Very nice and spacious B&B in a nice neighbourhood. It was close to the city centre and some excellent restaurants. Very tidy. Paolo is an excellent host. Quick to respond, clear communication and she knew Genova very well. She even drew on our city map where to go and where not to.

Paola was very accommodating and nice as a host. I stayed for a few days for an academic conference nearby, and there were no issues. The room was cleaned every day, and she lent me a plug-to-USB adapter initially when I realized I had forgotten one. There was a fridge and a fan in the room, both of which helped keep things quite comfortable, even without A/C (which is not very prevalent in Italy). Thank you!

Ideally located to visit all of Genoa on foot. A stone's throw from Piazza de Ferrari and near a subway station. The room (blue) and the bathroom were very spacious, even more so than in the photos, very clean and functional. The 180 bed is very comfortable. And finally, Paola, the owner, who speaks French, is very friendly and accommodating. And above all, and this is the first time this has happened to us, she takes care, the day before your arrival, to send you a WhatsApp message with all the useful information to easily find the location of the b&b along with a map. We therefore recommend this establishment without hesitation and will gladly return if we come back to Genoa.

A perfect location for this B&B, on the East side of the old town, 5 minutes from the central square. All points of interest are close by on foot. My room and bathroom were spacious, very comfortable, in an impeccably clean condition. There is a very nice view of the city and the place is perfectly quiet, without any noise from cars or anything else. Paola, the manager, welcomed me very well and pointed out the points of interest in Genoa. I will return as soon as I can.

Very pleasant and functional accommodation. Ideally located for exploring Genoa, close to a metro station and bus stop for Boccadasse. Car parking is also possible not far from there. Lively neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, food services (small supermarket, greengrocer, etc.). Paola is very welcoming, caring, and attentive. She will make you feel comfortable and guide you on where to go and how, but also where not to go. I highly recommend.

Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et de bons conseils pour les restaurants, le parking et les visites. La chambre était très confortable et très propre et le petit déjeuner excellent avec la fameuse focaccia, des biscuits de Gènes, des croissants, des céréales, des jus de fruits et un super chocolat avec l'épaisseur à la demande. Le bed and breakfast est idéalement placé près de la porte Soprana. Très bon rapport qualité/prix pour 3 personnes. Parking possible pas cher pour Gênes (15 euros par jour) à 5 minutes à pied. L'endroit idéal pour un séjour agréable.

We really enjoyed our stay at Il Vico Genova, the owners are truly two exquisite and helpful people for any need (they really knew how to guide us on what to visit, where to eat, everything…), really two lovely people! The location is perfect, you can really get anywhere even without taking the subway which is three minutes away from the B&B… we always walked… also in the surroundings there are many places to eat and important sites to visit. The cleanliness was truly impeccable, carried out every morning! We are really happy to have stayed here and to have met Paola and her husband! If we were to return to Genoa, we will definitely come here and we highly recommend it!

Il Vico is located on the second floor of a building in the center of Genoa, and that's why I gave a rating of 8 to the structure, as it may not be very convenient to arrive with luggage. We had a great time, we were two couples and the property only has two rooms, so the apartment was all ours. Mrs. Paola was very kind and gave us detailed information on how to tour the city. The B&B is centrally located, a stone's throw from Piazza De Ferraris, renovated and spotless. The only downside is that it doesn't have an elevator, so if you have heavy luggage it can be a bit tiring, but it's definitely worth the sacrifice to stay in the heart of the city and enjoy the beauty of this beautiful city and its alleys.

After the previous three nights in the orange room, I needed an additional night and this blue one was available, equally equipped but perhaps a bit more spacious, especially the bathroom. Paola and Massimo are two excellent hosts! For this reason - having forgotten to do it in person - I would suggest to them to equip the accommodation with a heater, a little heater specifically for the bathroom because despite the heating (which I believe is centralized as it turns on at certain times) it can be uncomfortable to step out of the shower into a poorly heated environment.

Recently renovated structure on the second floor without an elevator in the famous alleys of Genoa, a strategic location to visit the city. Impeccable cleanliness. The only flaw was the cold, probably the exceptionally low external temperature did not help, but the radiators were warm only a few hours a day during which the temperature was correct, as soon as they turned off it was cold, especially at night. Buongiorno Jessica sono lieta che vi sia piaciuta la posizione della nostra struttura e abbiate apprezzato la pulizia alla quale facciamo particolare attenzione, per quanto riguarda il riscaldamento della casa la temperatura si mantiene costante a 20 gradi giorno e notte e nelle fasce orarie 7-10/13-14/18-22 sale a 21 gradi, mi spiace abbiate avvertito freddo ma le temperature impostate sono gia piuttosto alte, e comunque per i più freddolosi nell'armadio c'e sempre a disposizione un piumino aggiuntivo Grazie per la vostra visita Paola.

