Very atypical place. Ideally located in the historic center! The must: some stairs to climb to reach the rooftop terrace which offers a splendid view of the city both day and night. Breakfast to plan, taken in the sun near the sky, at the top! Bordighera is a very pleasant seaside resort. Angélo gives good advice. Even off-season, it is necessary to reserve your dinner table because everything is full.

Angelo welcomed us wonderfully. Located in the beautiful old town of Bordighera, La Terrazza offers a unique view of the coast and the villa Garnier. The room is a true haven of peace perched in the heights of this charming city. Breakfast is taken in the café below the building, which allows for flexibility in timing. In short, this establishment is perfect for discovering the Italian Riviera.

Do not hesitate to book at La Terrazza, it is very well located. The owners are truly charming and talkative. The rooms are well renovated, blending modern and old styles. The owner and his wife are very professional. Excellent welcome and support throughout the stay with advice. The shops are very well located. The Italian bar downstairs La Terrazza is good. The beaches are very long and suitable for walks and picnic, with play areas for children. The gardens are close to do and to return as much as possible.

We stayed at this B&B for a long weekend and overall the experience was very pleasant. The location is truly the highlight: immersed in the heart of Bordighera Alta, in a picturesque and quiet setting, with a view that rewards every effort. The room we stayed in is located on the third floor, only accessible by foot: a detail to keep in mind if you have heavy luggage or mobility difficulties. Once up, however, you are welcomed by a characteristic and very clean environment. The only downside of the room was the bed, which was a bit unstable and less comfortable than expected. Overall, however, the charm of the location, the price, and the authentic atmosphere of the upper part of Bordighera make the stay still enjoyable. Angelo, the owner, was punctual and provided us with a nice list of places to eat.

B&B located in the delightful historic center of Bordighera, consisting of several rooms situated on multiple floors of the building. We were in the Rosa room, spacious, very clean, complete with a large bathroom and kitchenette as well as a comfortable bed. Being in a narrow street, it is just a bit dark. The terrace at the top of the building is spectacular, but the view must be earned only after some flights of stairs. Convenient public parking adjacent, partly free, where I always found a spot for my car. Precious and useful information from Angelo, the owner.

Very nice, unique, with a terrace that offers a splendid panorama. B&B very small and not suitable for people with motor difficulties (the stairs are very narrow). Suitable for a maximum of two people. The description refers to the Pink Room. Access to the terrace with a spiral staircase. Spectacular view. Very helpful host. For those traveling with bicycles, the possibility of leaving them in a protected area not far from the structure.

Gentile ospite grazie per la sua recensione e per prodigarsi a spiegare le specifiche della casa anche se le trovo un pochino inesatte colgo ennesima occasione a descrivere.... La Terrazza è locato in un meraviglioso borgo sul mare a Bordighera (Alta) ben servito da mezzi pubblici, adiacente ha un ampio parcheggio pubblico gratuito, molti ristoranti che propongono ottima cucina di qualità con un buon rapporto prezzo, quindi abbiamo le stesse caratteristiche di tutti i borghi liguri, accesso non semplice per chi ha problemi motori e infatti per accedere alle camere la nostra torre è solo percorribile da una scala al cui termina sulla terrazza con incomparabile vista mare sulla costa francese ed italiana. Camera Rosa (dedicata alla bisnonna materna) è ben dettagliata sulle specifiche di questo portale ha una superficie totale di 28mq, e scrivere che è adatto al massimo x per due persone mi sembra esagerato, sicuramente mal gestiti perche è una casa datata nell'anno 1700 e nella ristrutturazione abbiamo cercato di sfruttare tutti gli spazi. Per fortuna a molte persone piace questa caratteristica del fascino del passato, comprendendo la nostra location, ci gratifica e ci spinge sempre a continuare a dare una calorosa ospitalità di benvenuto.

Great location in the wonderful village, convenient for both the sea and spending evenings, and also for getting around the area. To reach La Terrazza where to have breakfast there are many stairs but the effort is rewarded by a breathtaking view. Friendly and nice manager. I definitely recommend it.

We spent two days in a magical dimension, immersed in the life of the wonderful village. The Caterina room is perfect for a romantic weekend, with the convenience of a private bathroom. It is worth noting that it is on the 4th floor, obviously without a lift, being a tower house: this makes you feel very immersed in the life of the Ligurian village. The terrace above is a gem, with a splendid view. The manager Angelo and his partner are very attentive people to chat with: they are friendly, helpful, and caring. The village offers, in its alleys, places to eat and enjoy this magical atmosphere. On foot, you can reach the sea in 5 minutes (S. Ampelio location) with flat rocks and clean sea. Just outside the village, there is free parking. We will definitely come back.

