Bed & Breakfast located in a good position, economical and with everything a person needs. Small but extremely functional kitchenette. Comfortable beds, perhaps (to my taste) a bit low. For breakfast, we find a basket with some snacks and croissants, milk and tea, but they are absolutely very helpful for any eventuality. The owners are indeed very kind, polite, and courteous and make you feel at home with their hospitality. Recommended! Thank you again for everything.

We stayed for just one night but we had a great time, quiet area but well connected to the city center, possibility to park the car on the street near the property. Clean and cozy rooms equipped with all the comforts and a very useful cooking area. Very nice and helpful manager.

The structure is comfortable, equipped with everything you need and the owners are welcoming, kind and smiling. The location is convenient for getting around, preferably with your own car. The only inconvenience is the stairs, which can be a bit uncomfortable for carrying heavy luggage, but with a light trolley, there are no problems. Breakfast could be improved, perhaps by adding some jam or honey. However, overall, the structure is really nice.

Excellent reception and courtesy. Family environment. Extremely kind, friendly, and helpful managers in everything (Thanks to Toni and Roberta.). Strategic point for moving around central Rome without a car. Structure in the green, clean rooms and attention to every detail. We will definitely come back.

I had a great time, friendliness, cleanliness and to top it off, in addition to the breakfast with croissants, milk, tea and more, the Lavazza capsule machine also in the room. I couldn't ask for more.

First of all, I thank Roberta, she is very helpful with her guests as well as her dad. We had a good time and if I come back to Rome by car, I would gladly stay at Il Tulipano again. It's ideal as a location if you go by car because it's in a residential area away from the chaos, but only 10 minutes from the metro stop with mostly free parking. The only thing I would improve is the breakfast management. If space allows, I would set up a dedicated room in order to be a bit more served and together with the other guests. This is still my personal idea, otherwise everything is excellent. Lara.
