The structure is new and generally well maintained. The room and bathroom are spacious. However, the sanitary facilities were not adequately cleaned (organic residues). It was late when we arrived in the room and we took care of cleaning ourselves, reporting the issue to the host at a later time. The next day when we returned at the end of the day, the room had not been tidied up; when contacted, the host told us that the daily cleaning service was an extra, even though this was not indicated anywhere (neither on the website, nor on the service card in the room, nor on any platform). The management of the daily cleaning of the room is at the discretion of the structure, but that it is a service on request and extra should be indicated. Note: on this platform, daily cleaning of the room was indicated as free. To date, this is the first B&B encountered that does not provide daily tidying of the room, despite being defined as "charming". The service is certainly not commensurate with the price per night, especially since the host, having learned of the inconvenience created, did nothing but express regret. It is true, we are in Liguria, these accommodations will always have clientele, but it is right to match services to the price, which is certainly not low, especially considering the position inside. Breakfast is average, although not well managed by the host.

Beautiful location! Everything is clean and fragrant. The owner Martina is very sweet. I will definitely come back! If I have to give a rating, I would certainly give 10 with honors! Congratulations! Located in a strategic spot, 15 minutes from the chaos of the seaside towns being slightly on the hill. It is 5 minutes from the Toirano caves, which is a must-see destination! Excellent quality price.

The room and the bathroom were spacious, everything was new and clean. The owners were kind and helpful.

In recently renovated building and furnished in a modern and functional way. Quiet location. Spacious rooms and carefully furnished. Large and functional bathroom. The owner was extremely kind and very helpful in everything. Highly recommended. Abundant breakfast with many alternatives.

Everything was very good. Martina was very kind, welcoming, and attentive to our needs.

Modern and well-maintained, it is located a few kilometers from the sea and the management is attentive and prompt. Our room was spacious and bright. Convenient balcony for hanging clothes. The village of Boissano is quiet and fresh.

The B&B Cà da Franca is ideal for those who desire tranquility. Nearby are the Toirano caves and the homologous village of medieval architecture. The B&B structure is very well cared for, clean, and welcoming. For those who wish, in just 5 minutes by car you can reach the popular beaches of Borghetto Santo Spirito, Loano, Pietra Ligure.

We were pleasantly amazed by the structure, brand new and furnished in a modern way, really large and beautiful room, welcoming, stunning bathroom and huge shower.\n\nWe received a very warm welcome from Martina, very kind and super helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Too bad we only spent one night.

We spent two nights at B&B Cà da Franca: we can affirm that it is without a doubt one of the most beautiful Bed and Breakfasts we have stayed at. The structure is new, furnished with taste and practicality, our room was spacious and comfortable, as well as the bathroom, both characterized by impeccable cleanliness. The breakfast is plentiful and varied, with the added value of excellent homemade pies. Martina, the young manager, proved to be extremely helpful and courteous, with very valuable tourist and gastronomic suggestions. It is a place to recommend very warmly!

Brand new structure and furnished with style. Impeccable cleaning and very helpful managers, you feel at home. We were with a 2-year-old baby and a little dog, and both received a lot of attention. We have already booked another stay.
