Marco is the best host we have ever had. He went above and beyond with allowing our early arrival, accessing our room early, complimentary mini bar and even preparing our breakfast early as our early ferry booking was prior to breakfast hours. He gave us so many restaurant suggestions as well as many things to see and due. He even accompanied us to our reserved car parking location prior to our ferry trip. Can’t say enough about Marco’s fabulous hospitality. He is the best! We stayed another night and Marco was again a fabulous host. I have not been treated better by any other host. We had booked a small room as we were only staying one night and Marco upgraded us to a larger room at no additional cost. He goes above and beyond with his attention to customers and I highly recommend his place for a sweet and comfortable stay. The location is great, the accommodation is great and Marco is exceptional! He has great suggestions for restaurants and sites nearby. When we left he gave us an excellent bottle of white wine to take with us on our journey through Italy. The wine was excellent as well as all other aspects of our stay here. Thank you Marco!

We used this B&B to break up a trip to Calabria. Really satisfied with the very close location to the beachfront of Terracina, the possibility of parking the car inside a courtyard, the room with all the necessary comforts, and the friendliness of the host who welcomed us, giving us all the necessary information to visit Terracina (believe me, there are really a lot) and nearby areas, also recommending us an excellent restaurant where we could have dinner in the evening. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, we stayed only three days, but we really had a great time. Convenient location just a few steps from the sea. Marco, the manager, is a great person and is always available for any needs. Nice garden. Internal parking. Great agreements with local establishments in Terracina.

Great management of this B&B with 4 rooms, at least two spacious just right, comfortable beds, mosquito nets, quiet, comfortable shower, small fridge in the room, much appreciated the complimentary water bottle, pillows of different weight, great availability of the manager.

My partner and I stayed at this property just after mid-August. We were welcomed by Marco, a worthy host who immediately made himself available, giving us all the information and advice on how to move around and experience Terracina. The property is very beautiful, in a quiet environment, and all the anti-Covid regulations were fully respected. For those who want some relaxation, this property is ideal, just 120 meters from the sea (3 minutes on foot) and a 10-minute drive from the center of Terracina. The Garden of Adriana was a nice discovery, and Marco is a trusted manager, always available at any time. We will definitely be back!

Excellent quiet location with parking, excellent availability of the manager a few steps from the sea, also kind in accepting the dog (medium size). If I were to come back to those parts, I would return.

The manager Marco provides you with all the information, a lot! He is very kind, provides all the explanations, answers all the requests. The structure is very close to the sea and with a nice walk you can reach the center. And I forgot, the welcome drink. Small things that make customers happy. Perfect structure for my needs. Absolutely nothing to complain about.\n\nOnly issue, which applies to all B&Bs, is that there is only one access key, so if there are two or more people, you need to synchronize exits and entrances. The air conditioner in the room is essential.\n\nHighly recommended.

We had a great time at this property, welcoming, managed with care by the owner, Marco, who is available for any information and/or reservation. The location is good and quiet, a few meters from the sea and a 15-minute walk from the center. I recommend it and, if I can, I will gladly return. (Terracina is a beautiful place. I didn't think it was so beautiful).

Structure located near the Circe promenade in a very quiet street, with internal parking. Daily room cleaning. Guaranteed night rest, very polite and helpful manager. Ready to provide all the information about the location as well as to book places in affiliated restaurants, which offer discounts to B&B guests. Absolutely recommendable.

The structure is very close to the sea and has a free private parking for each room, which is very important in high season. The staff managing the structure is very helpful and kind in providing useful information to visit the area. The warm croissants and the cappuccino with a heart for breakfast were spectacular.
