A very nice surprise in our trip to Rome! The staff was very friendly and helpful, from the moment we booked and even after we left. The value for the price was just amazing. The room was really nice and comfortable for our little family. The shared kitchen was really helpful, to relax and save on restaurants. Croissants in the morning and food always available in the fridge. The location is spectacular: a few minutes from the Vatican, a big grocery store on the other side of the street, pizza restaurants and ice cream very close by. Public transportation going to main locations in Rome close by. I can only recommend. A few minus of course: The building being a little old, it was quite noisy although the neighbourhood is very calm and there are stairs to get to the elevator.

Charming accommodation with a good breakfast consisting of croissants and cereals. Fridge well stocked with water and juice. Apartment not easy to find, but the owner was very kind as we were able to leave our luggage until the afternoon. Thank you.

Located just behind S.Peters, convenient location. The price is a bit high for the size of the bedroom and the structure of the b&b itself. Breakfast is mainly jam and biscuits, no alternative option, the same for coffee. The pots are a bit rusted and need to be replaced. The b&b is very small inside, there are only 3 rooms, it is okay for one day or so, I would not recommend it for a long stay. The bathroom is small and the shower bidet did not work. A few things need a renovation. Fabrizio is super kind and a very pleasant person. The b&b is inside a building where people live, therefore noises are not well tolerated.

Great place to sleep when your plan is to enjoy the city. Very close to St. Peter's Basilica. All basic services are around, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, bus stop, alternative mobilities, etc. Thanks to the host who has been very kind and always available for anything you need.

Emilia was a great host, very responsive to queries. The location was great, just a few minutes from the Vatican. The only small problem was there was no hot water in the morning, so better to shower at night! The room was fine and there's a small kitchen where breakfast was served.

Hello,\n\nWe got a small room, not the one shown in the picture. It was very tight, but it was fine for these four nights. The beds were good.\n\nWhat struck us is that it is very noisy. It's better to sleep with earplugs. However, the location is really good.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable. We had breakfast included, and every morning they left us some croissants for breakfast along with everything else the accommodation offered (juices, yogurt, toast, etc.). The location is good, a 5-minute walk from the Vatican and 15 minutes by bus to the Fountain. The manager is attentive and very kind.

The room is dirty and the furniture is falling apart. The shower riser doesn't hold (and for me, being 1.90 m tall, it's a problem) and water comes out and floods the bathroom. Also, the room is tiny for three people and completely different from what is shown in the photos.

Situated under the dome, it is in an excellent location for visiting St. Peter's. It is a few minutes' walk away. It can be reached from Termini station by train to Roma San Pietro. There is also a small supermarket nearby. The room is comfortable, perhaps something needs fixing, but overall everything is provided. Mrs. Emilia was very helpful, kind and caring with us and assisted us in resolving some of our problems. We thank her again from the bottom of our hearts.

The rooms are a bit dated and there is no on-site parking; you have to use paid parking nearby. The young man who welcomed us was very kind. Ideal location for those who want to visit St. Peter's and take a stroll toward Trastevere.

A small establishment but in an excellent location. The room was small for 3 people and the bathroom was very small too. There was a bit of dust on the edges of the room, but otherwise, it was clean. The breakfast was self-service, but the dishes were not very clean (the milk has to be heated in pots that were not very clean and needed to be washed again). With a bit more care, it would have been better. However, overall it was an excellent stay.

I stayed at B&B La Cupola from June 28th to 30th, in the three-person room. Cozy environment, super helpful staff, great location (just steps from St. Peter's Basilica and very close to the S.Pietro train station) and complete breakfast (fresh croissants every morning). Highly recommended.

We went for a weekend, there were 4 girls, we had a great time. The manager was very helpful and available by phone at any time, the breakfast was very plentiful and in addition, in the morning they brought us croissants. The cleaning lady came by every morning to ask if we would like our room cleaned and she cleaned everything that was in the kitchen. The room and bathroom were spacious, also the location is good, right next to St. Peter's Square, building with an elevator.