Very nice place, but I strongly advise against families with very young children who are not yet walking or have just started walking. The room was functional for our needs, although we didn't have space to leave the stroller and every time we had to disassemble and reassemble it (ah double stroller?) For breakfast, the view from the terrace was beautiful, but after the effort of the stairs and arriving up without even a place to put the young children is very uncomfortable, not to mention that we happily gave up breakfast on the last day, it would be worth reviewing especially for the cost. High Bordighera is wonderful but if you have young children, don't stay there... Go visit it. The cleanliness left something to be desired. With two young crawling and walking daughters, let's say it wasn't exactly the best. In our room, no wifi and the TV had antenna problems, so it was poorly visible.

Gentile ospite grazie per la sua recensione, colgo l'occasione per spiegare le specifiche della casa (anche se sono ben dettagliate su tutti siti di recensioni) per chi non desidera raggiungere la sala colazione (SERVIZIO SOPPRESSO DAL 2022)situata al 5 piano della torre, ACCESSIBILE SOLO DA SCALA NO ASCENSORE , diamo la possibilità di poterla fare al bar sottostante, ovviamente noi forniamo una colazione continentale (dolce e salato) cosa che non avrebbe al bar. Il borgo ovviamente ha le sue caratteristiche storiche che non a tutti possono piacere (chi ha delle necessità o esige dovrebbe documentarsi). Per quanto riguarda le pulizie le effettuiamo ogni giorno, ovviamente se troviamo disordine ci limitiamo ad una pulizia veloce riassetto dei letti pulizia bagno raccolta rifiuti di sicuro non ci mettiamo a piegare vestiti e quant'altro di proprietà dell'ospite, per chi ha necessità come lei di bambini piccoli che gattonano hanno tutti i prodotti e materiale per pulire all'occorrenza. Per chi desidera abbiamo anche deposito per biciclette se richiesto, che nel suo caso poteva essere utile per il suo passeggino. La camera non ha WiFi sempre specificato nel sito dove lei ha prenotato. Per quanto riguarda la TV sarà nostra premura controllare.

There is better. Exceptional location in the old town, excellent parking space due to a square nearby with free parking, otherwise disappointed by problems with the shower, which I hope are temporary, and by an entrance staircase only suitable for those with good legs.

Gentile ospite grazie per la sua recensione, confermando la ottima posizione e parcheggio nelle vicinanze s Gratuito fa capire quanto sia contraddittoria e sotto stimata la sua recensione, le nostre camere sono state tutte ristrutturate di recente, climatizzate con bagno privato, la location è una tipica torre ligure del 700 situata nel borgo che per accedere alle camere è accessibile da scala La sua camera in questione ha solo 10 scalini (sempre specificato sul nostro sito web) a meno che lei non abbia problemi motori non capisco la sua battuta! E se non ha gambe buone è sua premura documentarsi..

Truly a splendid place, the only regret was staying only one night. La Terrazza that offers the view of the historic center and the surrounding panorama is priceless both in the evening and in the morning during breakfast. For me everything was okay, the mattress was fantastic. There are 4 flights of stairs, but when you reach the top, the view from the panoramic terrace makes you forget about the stairs, stunning view.

Excellent location. Abundant breakfast. The owner Angelo is very kind and helpful. The property is decorated in a special and cute way. There are stairs to climb but a bit of movement is good. I highly recommend it.

We had the pleasure of staying in the 'Rosa' room which, in addition to being beautifully furnished, has a kitchenette, fridge, and a small table with chairs for cooking and dining. The cleanliness is impeccable, but the most beautiful surprise is when you go up for breakfast on the terrace where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and the city. The owner, Mr. Angelo, is extremely courteous and also gave us several tips on what to visit. Excellent stay.

Great location, in the center of high Bordighera, very close to shops and bars, a few meters from the beaches. Availability and friendliness of the manager. Caterina room on the fourth floor equipped with every comfort. A touch of class the breakfast on the terrace! Simply stunning.

Beautiful Bed and Breakfast. We had a great stay, in a structure located in an old village with a splendid view of the coast from the terrace where breakfast was also served. Excellent welcome and care of the guest by the owner, both in professionalism and in human relationship. It's a shame we couldn't extend our stay.

The structure is very beautiful, located in the historic center, very characteristic. The owner is very kind and provides all the necessary information for trips and excursions. The restaurants nearby are excellent. The staircase leading to the apartments is very steep. The only thing I would improve is the breakfast, a bit poor (add biscuits and/or a slice of cake). Overall, it's a place I would recommend.

Together with two other couples, my girlfriend and I stayed at the B&B La Terrazza. Obviously, no need to dwell on the steps to climb to the rooms (it's written everywhere on the website, and after a couple of days you get used to it), we had a really good time and the owner, Angelo, was very kind. Beaches reachable in about ten minutes and parking just 2 minutes from the structure always easy to find, even in August. Excellent value for money.
