I stayed at the property for a weekend with my wife. The property is very welcoming, beautiful and very clean. The manager Antonio is always available, very kind and generous with advice. A true "friend" who gives you the right tips to fully experience and enjoy "the Eternal City". The B&B's location is truly exceptional, just a few meters from the metro and well connected to the city centre. Near the property there are plenty of services such as a pharmacy, bars and restaurants. The breakfast is good and plentiful. The price is really excellent in terms of value for money. I highly recommend this property to everyone for a wonderful stay in Rome.

The structure is very comfortable, I went for a competition at Salita Forte Ostiense, just a few minutes on foot. Clean B&B, I enjoyed the self-service breakfast, consumed at 6 in the morning. Antonio was very helpful in waiting for me until 11 PM due to flight delay. Thank you very much. I will return.

If there is a need to write a review, it should start with the word "disgusting". We were 3 people staying, and we were really disappointed, the "sun" room was in no way like the photo. Dirty room, on the nightstands, there was a lot of dust when passing a finger, not to mention the wardrobe, which was covered in dust. At night I experienced chest pains, endless sneezing, and a runny nose, I didn't understand why, and in the morning, looking closely I understood. I am allergic to dust and sleeping there made me feel ill. Never again. Poor breakfast, pastries from discount supermarkets, identical juices and tea, an open bottle of water, a piece of hard homemade donut, I think at least 4-5 days old. Coffee pot without a handle and dirty sink. Small bathroom, broken shower door, it almost fell on me, and hygienically poorly maintained. My experience is entirely negative, I do not recommend it. Under the sky of Rome, the cabbage!

The B&B exactly reflects the description on the website. Very easy to reach, it is only a 5-minute walk from the B Marconi metro stop. The owner Antonio is very kind and helpful, ready to meet every need. Breakfast is served in a bar right in front of the B&B. I recommend it to everyone, I will definitely come back.

We stayed at this property, between the 11th and 12th of August. Beautiful house, very welcoming and furnished with modern furniture. We slept in the room called 'Sole', the best one because it has an en-suite bathroom. Room with independent air conditioning, en-suite bathroom (as already mentioned), TV and fiber Internet. Very comfortable bed and extremely clean room/bathroom. Abundant breakfast with freshly baked croissants. But the most beautiful thing was the sympathy, kindness and cordiality of the owner Antonio. We did not expect such a perfect treatment. We felt at home. We will definitely come back. I give 5 stars because you can't give more. Thank you Antonio.