We stayed one night at 'Il Vico Genova' at Paola's place, an apartment with two bedrooms each with its own private bathroom and a living area with small tables and armchairs. It is located in the heart of the historic center, in the alleys of Genova, on the second floor without an elevator, like all the houses in the carrugi. The rooms are spacious, larger than in the pictures, especially the blue one. The convenience of the area is excellent, just a stone's throw from the nightlife and all the services and places to visit, including the aquarium. At the same time, it is located in a very quiet alley, both during the day and at night. Paola is very attentive and kind, ready to respond to the customer's needs. The only downside is the cold in the house. The heating comes on at 6 pm, we went up to rest a bit at 4 pm and at 5 pm we went out because it was too cold (even for men, not just for us cold women). We returned at 7 pm and it was warm enough, but after dinner, back at 10:30 pm, cold again. In the morning at nine already cold. For the rest, I recommend it, maybe in warmer seasons. We didn't try the breakfast because it was suspended due to Covid.

Il B&B è posizionato in un grazioso vico del Centro storico di Genova a pochi passi dal Dipartimento di Architettura e dalla fermata della metro di Sant'Agostino, in un contesto silenzioso e piacevole. Ho pernottato nella meravigliosa Camera Azzurra, un ambiente spazioso, pulito, luminoso e adatto a sessioni di studio intense! La colazione senza glutine è gustosa e caratterizzata da un'ampia scelta di prodotti, l'ideale per fare il carico di energia per la giornata. Infine voglio sottolineare la cortesia e la disponibilità dei proprietari, due persone semplicemente squisite! Ci tornerò sicuramente!

Struttura pulita, ben ubicata logisticamente e gestita da proprietari gentili e disponibili. A noi è stata assegnata la camera blu: spaziosa, ben organizzata e con un bagno ampio e attrezzato. I proprietari ci hanno fornito subito una mappa della città e indicazioni su monumenti, ristoranti e locali tipici. Il giorno della partenza ci hanno concesso di lasciare i bagagli oltre l’orario del check out per consentirci di completare la visita della città in tutta libertà. È sicuramente una struttura da consigliare, ma chi ha problemi a farsi due piani di scale a piedi faccia attenzione, perché il B&B è all'interno di un palazzo storico ovviamente privo di ascensore.

Ho soggiornato insieme alla mia famiglia (abbiamo due bimbi di 2 e 4anni) per due notti, dal 30 ottobre al 1 novembre proprietari gentilissimi e disponibilissimi appena arrivati ci ha spiegato un po' la città e ciò che si può vedere e visitare, indicandoci sulla mappa anche locali dove mangiare. La stanza era davvero spaziosa accogliente e pulita. Colazione fantastica! Prezzi concorrenziali, per la posizione in cui il B&B si trova non si può chiedere di meglio. Siamo stati davvero bene torneremo.

Sono stato ospite di questo Bed e Breakfast per una notte, da sabato a domenica, con la mia ragazza. La casa è in pieno centro, posto tranquillo, camere meravigliose e spaziose, arredate con gusto. La padrona di casa, Paola, è una persona fantastica, gentilissima, cordiale e simpaticissima, ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa mostrandoci tutto ciò che si poteva fare a Genova e dandoci un sacco di consigli. Il letto è comodissimo e di notte si dorme molto bene. La colazione è decisamente abbondante, sono rimasto a bocca aperta da quanta varietà ci fosse. Un weekend fantastico in cui questo Bed e Breakfast ha sicuramente fatto il suo dovere in modo positivo.

La struttura è impeccabile, spaziosa, pulita e curata nei minimi particolari; la signora Paola è accogliente, gentile e molto disponibile; la colazione è abbondante e la posizione è ottima per visitare il centro storico di Genova piacevolmente a piedi e arrivare fino all'acquario!

Eccezionale B&B! Posizione centrale vicino alla stazione della metropolitana a due passi da Porta Soprana. La stanza e il bagno sono curati nei minimi dettagli, pulitissimo sembra di essere a casa, colazione abbondante e per celiaci (il locale fa parte del circuito AIC) tutto confezionato. La signora Paola e il marito sono stati fantastici, grande gentilezza, disponibilità e cortesia, persone davvero uniche, abbiamo trascorso davvero una bellissima breve vacanza..

All'ultimo momento nel weekend più inflazionato dell'anno cerchiamo un b&b in centro a Genova, le uniche stanze di albergo superavano i 350 euro, dopo una giornata a Recco in un 3stelle appena decente ad un prezzo da altissima stagione, arriviamo al Vico è già la titolare Paola, ci aveva dato via sms e mail preziosi consigli su parcheggio e ci aveva fatto riservare i biglietti per l'acquario in modo da non dover fare doppia fila. Arrivati, la stanza era carinissima ed il bagno grande come quello di casa (altro che lo sgabuzzino del giorno prima), il livello è tranquillamente di un 4 stelle (a cui siamo abituati) i più, il letto comodo con materasso nuovo e ci abbiamo dormito in 3 come comunque dobbiamo fare quando si viaggia con un foglio di 5 anni molto affettuoso. La location è in un quartiere a dir poco strategico, appena fuori dalla ressa ma centrale al punto che l'acquario l'abbiamo raggiunto in 10 minuti o meno con nostro figlio di 5anni. La colazione è stata deliziosa con prodotti genuini artigianali, sono stati inoltre procurati apposta i biscotti preferiti per il bambino. Durante il soggiorno inoltre la coppia proprietaria del b&b ci ha aiutato molto con i migliori consigli su cosa fare e come muoverci con poco tempo a disposizione. Meritano davvero il massimo

