embarrassment of choice. I highly recommend this bed and breakfast! Thank you!

We stayed for a week in August with a newborn. We had a great time, the managers were very attentive and kind. The breakfasts are excellent, especially the delicious cakes and jams prepared by them. The location is very convenient both for reaching the beaches and for a walk in the center of Finale. After our first holiday with our baby, we can only absolutely recommend it!

I wanted to spend 3 days by the sea with my children, decided at the last minute, I found this available property. Locanda Brezza Marina, the owners, very helpful and friendly people, treated us very well and gave useful advice. The property is a stone's throw from the sea, both from the free beach and the bathing establishment, also not far from the town center. The abundant and much appreciated breakfast, the clean and very nice room. We had a good time, highly recommended.

Beautiful structure, new, strategically located for those, like us, going to the beach at Castelletto beach. Very kind owners (they waited for us past midnight on our arrival!), good breakfast served outside. The three of us had the quadruple room, spacious and with a fridge. I received an immediate response and adjusted the arrival and departure dates according to availability (I arrived on Sunday instead of Saturday). The area was ideal for me because it was a bit further from the town center, where it is always noisier and more crowded. Very close to the seafront and all services.

Great as a base for a few days in Finale Ligure, a short walk from the sea and the center. Family management, courtesy and friendliness are at home, possibility of parking in the garage for a fee. I will consider it for next time.

I gave many 9s because excellence is to be greatly deserved but in this structure we had a great time and everything was perfect, especially the friendliness and availability of the owners.\n\nOnly sore point the heating, we suffered a bit from the cold and I didn't understand if we were not able to adjust the thermostat, or the radiators were a bit low.\n\nWe will definitely come back in summer.

We had a great time. My mom and I stayed 5 nights in room 1 (Scirocco) and during our stay we found only positive aspects, especially if you know the average of Ligurian accommodation facilities (dreadful). The structure is brand new, clean (daily room cleaning and frequent change of towels and sheets), a 5-minute walk from some bathing establishments and free beaches (and with a bathing establishment - Il Castelletto, there is also a very good price agreement). Shops are very close and the city center is a 10-minute walk away. Elisa and Alberto are very kind, helpful, smiling, attentive to every customer's need, truly 2 rare people to find in Liguria where hospitality is not exactly common. Breakfast is not particularly varied but almost everything is homemade and delicious.\n\nThe only flaw of the Scirocco room (but we believe it is the only one, along with another one having this "problem") is that in the morning from 8 o'clock you can hear movement coming from the breakfast room.\n\nWe were really enthusiastic about our stay, we will come back and recommend Locanda Brezza Marina to our friends who want to spend a few days (or more) in Finale!

We stayed at this Locanda Brezza Marina for only one night but we really enjoyed it! Brand new rooms, very kind and helpful owner, varied and abundant breakfast! Excellent choice, highly recommended!

We are a couple not used to Bed and Breakfasts and in the company of two other couples of friends we decided to spend a couple of days in Finale. Thanks to the son of one of them we chose the Locanda Brezza Marina. A very good choice. New premises, very clean, well lit, all with excellent taste. Great location near the promenade. Managed by the owner and his wife with admirable sympathy, the couple prepared for us an aperitif of extraordinary variety and abundance with Ligurian specialties, accompanied by excellent local wine. Excellent breakfast, suitable for every palate. We will gladly come back.

Excellent structure, new, welcoming, bright. Quiet location to rest well and close to the sea. Very helpful and welcoming family management, ready to answer guests' questions. Great for any vacation.
