WELL BEGAN IS HALF DONE... . . this is why our breakfast is rich and well-prepared. We take care of our guests' tastes and we use for the most local or home-made products. Every morning in our breakfast room a rich buffet is prepared, based on coffee, milk, fruit juices, croissants, home-made cakes and brioches, corn flakes, yoghurts, home-made bread, jams and fresh fruits. On request we can prepare also continental breakfast with scrambled or hard-boiled eggs, salami, different kinds of cheese, using also local products like the "tielle" (special pizza stuffed in different ways according to the local tradition: vegetables, eggs and cheese, octopus), just to let guests know our rich culinary tradition.
