The accommodation is easy to find and available. Although planes regularly fly overhead during the day, planes do not fly in the evening, so the place of stay can be classified as very quiet and safe for a stay. Another advantage is the nearby metro, thanks to which you can easily and quickly get to where you need for 1.5 EURO (for 100 minutes). The breakfast included in the price of the stay is modest, it contains (coffee, tea, milk, chilled water, toasted bread, nutella, jam, butter, yogurt, various types of crisps and packaged "croissants"), you will not find a salty breakfast here. However, there is also a kitchen with a fridge where you can cook and a washing machine. Nevertheless, there is a Lidl and a perfect cheap pizzeria (La Teglia) where we ate for 10 euros, the owner does not speak English, so with the help of fast, available WIFI and Google translator, the language barrier was easily removed. The owner was very kind, willing and allowed us to do the necessary administration on his computer. In general, cleanliness should be worked on. The room we lived in deserves to be painted and disinfected. The equipment of the room and bathroom is very outdated and would deserve a complete renovation in comparison of the ratio of price per night and quality. Despite the fact that the doors are coated with some kind of soundproofing material, everything in the rooms can be heard. So if you catch inconsiderate neighbors, you won't sleep.

They are amazing people and the room was perfect.

I find it hard to understand how this establishment has such a high rating. Certainly, the owner is very kind and attentive... But the advertised services have nothing to do with reality: the garden? A terrace without shade, bottles and ashtrays scattered around. The bathroom: a cramped space with an absolutely tiny shower whose door consistently folds onto you, and with a layer of limescale on the faucet and joints that must be the result of years of neglect. The beds: mattresses so worn out that they must be ancient... I had a lot of back pain! And yet, I flipped the mattress, but it didn't make any difference! The breakfast? Toast and fake croissants in packets, juice in cartons. Nothing fresh. The coffee is very good, I admit that. But I was always hungry and my children didn't want to eat anything. I won't be coming back, and I won't trust this site whose ratings are completely misleading.

Very well received. Flavio is an excellent host who is caring and hospitable; he recommended a very good local Osteria. The accommodation offers a good breakfast, located in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is away from the center but well connected, just steps from the subway and dining areas.

Great Bed and Breakfast in an extremely quiet area but close to the metro, making it very easy to get around the city. The manager is very friendly and hospitable, the room was very clean and welcoming, a small flaw is the lack of sound insulation in the room, from which external noises could be heard, but absolutely negligible compared to the extremely positive overall evaluation. I came for a competition. The manager was very helpful and flexible at any time, respecting all my needs. Quiet place with a beautiful garden outside and very spacious even for parking a car.

Excellent in everything.

I gave my best because first of all I was welcomed as if I were part of the family, they are really special people, the structure and therefore everything related to it is very unique! Thank you guys and I hope to stay with you soon!
