Having the bathroom across the hallway is not the best idea. Especially when paying 155€ per night. I would look for better options to stay.

The location is close to the San Martino hospital and also to the center of Genoa, the Brignole station is not even 10 minutes away by bus, with the stop near the B&B. Clean and quiet. Very kind welcome. I recommend it for both a young clientele like students and older people.

Small but very clean and comfortable room, bathroom spotless. Everything you need is there. The bed is super comfortable! San Martino hospital is 5 minutes away on foot! Be careful that the only place nearby to eat something closes rather early, around 6:00-6:30 PM.

The room is extremely clean, well furnished, and the bathroom is new, comfortable and equipped with everything you need (including a hairdryer). Despite being located on a very busy street, it is not noisy. The owner is very kind and helpful. The location is very convenient for me, close to the university's science departments and San Martino Hospital. It's convenient to be able to agree on the check-in time and then be independent in entering and exiting the property.

Clean room, properly soundproofed (so quiet despite the proximity to traffic) and well air-conditioned. Only note: I would have liked to have a bin in the room as well, not just outside in the corridor, so as not to have to go out every time to throw something away.