We stayed for 2 nights with 4 people. Room suitable for 4 and useful kitchen even though we only used it for breakfast. Cleanliness is sufficient although it could be better taken care of under the beds and sofa. Shower needs fixing. Washing machine and iron add extra value. Breakfast is very easy even though there is a bakery right downstairs and a market across the street for fresh croissants. All in all, we will come back. Fabrizio is a nice and helpful person.

I recommend this B&B because it is just a stone's throw from St. Peter's Basilica and a 30-minute walk to visit the important attractions of Rome. I recommend a beautiful walk so you can see everything pleasant that Rome has to offer. The area where the B&B is located is surrounded by restaurants, bars, minimarkets, and laundries....everything is perfect. I will definitely return to this establishment.

We were guests at this B&B. The structure is welcoming, located in a quiet area but especially close to the Vatican. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully furnished, with a comfortable bed. No invoice was issued. The room defined as economy (double) is actually a single with a three-quarter bed. Some electrical sockets did not work. The bathroom is not up to standard: it is too small. The sink hits the door. The room is clean and the staff is available. The location is central. There is no minibar. The price quality is not correct: it costs a lot to provide these services.

La camera Economy, ha un letto matrimoniale francese, più piccola delle altre con un prezzo più vantaggioso. Non abbiamo frigobar nelle nostre camere ma abbiamo un frigorifero disponibile nella cucina condivisa. La ristrutturazione eseguita è stata curata da un architetto con il rispetto di tutte le normative urbanistiche, assicuriamo che i bagni sono a norma. The location is great: just steps away from the Vatican. We moved around using the electric scooters from the public service. Breakfast could be improved: simply because there is limited choice and lacks autonomy. However, I would recommend the property.

The location is excellent and the manager is very kind and helpful. However, there are some things to improve. A more modern decor could be useful, and a more thorough cleaning wouldn't hurt; the linens were spotless. The real problem was the odor coming from the bathroom, which accompanied us throughout all three days. This needs to be addressed.

All in order as described. The owner very professional and kind, top location to reach all the main destinations and in the evening a very quiet area. I would reconsider the structure for another occasion and recommend it. The only flaw is the soundproofing due to the slightly dated building, but not the fault of the managers. The windows could be changed to help dampen the noise and in the bathroom replace the tub/shower with a proper shower. Overall excellent solution.

We stayed at this property last weekend, enviable location, just a few steps from St. Peter's and the center. We arrived by train and practically found ourselves 200 meters from the property, very convenient also because we were on foot and so we had no difficulty in moving around. Surely Rome is not a city to visit by car. Great welcome, clean rooms, perhaps the breakfast to be improved a bit, but all in all good, nothing was missing and moreover in quantity. Perhaps the thing that liked less are the croissants, very different from ours and yet we ate them. To recommend and above all to return. Thank you Alessio.

We stayed at the b&b 'Sotto la Cupola' from 22/01 to 23/01. Alessio, the owner, is a generous person who makes you feel like you're one of the family. We were assigned the 'silver' room, very nice, clean and well-maintained, bathroom up to expectations with everything you need, complimentary toiletry set included. Throughout the b&b there are various hand sanitizers and signage about covid 19. Buffet breakfast, Alessio offers all guests the opportunity to order freshly baked croissants directly from a bakery for breakfast. Very knowledgeable, he gave us great tips on how to visit Rome and also some advice on where to eat. Recommended, we will definitely return and spread the word!

Beautiful apartment, located a stone's throw (on foot) from St. Peter's and Bambino Gesù Hospital (Gianicolo). The owners were very welcoming and extremely helpful, just like the apartment itself, meticulously cared for in every detail, the room where we stayed "ORO" is very spacious and equipped with all comforts, air conditioning, TV, safe, desk, Wi-Fi. The bathroom is very large, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and especially well stocked for a good and abundant breakfast (they also brought us warm croissants of choice), a very well-stocked library of brochures, maps and business cards of everything you need to know about Rome (restaurants/pizzerias, theaters/cinemas, museums, Rome map, etc). What can I say, having been there with my family, 2 daughters aged 3 and 9 and my wife, we felt at home and surely if I had to go back I would choose it without hesitation. Thank you.