Tutto perfetto, servizio e soprattutto disponibilità e gentilezza della Signora Paola. Camere pulite e accoglienti. Per chi ama mangiare al mattino: colazione super incantevole! (viene offerto veramente di tutto e con un'ottima qualità). Situato in un posto strategico, comodo per chi vuole visitare la città. Molto accessibile anche per chi viaggia con i mezzi (treno e metrò). Da provare!

Abbiamo alloggiato nella camera azzurra apprezzando l'elevata qualità del servizio: dalla calorosa accoglienza agli utili consigli sulla nostra visita e permanenza in città, che la signora Paola ci ha dato sin dal primo momento. L'estrema pulizia dei locali e la dotazione di accessori hanno reso la vacanza piacevole e confortevole. Le colazioni si sono sempre rilevate ricche, abbondanti e di ottima qualità, mentre la disponibilità e la familiarità della signora Paola ci hanno lasciato un ottimo ricordo dei pochi giorni trascorsi a Genova.

Direi un B&B perfetto, da consigliare assolutamente! La signora Paola è gentilissima, accoglienza splendida. Non è sempre così scontato trovare gente così disponibile; inoltre il B&B è situato davvero in posizione strategica, vicino al centro, ai ristoranti e alla metropolitana. La colazione è eccezionale, le camere sono luminose e molto pulite. Da consigliare! Gianluca ed Eleonora.

Posto incantevole, colazione sublime, accoglienza da 10 e lode. Ciliegina sulla torta Lei: la Signora Paola! Semplicemente perfetta. Dedichiamo a lei questa massima di sapienza proveniente dall'Antico Egitto circa 2300 a. C. Le persone non si incontrano mai per caso, ma come i cerchi nell'acqua che il sasso disegna cadendo nello stagno, così si inseguono all'infinito, trovandosi. Dare 10 a questo B&B non rende merito all'eccezionale trattamento che mi ha riservato la signora Paola. Vicino alla metropolitana e a due passi dal centro, è situato in una zona molto tranquilla ed è dotato di camere nuove, luminose e profumate. I bagni sono dotati di ogni confort e le colazioni sono a dir poco eccezionali. Consigliato anche per soggiorni prolungati, non rimarrete delusi!

Un B&B molto bello arredato con gusto e con cura, molto accogliente. La signora Paola molto gentile e disponibile. C'è stata di molto aiuto anche per la nostra bambina che è celiaca, offrendo per colazione prodotti gluten free e consigliandoci locali dove andare a mangiare idonei alla bimba. Lo consigliamo!

Abbiamo trascorso a Genova lo scorso week-end per motivi di lavoro e la nostra permanenza al Vico ha indubbiamente contribuito a rendere più piacevole il soggiorno. Il B&B è in pieno centro: a due passi da Piazza De Ferrari e da via XX settembre, si trova in un vicoletto vicino Porta Soprana. È interamente ristrutturato e l'arredamento è di ottimo gusto: un sapiente e allegro mix di colori, con grande attenzione ai minimi dettagli. La colazione, inoltre, è abbondante e varia, l'ambiente è molto pulito. Oltretutto, i Signori Paola e Max si sono distinti per la loro cordialità e disponibilità. Consigliato sicuramente!

La struttura è stata appena ristrutturata ed è quindi in perfetto stato. La colazione è abbondante con la focaccia tipica genovese cornetti pane marmellata succhi vari etc. La signora Paola e il marito Max sono molto cordiali è simpatici ci hanno dato diverse indicazioni su come muoverci e cosa visitare. Per chi come noi è senza macchina la posizione del B&B è perfetta perché in due minuti si è in Piazza De Ferrari.

Un posto dove una sapiente cura del particolare ti fa rendere subito conto della massima attenzione dedicata al comfort dell'ospite che viene accolto in un ambiente "familiare". Camere arredate davvero con gusto, bagni pulitissimi e molto spaziosi. È tutto nuovo! La colazione è abbondante e per tutti i gusti. Si trova nel cuore della movida genovese ma non ne patisce per nulla i rumori, anzi è comodissimo per sperimentare i diversi localini che si trovano nei dintorni. La posizione è comunque strategica perché a pochi passi (a piedi) dalle principali attrazioni del porto antico ed a circa 10 minuti dalla Stazione di Brignole. Complimenti alla signora Paola ed a suo marito Max, sono due persone davvero squisite e disponibilissime.
